The new episode (#DagashiKashiS207) brings us another #finally in this Anime series the production has teased since the beginning: The slacker and homeless of a failure Owari Hajime. (I mean, her name totally suggests that in case you don't know it means 'beginning (of) end' lol) To say there's anything we can talk about her positively will be an overstatement. She literally has nothing much we can talk about lol. God, I'm so going to relate her to myself very soon. Well, the upside is I'm not living alone on rent, so that's good news maybe. Still, Hajime-san chose to get kicked out of the vibrant staff community that is in the convenience store and settle for the shop? I mean, she just wants to tide through life I guess, and considering she is at her last resort, Kokonotsu kindly takes her in. Problem only comes when it's not only between them that this new hire is in the shop, as Sayashi becomes the first to be surprised at this announcement that Kokonotsu is... oh well, I don't know how to describe haha. Well, you know. *laughs* Anyways, it'll be good to see what will happen between these people considering Hajime has no knowledge of dagashi (okay I'll say she knows Art), and maybe having someone other than the Endou siblings to open their minds on may be good once in a while.Unlike many other Anime girls I know this Hajime will get beat up by me every time she says something that represents her laziness haha I know she resembles me *sob*

アニメ Karakai Jouzu no Takagi-san
God, I love those Nishikata Takagi-san thoughts haha they are the best. Okay, the new episode (#TakagiSan07) really takes a lot of things to a new level, and I like. The show. *laughs* Okay, the episode. There may be too many things I can touch on (literally), so I'll try to sum things up. Firstly, Nishikata buys the new volume of "100% Unrequited Love" (yes I'm making this big to shame that one guy) which is literally them but reversed roles lol, and Takagi-san manages to catch him buying it once again. I mean, just guessing makes it easy to even assume - as a friend - that he is buying such a thing, so why bother to bet? Man, he's just dumb. Then, there's the punishment which I wouldn't call otherwise, but yeah Nishikata get to shop with the girl for a swimsuit. Of course that other couple must appear to make things worse (only for Nishikata apparently), and I think we all had a blast imagining Takagi-san naked. (And if you did, I'm calling the cops you pedophile lol) Then, there's the all anticipated summer part of the series, which of course, is wonderfully represented by the secondary team of cast. (Again, if you expected anything else I'm calling the cops) Lastly, Nishikata once again stupidly invites Takagi-san to his house to do homework, with just a simple bait of letting him copy her homework. Of course Takagi-san is smart enough to only bring the work she's done that does not matter, and just enjoy her time at his house. I mean, she's the only one that's enjoying all of this all of us are sweating if I'm not the only one doing so haha. One last thing: I honestly think the new ending theme song does not suit the series. And yes, I am a fan of Chatmonchy and I've heard this before.THE MOTHER??? WE GONNA GET THE (REAL) SKILLED TEASER ON BOARD NOW?? Oh we don't get to see her face oh well haha

Okay besides the fact that we may be seeing an episode in Anime history about nudist beaches lol, the new episode (#SlowStart08) encourages us to meet friends, talk to others, and buy swimsuits while we're at it haha. There, I summarised it. Even hidden-behind-Eiko-to-try-out-swimsuits Kamuri would be proud haha man I didn't notice that tbh. Okay, the episode. There's so much to talk about I don't even know where to do it properly anymore haha. Firstly, Hana-chan's got homeroom duties to do. She forgets, reaches school late to do it, and her partner Takahashi kindly finishes it for her. Honestly saying I'll just return the favour by doing all the duties after school, but hey, I guess Hana-chan is not that enthusiastic. Then, the friends kindly (this word is so overused) introduce her to the classmates in the room. And yeah the teacher is right: There is no need to know everyone in class, considering the two friends who do naturally know all of them and you're the shy person. Still, it's good to know. (Also, add in those newbie seiyuus!! lol) Not forgetting Hiroe-san who recently got interested in the packed lunches from Shion lol, the main girls go out to shop for swimsuits. Beach episode warning, everyone. Just, not the nude kind haha. Anyways, the jokes in this show are stellar (which explains why I have to be the straight guy for each and every one of them) and I can't help but think of the demographic of the audience in this show because it's literally a bunch of guys watching this show meant for girls haha hey whatever fits man tight underwear also count heheWait so the one girl likes salmon that much she looks straight in the face at Eiko and drags Tama-chan away? Can someone explain what level is that on?? lol okay I get it

