The Entertainment News 2022 Edition Issue #48

Anyways, welcome back, it has been another week, we have more things to cover this week because the new "ToniKawa" OVA is out now, I can see the "Takagi-san" movie in the distance, so this year is going to end well, regardless of the company sponsored Universal trip. *giggles* Then again, probably not going to enjoy coasters with my head in a lull and without a girlfriend so

アニメ Bleach: Sennen Kessen-hen

Okay, gotta say, the full flashback from a thousand years ago is really cool. Like, not inside original work real cool. *giggles* No really, and that's why this final season of Anime is fantastic just from this new episode (#BLEACHTYBW07) because we can show off things like the Gotei 13 Squads from some time ago. And I know they won't explain much apart from Unohana *wink*, we know there's a Shihouin in there so Yoruichi's ancestor, we know there's a Kenpachi *wink*, we know there's a Kuchiki so Byakuya's ancestor, probably the most ikemen one in there. *laughs* Of course, the attention was about the old man and even then he's not that young, and boy why is Sasakibe here?? Maybe that's why Yhwach got rid of him first. ANYWAYS, RIP to both of them lol the latter won't have time for a funeral so I hope you're okay with cremation old man *dabs* but we know he can't be cremated just because (not going to be in this arc, unfortunately) so let's move on. *laughs* Man, can we just appreciate the shinigami appearances- Wait, did I just say Ichigo was coming to save them? I didn't, right? I said "not" Ichigo? *laughs* Yeah yeah so haha, apart from the despair we are seeing in front of our eyes as the battle quarters of Seireitei is done to ruin, we got a nice flashback to justify Yamamoto's death, I guess. Showing off what happened a thousand years ago without putting this as canon material sure was a treat, and seeing young Kyoraku before his *ahem* own flashback is also cool, I guess. Okay, hot, because that picture. *giggles* The Sternritters started bringing in their soldiers which ironically were stronger than the shinigami side ones which really made me think if Yhwach was right in saying the soldiers on the good side are already weaker these days which yeah maybe true since some of them even ran lmao, they were real discrete in explaining Akon's fall by a Sternritter and even then that dude lasted for about 3 seconds haha, and Ichigo broke out. Out of sheer will, I guess. But not really, as Yhwach fought him for a bit and yes the previous episode don't matter anymore now haha this fight is already better, Ichigo did not die because of two reasons. Firstly, his Blut Vene got triggered. I would assume the Quincy leader is right, that Ichigo absorbed some of Kirge's powers to subconsciously awaken his own Quincy powers lol more on his mother's story in about 20 episodes lmao, and with that it made it easier for him to break out of the absolute Scrift power we mentioned a while ago made by the Sternritter J who is probably super dead by now haha. Anyways, Byakuya did ask of him to save Soul Society, but not like he could which brings us to the other point of why he is still alive and not joining in the precession with Yamamoto as a human: Yhwach's time is up. I shall not elaborate that too much since it will be soon but let's say his powers don't last too well outside of his palace, so they had to leave. Why the rest of the gang had to join him I'm not sure maybe the Shrift powers won't work with his presence in the shadows I assume, so everyone else left with him, leaving Soul Society in quite a shamble hopefully with Unohana maybe being able to conduct some funerals apart from treatments. *silence* Man, this is a sad episode, I can't make jokes here. But yes, this is the recovery arc of the season so far, our guys are beat up real good and who knows what happened to Urahara-sensei and Orihime who would've healed the old man's left arm lol, so let's see who else will appear to help them then. We are not yet reminded of the legendary Zero Squad from where to access their quarters one would need the King's Key as mentioned by Aizen some time ago, so maybe we can form a red carpet of blood to welcome them soon. *silence* Hey, it's hard to make jokes when Byakuya is breathing his last breath, okay? I wish I didn't remember that he "died" at some point lol okay okay spoilers over see you next time for probably a more light-hearted episode because I hope you remember this is also a comedy series at heart despite all the killing or else why would be we have one of the first Gotei 13 members be cute with a braided ponytail and have a rack-

P.P.S. Not going to spoil too much from the special ending animation but uh... one of the Zero Squad guys are in the good ol' Gotei 13. I suddenly remembered I actually know something about this haha we will know about them soon enough

I know there are those out there but I'm good. *giggles* Never, guys, NEVER let your girl compare. *laughs* In this new episode where looks like the Uzaki family is going out for an outing after the kids exams are over (#UzakiChanS209), and thank goodness Kiri doesn't want to go because he doesn't have anything else to offer anyways. *BOOM* Well, I meant a rack so *BOOM* Haha let's move on, the others went to the... water park I guess? Yeah just, I think Fujio-san here has problems driving. *laughs* Maybe we should've called a cab. *laughs* Hey, ask yourself if organizing family trips is as bad as this family, because reality check though when's the last time everyone in the family hung out? My mom just went overseas today with her friends so *shrugs* Anyways, let's talk about the Uzakis then. They had a great time. *laughs* Wait, is that it? *laughs* I mean, don't expect me to describe what they did because mainly if you didn't get the hint this is a PR stunt because surprise this place actually exists in Japan thus the warning about how seasonal changes will change the baths anyways, but hey, all of those are real by the way. And that's why living in a tropical city sucks. *laughs* Anyhow, we got all the stereotypical family happenings in here: Son refuses to go lmao, daughters get picked up by random guys who aren't Sakurai and Sakaki haha, mom also gets picked up lol ah hey I'll go for the mother just so you know and it's not because of the voice behind, the foot bath we can skip talking about lest this place gets flagged haha, Fujio is doing his trainer work even at the park because now guys are depending on him to advice them on how to be as ripped as him, and I guess Hana-chan did leave the group a bit to then coincidentally meet with Sakurai and Sakaki who are also there by chance. Gotta emphasize, nothing to do with the mascot and KUSOCAT lmao what is that anyways I really thought that's something like Ami-chan in disguise, nothing to do with Sakaki planning for Sakurai to appear in her life once again... pure coincidence. It said so on the script so it must be true. *giggles* Also, we've already seen Ami-chan half-naked we're good. *laughs* And I guess the main couple is chill now now that they got to talk to each other and agree that Sakaki is in their way lmao. All in all, short write up because I really don't know how much longer to talk about any of these already, as I'm just in awe this episode looking at what, muscles and boobs alike? Hey, tell me this is not a porno haha uh oh getting flagged liao noooooooo