The new chapters (113-115) (And I'm sorry for missing the first one because it belonged to last week) continues on the recent Anime episodes which are... far from boring to say the least. Owari Hajime became the new part-time worker for the dagashi shop transiting quickly from the convenience store opposite the road, and of course, that surprises Saya-chan. Apart from the extras the Anime put in from Kokonotsu thinking of a part-time hire in the room instead of coming from outside the house to the over-exaggerated faces of Kokonotsu (this is a first btw), everything is as per se in the animation. Can't wait to see what happens next though, although from what I see here we will need Hotaru-chan to come back REAL soon or otherwise we'll just forget about her and move on lol please don't I know Sayashi may be best girl but- (lol)漫画 Dagashi Kashi

This week is a rather quiet week, but then again I think you can guess what excuse I'll give for not finding more new songs every month anyway haha. I've gained some interest in Awesome City Club (yes it's a name, and they released a best album only three years after debut; as a measure average is five) following Friends last week so I may need some time to give a couple more songs sometime by the end of the month hopefully. I've get finalised my review for SCANDAL's latest album but going how their style goes I might as well give up haha. Lastly, I think I'm going to give one of Fujifabric's latest song form last year because it's uniquely weird in melody and overall feel, and it's somehow getting me addicted for some reason. Man, doesn't it piss your off when you see lovey-dovey action and yet NOTHING HAPPENS?? Ugh. Haha, in the new episode (#TakagiSan06) it's the summer vacation, and of course, Takagi-san must find a way to tease poor Nishikata as much as possible so he can continue his push-up regime to keep himself fit. (Well, I assume he is ripped by now lol) Still, doesn't stop Nishikata from being dumb enough to accept all the offers that comes from Takagi, mainly because of her clever use of words to egg the poor boy to do stuff against his will. Hey, I'm not talking about witch level powers, but still. Somehow he gets to play around with the girl more often than ever, and even then he still hasn't learnt a trick or two from her. (Compare that to the other manga publication which isn't featured here starring her with the mother) Nonetheless, it's still a joy (maybe I'm getting bored no boy is THIS dumb lol) to see Nishikata fall into the trap every time, all the time, without realising that his persistent character is getting in the way. We're halfway through already for this series (which is still early according to Sanae-chan and Mina-chan haha), and we're not close to a conclusion, or chances we're not getting any. It's okay though, because this is good enough. Just like how much of a tease this is just to watch through it, hoping for a happy ending somewhere haha man I'm as dumb as Nishikata so much wishful thinking that is Takagi hehe"It's how I normally sit" haha yeah WITH YOUR LEGS WIDE OPEN RIGHT haha and that is how you don't get laid lol

HEY, FINALLY! PLOT DEVELOPMENT!!! The new episode (#DagashiKashiS206) talks about what was left of a cliffhanger which is obviously just a signal of rivalry against the humble dagashi shop: the convenience. Considered as a staple to modern society first-built amenities, Yutaka has brought a team of employees to open shop in the small village, which no doubt, will attract crowds to their shop and leave the poor establishment in the lurch. Still, Kokonotsu is just amazed, but not impressed, at what is in front of him. He blabbers feedback to his opponent, refuses the offer to work for them, and disrespects his father by not keeping up (the porn mag) business... he's got a lot more coming. Still, Hotaru is still pretty much stuck in his mind, and along with it, at least one and a half seasons of lessons of how dagashi came to be. So yeah, you'd be crazy to say yes to any offer from that narcissistic freak of a manager haha. Still, no formal plan has been established on other side just yet, as we may get a quick insight to our other new character - that unenthusiastic employee of the convenience store - turn back to even leave her current job for good. Who knows? It's not going to be a story of the century, but it's got to be something worth more than those expensive whole cakes, right?Wow man Kokonotsu he's here to TAKE YOU DOWN lol "sweets corner"

アニメ Slow Start
As we may be looming on the side which I'll probably elaborate at the end, the new episode (#SlowStart07) talks subtle about... no it's not something wrong. It's just maybe it's all the Anime experience that I had and this just turns out to be more than your usual girls' talk, and add in the fact that the pace of this show is slow, it kind of drags out the emotions especially awkwardness (come on even the end card too??) a little too long there. Still. The story goes that Eiko saw the teacher drunk, and whatever happened I'll leave you to watch. It's not much of weird, but it's still unusual. Then again, that is not it. And the second half, I prefer. (Sorry Kamu you'll never get to know haha) And surprisingly, it ties back (pun not intended) properly (no really I'm not) to Hana-chan herself, about her not mentioning about herself to her current budding friends. I wouldn't say it's bad, there probably is a better time to do this which is definitely before any of these happened, but hey, there aren't any huge consequences to this so I won't say much. How to say... to set up this much just to talk about secrets and stuff maybe a bit of a stretch, but what is in my mind is more of the fact that the author put this teacher-student part in without thinking. Okay, maybe that did happened and it's like "heck, it's Anime" kind of thing, I assume lol. Anyways, I'll forget this episode in an instant too, so no harm to me haha. I still prefer - like the previous episodes - where just do normal slice-of-life stuff, touch on jokes here and there, instead of focusing on emotional stuff. But hey, if this is the direction of this show now, I actually do not mind. I just feel confused. The queries in my mind about this episode is probably going to loom over me for some time, I guess.Man WTF did I just watch you guys sure this is not yuri? lol

アニメ Sangatsu no Lion
Just in case you were like me who is not in the know since last week, the next episode will air 3rd March earliest. Cya guys then. *laughs* WHAT THE F-
The new chapters (111-112) following the recent episode of Anime is... rather short. Hey, I'm not saying it's bad, but somehow the manga did not force me on believing the idea of the works compared to the Anime, which did kind of ramp it up a bit, but this time, I feel it's on the negative side. Things that are summarised on the original work is expanded (the porn mags, for example), and I can only let the Anime take credit for extending some of the scenes when they have to (thinking of Hotaru, for example), and that is pretty much it. The discussion was done in the convenience store instead of the dagashi shop, the simplification for introductions of not asking for name... sometimes it feels off, and the Anime may not be rectifying it. But I'm glad I didn't read this first or I'll sure be disappointed. And as mentioned in the Anime segment, we're close to the other new character we'll no doubt see her get involved in this very soon. The new chapter (155) tells us that Yukino's plans to have some time with Ikuto was a huge success, thanks to that distraction last chapter which is also a huge success lol. Anyways, they visit the only mind-reader youkai in the island, and apparently Ikuto's trip was with intention from the elder in the island. Thinking that way, one can't help but find out the romance preferences of the only guy in the island right now (can I move there now we need to help Ikuto really), and turns out he's too honest to have a specific preference. Although I would say it may not be the case if he's still at his hometown now, but at least he's still thinking about it. I mean, the girls on this island. Can't help but, I guess haha. All in all, we've (maybe?) known quite a lot more about Ikuto than we have little knowledge of him already (okay maybe the grandfather but) so we should see some development along the way. Maybe. Three new releases have appeared under the scope of Klassic Note this Valentine's Day week, in case you guys remembered that day instead of the other one haha. (Yes I know I forgot to mention them last week so here it is) It can be easily summarised in the Tweet below (chain Tweets are awesome), but I'll talk about it a little more. I listened to Friends latest mini-album from last year because I watched the COUNTDOWN JAPAN live video from last year end, and found these guys sound great. Sadly, I think I'm still disappointed by the other music videos I hear on YouTube which are real similar to the one I gave, and the release was less than stellar. Still, I'm going to give a second chance next week maybe, so I'll see about that. SCANDAL's new album is also out, but since from two years ago they changed their style to include more beats and pop elements, I've not been impressed by the new songs, not to say this release. So I guess I'll do a second round without caring for style or else I may be leaving them in the lurch just like what I did with miwa last year haha. Lastly, the new single from Ohara Yuiko is probably the best Valentine's Day gift, but problem is which version do you want. And if you may have noticed, the two releases are both qualified to be on my shelf. Sadly, even with Apple Music, I've not been thinking to any extent to put any of them on review. So yeah, sad to say I may have to pass. I don't think her compositions make of enough substance, so this may be it too. The new episode (#TakagiSan05) of this show reminds us once again that it isn't Takagi-san who is too smart, but Nishikata who is too dumb. Dear Nishikata, just keep the volume down next time, yes? *laughs* Anyways, story. Firstly, Nishikata is spending time studying alone instead of going out of his friends to play because if he doesn't score well he's going to lose his video games, courtesy of his tempered parents I assume. Still, Takagi-san feels bad about it in many ways than other, and decides to teach him... on the stuff that won't appear in the test lol. Takagi-san you cad. (Just think of it the other gender way, okay?) Also, I like the cut to Yukari-chan because she also seems to have that problem with video games lol, but in her case it's reward, which should be Nishikata's too maybe. Then again, didn't know video games are this much of a thing (my parents don't believe in them btw they think it's a waste of money), but seeing how two different people react to them - in failure - is fantastic lol. Then, there's the bookstore trip. I like how Nishikata is so worried about being found out something that he likes, even if it's something cheesy. Hey, that's what makes him him, people. Of course Takagi-san who passed by can't help but tease the heck out of him, even revealing to him her secret which turns out to be false, since she was lied to earlier anyways. Haha, whichever is true, I'll leave it to you to imagine. Lastly, in the rain. For starters, I will never say yes to lending my shirt to a girl (Rie-chan: "Ecchi"), even if it's the rain and I can see most of what's under her shirt haha (even I'm blushing lol), but then again Nishikata is as pure as he is gentlemanly, kindly gives his shirt away, and now that he lost the bet, he's probably going to parade the exchanged shirts with Takagi-san around the town so that everyone knows. Man Nishikata, you're an idiot. To end this, I like how many things can easily be avoided when Nishikata asks for more information, and also avoids the issue altogether. Although I must commend him for being concerned about his surroundings, even if it's a jerk like Takagi-san haha. Things everyone of us will do but not him easily summarises this show. Common sense is not in this boy, everyone. *laughs*I mean, can't Nishikata say something like "what's wrong with me coming here to buy books?" and cr*p out something like the soccer thing? He can buy nothing, you know.