Two seasons in and this still amazes me, I gotta say

アニメ Koukyuu no Karasu

"I must kill the Raven Consort" Oooo final arc hint wink wink?

Okay this is not torture porn, guys, please. *laughs* Also, do you guys know of Jusetsu and her- In this new episode where we can't talk about the pain the Raven Consort suffers from just because (#KoukyuuNoKarasu09), man, maybe let the God bring some GPS so we know where that person we saw came from, yes? Haha okay this is *ahem* so maybe not, satellites aren't invented yet. *giggles* Anyways, we have another story to unfold, but ironically it didn't take long even for me to find out what happened maybe because of the hints that were present from the time it started, I assume. The servant who visited the Consort this time around was a Lady for one of the consorts who died some time ago, and thought to seek help on hearing voices from the lake as with the water taken from it to wash clothing since this particular servant was situated at the palace's wash house. Story goes though, that she was in this plight mainly because of what happened to the consort she was serving. In short, she was helping her get into the inner palace and when finally the back then emperor (so I assume this is not even the Dowager was in power) decided to visit the premises, thankfully he did not get to see the consort in person because well, she drowned. Damn. *ahem* Anyways, so the Lady thought this might be due to her wanting to come back to haunt her and thought this was part of the thing where someone dies but refused to move on. So you see, from my experience watching this *ahem* we know that one can't just die and be done with it. Yeah, you gonna have remnants unfulfilled. So can we stop burdening our dear Jusetsu and- Welcome back to this review. *laughs* But it didn't take long for the Raven Consort to notice a few things that were weird about this particular case compared to the many we have heard of. Firstly, people did not know much about this Lady. The people in Jusetsu's abode hardly know of the requestor, and the eunuch serving as her guard found out that, well, this Lady just passed away. Well, which is why I thought my eyes were seeing things haha didn't know technology can make me experience that but I guess I was right, the illusion of seeing a skinnier figure at the lake already brings the question of why this was drastically different from the human form we saw knocking at her doorstep. Next, flipping the logic. So turns out this isn't that surprising, that as someone who has raised the Consort to her place but seeing her take her own life instead, was probably more in fear of her returning to take a grudge against this old woman instead of have other issues moving on like whatever she did to the dirt where the blood of her supposed love one was beheaded- Period drama, by the way. *laughs* So yeah, turns out, it's just her suspecting things too much, getting old and dying was part of the procedure, and ironically which I assume Jusetsu was just thinking on behalf of the God tied to her, which I guess keeping that spirit down by the lake might be a better idea than destroying it, I guess. Good guy Jusetsu... or is it just part of her now? Besides her having great friends and now someone to write letters to ie. the emperor- F**KING PENPALS!!! We've reached yet another level of friendship lol. Yeah, looks like people outside are thinking that this cushy role of Raven Consort might be taken too lightly at this point because damn, is the last part riveting. Yeah, I don't know why, this is probably worse than the vengeance felt in that Lady. Damn. *silence* Wow hey as I mention every week, this series has not failed to deliver stories that touch the heart, and provide even more depth into the mysteries of the powers and life of the Raven Consort, and I could not be more hyped than the emperor to know more. Hey, looks like this is what will end the series formally, so we shall see what other sorcery others can come up to pit against the Winter King. Oh, bringing back the dead, you say? You can't do that, bro. Haha who am I lying to anyways this is Anime we can modify the records like "Kuroshitsuji" who cares lol see you then

Ask away. *laughs* So uh... in this long awaited special episode of this wonderful marriage series which we are still in season one I guess (#ToniKawa14), because what better way to promote the upcoming second season with another episode, yes? This time around, not surprisingly, it's about cosplay. I mean, you would think this is nothing special, isn't it? Hey, if not for finding even some way to distract the husband from work (lol why though) and also because the TV quiz apparently did nothing to stop Nasa-kun here from creating a database haha... So yeah, this motherf**ker doesn't do algebra, he just takes the aggregate of possibilities like doing probability. Damn, AI brain, this Nasa-kun. *laughs* (Also he's right just use simultaneous equations, so if A is the mom and B is the kid, then 4B = A and 3B = A+4) (And yes you can put these in an online equation solver lmao 2022 BABY) And yes, the other question's answer I learnt from YouTubers playing that Mario Party minigame. *laughs* Sorry for being a nerd let's move on who gives a sh*t about math and literally three women who want to answer them before the guy does also this isn't a punishment thing *giggles*, but I guess Charlotte did trigger the main topic of this episode first so why not. *laughs* Apart from the fact that the maid uniform changed colour lmao I assume this is just another set of uniform the maid had... yeah I guess this did work on Nasa-kun real good. Problem is, unless you can heat his brain up enough for it to overheat which apparently considering he hasn't drunk a sip of water in front of the camera it would be safe to believe this guy is not human or has an internal cooling system which might be his small dick- It would be safe to think that he won't do a blowout like many other Anime characters out there because he would just kiss the bride anyways. *dabs* Aaaand we lost. *laughs* Upon asking of more of his fetishes though lol this series only has one male and he's Yuzaki Nasa lmao, we also found out that once again, these two as basically high schoolers never went for dates like normal high schoolers do because they are special. They are already married to each other- Okay how are we going to follow up on the joke like this? *laughs* But you know, after being convinced by Aya-san (aka Sumipe but as a bossypants) on both sides, I guess we can see more cosplay because why not, right? *silence* RIGHT?? *laughs* Hey, I didn't write the script for this episode and charge money for this in Japan for the DVD, the producers did. *giggles* (Yeah apparently overseas viewers can just pop in on streaming services while Japanese have to buy physical) But serious talk though, we all expected the last part where they make... out... and kiss thighs apparently because that's the guy's fetish or something. *giggles* Overall though, can I even complain about this episode? I mean, if you wondered why the reviews out there can be negative, it's just they don't like cosplay. Period. *laughs* Not that, but yeah, the pace is slow and almost feels like just slice-of-life and I guess they are leaving the actual topics in the next season, so this is just fanservice and you won't be missing out if you didn't watch this. Or maybe you will miss out, I don't know. Depends on whether you like maid outfit or school uniform haha I just want the voice actress herself to do this- Yeah, she did NONE of this EVER, by the way. Not even her upcoming self-produced photobook is going to have any of the cosplay shown on screen. None. *sigh* Haha we got no swimsuit here so she wins IRL I guess- *dabs* This series is just perfect "Hayate no Gotoku" author you have outdone yourself hehe

音楽 This Week on Klassic Note

This week on Klassic Note well it won't end the month with a bang, but hey, at least we still got next week? Haha I say that because Tomita Miyu's concept album which I'm truly disappointed with in the melodies which ignoring style really doesn't help so I'm dropping that. Kitani Tatsuya's new single for Anime "BLEACH" final arc isn't bad but really only the topic song stood out so I only gave that. SennaRin's new single also for "BLEACH" is much better considering she is backed up by music producer and soundtrack composer of popular Anime series Sawano Hiroyuki so this is pretty much a scam for me to give more than one song on the list and so I did, you can check out more on her YouTube channel I guess. And since I listened to a live video of their recent 10th anniversary live (released in full on YouTube by the way, don't know how long that'll stay) I picked up wacci's debut album from back in 2012 and it isn't bad though outdated in style, still managed to hit me with some ballad songs apart from the rather interesting topic song, so I may be giving those. 

Well, in this week's news on Twitter, I hope you're just here after what was YouTube Music Weekend series of lives videos on premiere throughout this weekend... on YouTube lol but I only listened to a few which are namely Kitou Akari and Uesaka Sumire on Friday and just now with Ryokuoushoku Shakai even though it's interesting to see how there is continuation from video to video now because that's how I know before them was Kitani Tatsuya (see previous paragraph) and after was YUKI-san, dear Suzuki Masayuki's new song is for Anime "Kaguya-sama" and their conclusion arc movie, we have some single covers for Takahashi Rie's new EP and Kitou Akari's new single both for next year, mol-74's indie EP is in music streaming services now which was released in 2015(?) so maybe I'll take a listen when I'm bored next week lol, SHE'S new song might not be too bad so I might as well give it, Kouno Marika's recent live digest does make me happy listening to songs I was familiar with even though for a moment, Waki Azumi's concept album preview does sound really good and might be better than the one early this year but doesn't explain why Tomita Miyu's from the same music label is worse somehow lol we shall see about that next week, RYTHEM's first ever online live digest from earlier this year is cool as much as I am so not familiar with pretty much everything in it to be honest I think I only recognize one song, and Touyama Nao's recent live digest is I guess fine but might pale out compared to the others above.

So for next week, to end the month of November, we are still technically going to listen to Anime "Uzaki-chan" collaboration single as if those songs exist but now just only in digital because their physical release fell out for some reason so this will be the deciding week which I should be giving both opening and ending without any issues, and Waki Azumi's new concept album which I hope will be way better than the one earlier this year which I didn't even bother giving the topic song and this one's already better so let's hope this will be good. *silence* It's like they say "concept" and then it must be a trash dump of bad melodies because they will make all the tricks with music style and forget the melody-focused Klassic Note motto altogether. *laughs*




Oh boy are the upcoming packages going to be a treat. We have Toyota "Moeshi" Moe calendar for next year and we will talk about her more when it arrives... hopefully by the end of the year or else we'll be counting days from my Google Calendar lol, Nagae "Rikachimalu" Rika is releasing a photobook on my birthday month so I love it when my birthday resides near Valentine's Day haha also maybe she will reveal her age in the book? Or else when do you release a photobook now?? *laughs* Okay enough second guessing we should be grateful this is still going on haha, see you all next week then, and until next time... oh the marupi-chan raffle goods are delivered. *giggles* So yeah, we be ending this year with a bang. Just how big it is really depends on whether this planet wants another world war. *silence* Well, let me finish watching "BLEACH" before then, yes? And I'm not talking about just criminals in general, especially if they are an indirect moral choice, this can make little difference to people who think the world would forget about them. Whether it's for the disabled, the weak, the disadvantaged, heck, even exploiting one's weakness to sleep at night is a problem we all face today. With that, who knows if we're the ones to be brave enough to follow the right.

It's Pokémon week this week apparently, and not that I've been playing but even seeing people play makes my eyes hurt if you're not looking at the mons so look at the mons please no one wants to talk about why they don't care about scenery graphics

I'm excited about the Anime episodes this week and maybe we'll talk about what I listened to this week in a bit but let's!! Let's give some money to celebrate the 5th anniversary of DOAXVV-

アニメ Bleach: Sennen Kessen-hen

"I've come to put an end to your life" Ooooh boy haha

Yeah, I know, how would you even know who that bald headed samurai is in the books in a Quincy conflict a thousand years ago? *giggles* Hey, Uryu doesn't know, can't blame him. In this new episode though (#BLEACHTYBW06) unfortunately they didn't give us enough time to grief on the passing of Sasakibe so someone's joining him real soon. *wink* So, let's talk about what happened. Well, for starters, we witnessed Yamamoto's Bankai, of all things. Hey, it's rarer than a solar or lunar eclipse, guys, so make sure you see this good. Or maybe you can't, because at the point of releasing Zanka no Tachi, the world burns like a desert with the power of this demon (lol) and his ridiculously matured sword. Things start to dissipate heat even if they aren't supposed to so I don't know why my extremities are cold watching this lmao, but maybe, just maybe, it's protecting my core from being obliterated by this fire-type sword. As you might have seen, this Bankai has four specific moves which display the serious difference in power among the shinigami themselves or even to Yhwach... that the old man is fighting lmao *wink*, with powers typically only being witnessed from what Ichigo had to do to lose his powers ie. Final Getsuga with the "East" power and goddamn it looks SO much better in animation here, a flaming body shield with the "West" power which goddamn this sounds ridiculously OP even by shinigami standards haha, the "South" power is probably the most useless unless you have fought with the old man before but I guess a group of revived corpses from ashes isn't that great for fight especially if they look so detailed compared to the rest of the fight haha as expected from AoT directors being involved in this they have experience *laughs*, and the "North" power is something one should really use with extreme care, just like R**** Bankai which we will see in 20 episodes. *dabs* Anyways, Yhwach is dealt with quickly mainly because this Bankai will destroy the world if it's not kept in place real quick and so the old man acted swiftly I would say even faster than Sonic himself lol, but THEN realized he was fighting the wrong person the whole time. Hmm.... remember how like, when Yamamoto fights with something so far it's always a fail when he has to deal with illusions and stuff? People targeting his non-power type weaknesses, as with Wonderweiss, for example? Yeah, this is the same too. Which will also explain that this is Loyd Lloyd, and the impersonation Scrift Sternritter Round Lloyd did die by Kenpachi's hands haha that's the brother btw, and also because the Anime skipped a bit of lore as I recall, is comprised of two Quincies actually mimicking each other and the character and memories of their leader so that the leader himself can take some time to blow up the 1st Squad Barracks which wink wink, houses the one and only threat in the world and everybody's favourite: Aizen Sousuke. Hell yeah it has been great seeing him still alive haha also Hayami Show's voice is just the best I tell ya. *laughs* Okay nostalgia time over, and so is old man's life, as... I really don't want to spoil why the Bankai medallion can still be used on him but not damn Ichigo, like, apart from him as main character lmao, but uh, let's just say Yamamoto is still pure breed so far. That itself, along with the others, is just a matter of time if we can find anyone to suppress the Bankai using their own Quincy powers, to say. Sounds like spoiler territory already but let's leave it there. *giggles* All in all though, I really appreciate them creating a better narrative showing the contrast of the fight a thousand years ago compared to now, as mentioned the corpses part is animated too well, and the rest I guess it's hard to imagine how powerful Zanka no Tachi is even in drawing, so I'll forgive the animation team for not being able to fully capture the power. I mean, how do you even capture the prowess of the strongest zanpakuto in existence? Well it is not there now so *laughs* So next week, I think we are going to start the salvage operation real quick hearing Byakuya's... dying voice lol, but not like we are hinted with it yet, so... maybe we'll talk about it then haha yes help is technically on the way and it's not Ichigo so haha see you then though I'll go back and amaze myself on this Bankai reveal hehe I'm a nerd I know but it's just soooo fricking goooood~

But we know, we all know, that the point that everyone else has their first name called but just specifically her as a friend is called by family name, IS already itself a special thing, isn't it? No really, saw that rice cooker from a mile away, boys. *laughs* Just didn't expect for them to do the whole animation- Ah hey, in case you don't know how to get rice from a cooker, you can thank this Anime. *laughs* Somehow though, it got worse when the mom found out and thought that Sakurai would be a thing to Yanagi too, further deepening the whatever relation he might have with the family members, and she's a middle schooler too. *giggles* (Audience: Which one you talking about?) That's not how this Raven Consort thing works where did you hear this from? *laughs* In this new episode of not God even though technically Jusetsu is one (#KoukyuuNoKarasu08), we delve in deeper into the everyday life of- I mean, this is pretty much what she has to deal with on a daily basis, right? We just had special episodes shown because it involved the emperor. Excuse me, Summer King. *giggles* Anyways, more sad tales to talk about apart from some random woman walking into the Consort's palace to ask to revive someone she knows. That one, we can't help much. What we can help out though, is the friend eunuch to Jiu-Jiu. Apparently he dropped by probably not on behalf of the Consort he's serving under but not like people of higher authority appreciate that *ahem* (period drama, by the way), to mention about a ghost he saw in the palace. Since the Consort is afraid of those, he was punished *ahem* for even saying that to his superior eunuchs. I mean, reasonable, *ahem*, but we shall not talk about more, but yeah is violence a problem even in the past, so Jusetsu kindly put a stop to that, well, at least for the one guy. She can't prevent what happened in the past though, where the ghost on the bridge was previously a eunuch who brought feathers for the Consort to please her, did some, uh, I would say animal abuse-level approaches in order to achieve the latter, by trapping birds and taking their feathers. Seriously bro, I know you are young and don't know sh*t, but damn is there worth taking a dying bird's feather? And you killed it too so... I don't even know how to comment on that. And that's why those feathers are DROPPED, bro, not plucked from their bodies. It's rare, and thus it deserves praise. Which is precisely what happened the first time he presented one which was dropped to the Consort. Again, if you thought bringing more is a trend and can get you promoted or something... Where's that cane I'll beat him up on whoever's behalf lol *silence* Okay jokes over haha, and apart from punishing servants for the wrong stuff like speaking formally and with the capital's accent (In Ancient China people from the South spoke a different linguistic accent than the capital North, think of Ye Old West), maybe instead of keeping mum about the presence of a ghost such that the Consort would get the chills walking past the garden's bridge, how about get Jusetsu to help out so we can ACTUALLY send the ghost away so that we can be actually be rid of spirits, yeah? It's something we know only people with power can do. It's justice, people. That, is only existent for people with right of mind, without hanging on to tradition, and with power. Most people don't have all three, so it's good to see the Raven Consort be one. 音楽 This Week on Klassic Note

This week is kind of slow for Klassic Note but considering we are near the end of the year, but don't worry I have been at least listening to the songs for the year so we can get the Awards ready. *wink* Anyways, I talked about DYGL's new song last week and I did give the one I guess, but this really paled when I picked up Electrico's EP from last year and if you don't know of them I hardly knew of them either, they are a Singaporean rock band which is something I thought I'll never talk about here but short summary is that I knew of them because a local art TV show used their song as the theme song back in what, 2008? Yeah, from their 2006 album. It has been 15 years and they have decided to sing more songs which is surprising. I did only give the one song though, the topic one I assume, but heck, they still sound great maybe I should go back to listen to the album back then now that it's on music streaming services.

So, in news about music that is on Twitter and I guess we should report on this before the whole thing shuts down lol, ClariS new lyric video for their winter cover album is unique in several ways because (1) it's a collaboration with a light novel character that (2) I know of is drawn by illustrator Chigusa Minori which I knew of through pixiv and I will not bore you with so you can just listen to the song, Aimer's new music video sounds okay so I'll look forward to the mini-album next month, Taketatsu Ayana's new music video teaser is for her new single next year in March (just had her first baby by the way) which is once again for Anime so looks like her popularity for this credit isn't dampening in any way, RYTHEM's new cover song video for the week is of something we all might be familiar of if we have watched "Spirited Away" and they are also doing a livestream next month maybe with more news about their best album, in a surprise to no one Uesaka Sumire is releasing a new single in February next year for Anime "Nagatoro-san" second season which I did not watch, I feel like I shouldn't talk about this yet since there is no song preview but GLIM SPANKY guitarist produced group has been formed with new songs slated for release next month so let's see what that is when it comes out in due time, and TWEEDEES has released a new album preview for yes their new album slated for next month so I'm glad I caught of this and maybe it's time to follow them. *laughs* Wow, maybe quite a lot of stuff ending the year which will probably not go in the ranks I hardly give songs end of the year in the Awards. *silence* Anyways haha

For next week, we have the Anime "BLEACH" theme songs line-up and boy have I not been taking them seriously but that also means that Kitani Tatsuya's new single should be safely good with its typical rock style music and newbie YouTuber-singer SennaRin's new single will be a fresh take on the trend of pop style ending songs in action series thus far. I mean, I'm saying these in the nicest way possible so let's see how much I want to puke once I hear more of them in due time. *giggles* Well, initial impressions are good so I hope it stays on I hardly ever reject BLEACH theme songs so don't break that record, guys.

And they didn't had to drag the release two months to me to decide too. *laughs* With regards to this blog though? And just nice we are a week after between release and review! Hey, it could've been yesterday but I was out that evening and there's the DOAXVV game livestream so this just came in earlier than planned which is good but still.

So yes, we're back with another Klassic Note Review and boy have I mentioned how much this year mattered in reviews too many times, I'm already breaking records of the past 4 years in reviews already to be honest. This time around, similar to 2 years ago though, we are reviewing another one of Nan-chan's singles which man, if you still do not know her relationship to me at this point... we have no relation anyways haha she is most definitely not the most capable onee-chan who I wish could be my imouto-

Idol talk aside, let's talk about what impact this has on even just this year me. Shall we?

Natsukawa Shiina - Sasakure [Single]

Origin: This year didn't have enough emotional songs, so I guess TrySail youngest member Natsukawa Shiina decided to sing a sad song which was first released on her birthday and single releasing on end September... until it was delayed till November. Things may not have gone well out there, but what is inside this new single feels somewhat like a repeat of what we have experienced time and again, with impact and with emotion, and maybe sometimes a little cheeky, which might be her best single yet. With her on the lyrics, she expresses a different or perhaps real self to show us the true form of her solo music career.

(1) Sasakure [Splinter]

From first chorus:

"If (I) pretend to touch your core

Can you escape your boring existence from yesterday?

I won't say anything, just that maybe I'm wrong

That's a ridiculous statement, isn't it? (Just) laugh"

Wow, how should I start... It all started with her birthday present to us fans, which means this song has been released in full about 4 months ago, and bearing similarities to her 3rd single topic song, this song is as real as is impactful in melody. Maybe it's me being weak to songs with huge contrast in emotion, and this one carries the can. From the drop of the melody into the chorus, to her own lyrics composition about feeling unsatisfied just going along with life... It might have said a lot to some of us right here and now. All this only makes my impression of her with all the more respectful, and really sheds a light on how little I can complain about even the melody she was not in charge of. For this, the impression of this song might get stuck in me, for better or for worse.

Rating: Impressively Above Average

As always, it's the B-side which made this a review to talk about, and contrary to the topic song, this is a simple melody from when I first heard of it on the archive of her late night Monday radio show, and then realized this is too good of a Rock tune and so chill of a tempo I don't have much to talk about. Even the bridge is reasonably short and concise, it's good. The lyrics written by yours truly talk about, as the title would let you think, about just being average and while that doesn't just mean being childish, it can say true for the many of us youngsters and how we think today. And I think that's just a plus sign for what she speaks out of her mind when writing the words for this song. Add in a little quirky cuteness throughout the songs, "I know", this is already a song to remember, "I know".

Rating: Chill Average

Conclusion: I can't say better things about this single. This was also how I felt walking into these two songs in this release. And I feel like my respect for dear Natsukawa Shiina only deepens the more I understand her from writing lyrics, and it is only hitting deeper into the soul. Overall though, I feel like these two songs easily represent her solo music career, where they allow her to sing emotional songs with impact while still being able to sing standard fare Rock songs and still excel at them. To this, I can only appreciate more of what is shown to me more than whatever ended the B-side with her jovial laugh put into this. That, I think this deserves more attention even for mainstream, to hear what she has to say through music.

(Maybe it's hard to talk about how well she did on this single without being biased so I'm sorry for that, but that doesn't make it bad though; If I need a reason to support my not real younger sister this is one of the reasons I'll proudly talk about)

THE PACKAGE

I won't elaborate how much I had to spend on this, but maybe because I didn't spend enough for this to appear last weekend instead and had to let the application slip INSIDE this physical release expire because they don't recognize people like me living overseas to have time to register so that I can just get a digital gift or some sort (we have done that once so far with MusicRay'n, and that is Toyosaki Aki's best album back in 2017 where I shipped directly from HMV Japan) even though I would much like the top tier gifts including the DIY planters for 10 lucky winners haha she showed us how she made it too, but regardless, the shipping fee doesn't go to their profits so I might as well save some money. *laughs* And as this was the only thing I am likely giving for the month, I let it come in earlier so I can just love this... this accidental masterpiece more lmao okay me

And if you haven't guessed it, I pre-ordered this single for this to appear this fast, because both songs in the single were revealed with two months left before release, it wasn't hard to make the decision apart from aligning with other things I have in line which is none. I always start from Animate with very little exception because apart from the photo gift being the best among the bunch as you would see for yourself, I would have not bothered to get the one from Gamers despite the 10% off voucher handed to me recently, and I guess Shinseido, TSUTAYA and their own label Sony Music Shop gifts are also fine if they provided direct international shipping just like HMV Japan used to before the fire. *silence* And NO WAY am I giving those landscape photos because I got a couple of those in my previous package run so *laughs* I'm still really quite keen on the... gardening theme of this release though? Haha it's fresh, I will tell you that much.

I think this is enough of a tribute to whatever is left of this wonderful single. Man, this year's gonna be a tough choice between all the ones we have reviewed just this year alone, dude. But good, it has been a while since we have done this many reviews, with this being (I've counted) the 13th release, well single they are only singles haha, for 2022. Trust me, even I'm impressed at my way of spending this much money. *laughs* Anyways, see you guys soon then, we are halfway through the week so let Nan-chan lead you all the way through the rest of it, meanwhile I shall go imagine how great she will be as my sister in real life- Can I send her a trophy too just like Toyota Moe did a birthday livestream to declare her as her official imouto?? Turns out I just have to be normal and watch more Anime and listen to more Japanese music!!! *dabs* Okay let's get to it though I saw enough spoilers for BLEACH on the Japanese bulletin boards haha yes I read that also apparently they review episodes by putting screencaps with Twitter tweets and people commenting on those is actually ironically funny if you can understand OR have Google Translate handy lol

"(Ichigo's) Bankai can't be stolen by Quincies!" Well, ironically it's not that it can't be, but also, he's main guy so of course not haha

I appreciate Zaraki's enthusiasm for Ichigo's arrival to Soul Society haha but bro, not this soon I'm afraid. *giggles* For what happened in this new episode (#BLEACHTYBW05) wouldn't make the Kenpachi himself too happy just yet, because damn, is Ichigo stuck in the world of Garganta. Alone. In a spiritual energy jail from the enemy. Hmm... now what? *laughs* So yes, guys, this is the beat'em up arc and I mean the shinigami because damn did the enemy put themselves at such an advantage I would say they are cheating, and they did steal their powers away from them so yeah, totally. *laughs* Man, do we still have so much to talk about, just like Zaraki's overflowing desire for fight. So let's ignore Ichigo stuck in that jail and discuss about the fights of the shinigami. Firstly, Byakuya not doing too well though, as so is Renji. After losing his Bankai, the captain really can't do much as to even fight against the enemy considering also yes, they can use their Bankai against them. As As Nodt (lol) noted (not grammar mistake btw) with his deep voice and boy I've never heard harem master voice actor Matsuoka sound so boring before lmao but I guess it's adequate haha we have been here from that Lycoris Anime, there's no way one can fight against their Bankai with just even their Shikai, and even then you still gotta find out your own sword's weakness in order to retaliate, so that's not fun. (In his defence mine's a Kido-based sword and I excel at Kido so f**k me too if mine gets stolen haha maybe I can do punches like Yamamoto to Wonderweiss? lol) (My bro is right just modify to prevent it from killing thyself like Mayuri) So yeah, no surprise, they all got beat up real bad, and maybe we are hoping that Ichigo will come and save all of them at some point. Not now though, they are on their own, Rukia included. Next up, we can stop Ichigo from fighting in Soul Society but we can't stop Kenpachi from killing three Sternritters at once. *laughs* Well, technically he didn't and we will eventually talk about why he only killed two of them hehe, but yeah, he strong. Not strong enough though considering he wants to fight against God's son so uh, maybe set the bar lower a bit, Zaraki. *giggles* Also his eyepatch isn't- Oh it's undone already. Oops. *laughs* Last but not least, and this is why I've been so hyped about this final arc, we have our first new Bankai reveal. Hisagi was fighting the one Sternritter who held now deceased (RIP) Sasakibe's powers and interestingly the powers live on as they die, we shall not talk about why Hisagi wouldn't use his Bankai considering his enemy can't hold two but then again what if another one drops in and goes into a suicide pact with him *wink* (Uh, that's... a light novel side story reveal haha), but regardless, old man geezer arrived to save his life but probably also, he might have realized a familiar attack that got his right-hand man in the grave. Spiritual grave, we call it. *giggles* Anyways, the same fate happened to Yamamoto as with Byakuya ie. the Bankai was used on him just not his which is a relief, because that fire can't be contained as he swiftly removed this overkill of an idiot. *laughs* Kenpachi, but better. *laughs* What IS the highlight of this episode though is the flashback, as we mentioned about how loyalty works here, Sasakibe is THE definition of loyalty in this story probably more than me for my work lol I need to change jobs haha, as he stays by old man all the time even going to the lengths of learning his Bankai to try to compensate for the old man's weaknesses which frankly is none lol, but still. To put a dent on him would make taking this kid more seriously, and also, know what it means to have to fight with someone who knows his sword, not like stupid Sternritter who thinks this Bankai is a toy. Pft, how disgusting. *laughs* All in all, I'm not going to talk about who killed Kirge but he's super dead now not even Ransotengai can save him lol, Ichigo will be stuck in there for a bit the Scrift's power is kinda absolute and that's the point, and next up, old man gonna fight Quincy God, so that'll be exciting. Not going to spoil the outcome but remember what I mentioned about a beat'em up? Sshh quiet me we gotta witness another Bankai release first. *wink* Haha see you all then.

So, what I thought was revenge of the previous dynasty turned out to be not the case. I also assumed that Bingyue is some sorcerer who can live past his time and still do magic, but sadly, he's already dead and is possessing human bodies all this time around which will explain why Jiu-Jiu was holding something sharp to her neck. *silence* Hey, it got Jusetsu mad alright. Remember what your predecessor mentioned about not forming relationships? This is attachment, I tell ya. *giggles* Ignoring that, she did a great job despite knowing this guy is already dead, and would still listen to his request even if she wasn't blackmailed, still ended up helping him just because she respects her own job of... moderating souls in this world? Yeah, I think. Anyways, it has got to to with Bingyue's partner probably fiancé at this point, but hey, we know where she is right now, up on a willow tree as a ghost. *silence* *ahem* Did I mention this story was dark? Yeah, take note on that. As their engagement was in order, so was a change of dynasty. All of them were dead with reasons I don't want to explain, but the partner chose to hang herself to prevent ridicule, and also chose to keep the marriage gift ie. a comb, a secret so to not let this treasure be taken away by people of the new era. So, she buried it. Thank goodness. So that's a story done haha yeah this is it by the way I was expecting some backstabbing but turns out the only thing we stabbed this episode was a cursed beast haunting the emperor's bed. Yeah. About that, and that's why the golden chicken technically didn't stop Jusetsu and why she has to act on this alone, is because she found a familiar smell of a beast by the bed and couldn't help but notice also why the aide talked about souls of the emperor's loved ones coming in to protect said entity. It was a curse, set by you guessed it, that damn Dowager before she was beheaded to make sure the emperor was cursed beyond his life and forever even after she is gone. Damn. Women, amirite?? *laughs* Well, just this woman, because not only did Jusetsu help to send that cursed beast away, she also helped the emperor's best buddy and his mother depart into the afterlife. Hey, what other benefactor will save you in this way, and is cute? *wink* Last but not least, the new laws of the dynasty. I would expect the emperor had to explain the reasons behind these changes to his officials, but as the Consorts were busy having tea and their faces stuffed with buns lmao I was referring to just Jusetsu hehe kawaii, he came in to deliver the good news at her place, mostly about how he changed laws to stop the policy of killing the previous dynasty Luan race, set up rules to do king level respect between the two kings and so that's why the emperor kneeled in front of her, and how he wants to be friends with her. Well the last one is just personal to be honest haha but damn if every generation was like this such that the previous two things will work in the empire's favour, that'll be nice. But we know that's not true, so we shall see how it goes then. Also, Jiu-Jiu was not a friend by the way, status not high enough. *laughs* *ahem* Man, I really hope this is still the honeymoon period because apart from the kings not being able to date each other lmao, I would like to not think that this is a prelude to something bad to end the series. Hey, I don't know *ahem* something bad can still happen. *laughs* But damn, this is quite a story so far, ladies and gentlemen. If it hasn't satisfied your drama-filled mind yet, it has for me. Maybe viewing everything bad from the start might not be great, but what do I know. There is still chance for a rebellion... right? Yeah, just not between the kings, but everything can change I guess. Haha let's see how bad this gets moving on.

音楽 This Week on Klassic Note

Wow this week is filled with such great songs, this might be the best week for the month. Well, considering next week is a blank it's no wonder. *laughs* Natsukawa Shiina's new single is the best I've heard so far this year because they combined the best of what was her 3rd single with an emotional tune for the topic song and something quirky and cute for the B-side the composer praised her for her lyrics composition, it's hard for me to not give it. Not... give it beforehand haha yes I've heard them in full long before through her Monday late night radio show (of course I watched an archive courtesy of China lol) so I already pre-ordered it. But because I live in not Japan and I want to save a buck or two in international shipping because it won't appear by today anyways which the paper form with a registration code (to get a chance to get a potted plant decorated by her) due by today is INSIDE of the physical release... we'll talk about more next week. *giggles* Ryokuoushoku Shakai's new single was close for me to put it in this order too to be honest but it didn't but damn are we already at that stage where I can deal with the comforts of listening to this band's songs and not worry if they are bad. Well, for this year, to say the least. We shall see moving on I'm only getting more critical of giving melodies by the year so don't mind me. *giggles* I also listened to wacci's new album because I've listened to their songs even this year, and picked up a couple of emotional tunes that caught my ears. I don't think they are great so my expectations aren't high, but even then it's not like they took a sweep for the week; Nan-chan did it better lol.

In news on Twitter which help liberate political topics from Trending because Elon Musk is a genius and predicted that the list was controlled by politicians in Japan haha what, Natsukawa Shiina did a live premiere on YouTube yesterday which is a first for secluded money-driven (lol) talent company and music label MusicRay'n because not did they add in a live audio commentary through Twitter Spaces (in where she bumped the mic lmao) so mobile users had to sign up for YouTube Premium to listen to both at the same time haha and even if you did watch live you'll just listening to the Twitter monologue ALSO they kept all in archive for at least a week if I didn't hear wrongly just because so thanks and good luck trying to sync those together not live, Toyota Moe's solo album has been successfully funded well past its goal which will now include three new cover songs and a 32-page photobook without bikini lmao go see her past, Natsukawa Shiina's upcoming live release will also be on music streaming and has revealed four songs ahead of its official release end of the month wtf is this generosity haha, RYTHEM member Neat's Niitsu Yui's new album finished recording which sounds like we are going to have a great 2023 with her buddy yucat releasing a solo album too, this week's nostalgia on RYTHEM is their final single back in 2010 about goodbyes and I'm glad I didn't understand the lyrics to give the melody, Takahashi Rie's 2nd EP will be released early next year which includes that song and music video which brought me to my knees with that cuteness lmao okay me relax, and this one is the saddest one yet because Anime "Uzaki-chan" split single with Kano and MKLNtic CD release has been cancelled (yes, not postponed) which also means the only way to hear them is through music streaming with the latter artist's releasing end of the month instead. Man, first time I've heard of this even in my 15 years of Klassic Note, by the way. I don't want to guess what happened but I did so...

So next week we have an empty week on our hands until we have to deal with more Anime theme songs of obligation haha, but maybe by then we will have Humbreader's new album appear on streaming sites, maybe something from Natsukawa Shiina after listening to her live yesterday which I barely did lol see previous paragraph, from the other live festival I've seen too one of DYGL's new songs for the year got me in the relaxed feels department so that or maybe I'll listen to Electrico's new EP from last year just because I recalled this Singapore rock band was a thing and they came back to dump their music library on streaming AND released new songs, and I might just tune in to some more Hitsujibungaku if I have the time. Not going to check all the boxes until then though, no promises as always I haven't started on the latter yet. I also finally finished updating the Klassic Note official website utilizing the new stuff on the web hosting service I'm using lol, so be sure to check it out!