Well, with Hotaru gone missing (the manga reflects too btw refer to below to see if I've read it) Kokonotsu feels down, and so is the shop. Don't ask me why the dad is like that too, and how they got back the money to refurbish it back, but hey, at least it's back up. Sayashi got to enjoy a chat with him like they used to, and as usual Tou-kun is always at the wrong tempo lol. All in all, a great start to revive what is pretty much dead to Hotaru's appearance, and we may have something bigger in our hands. A competitior. Yeah, that modern day solution we all have come to know and (not where I live) always love: it's a convenience store. So yeah, finally one of the new characters will arrive as seen from the preview, and I can't wait to watch what is going to happen next. Will the store crush down Shikada Dagashi? Or will there be some kind of agreement? It all sounds impossible now, but I'd like it to happen. The "new" chapters (109-110) talked about EXACTLY what happened in the latest episode of the Anime, so I'll go through this quick. Hotaru is missing for a season (in story), Kokonotsu is as run down as the shop, and the father broke the foot lol. Anyways, he restores it to its former glory, and upon thinking up of another strategy to win over the people, he notices someone has already done it. Cue, the convenience store! Yep, that's it for now. Other than that punch to Tou-kun's face, and that super detailed skeleton of You-san's bone break (lol), everything is as expected as you can see. I like the Anime. It takes it and adds a little more, which is good touch. And yes, the pace is perfect for just two chapters in an episode, and that's what is going to make me like the show anyways. Also, the manga. Yes Kotoyama-sensei, half the reason I started reading this is because I wanted to know more. Now that there's the Anime... well you're taking in the money anyway, so congrats hahaNote: I'll only be reading the chapters which cover the latest episode of the Anime

This week brings us a couple of releases that... can't be compared together, so I'll talk about them separately. Hanazawa Kana new single is pretty good, I did give one of the two B-sides which is unusual for me anyways, but no cigar. No on-my-shelf release, sadly. Same thing with nano.RIPE new single which the official Twitter is promoting actively recently (I mean, even the illegal downloads?? They don't know), and despite it being the opening theme song for some yuri Anime, I still think it stands good on its own. Also, another B-side. Lastly, I don't think I want to talk about LILI LIMIT new EP considering I didn't like the preview I heard a couple of weeks ago and I still didn't like it when I heard it this week. Think about it: the (Chinese) new year is around the corner. People are dressing themselves up, making arrangements for dinner, and so on. So if anything happens and you don't get what you want, is it bad? Should we be demanding for more? Should we not be happy with a less than ideal alternative? Sometimes, it's better to not ask for more.
アニメ Sangatsu no Lion (last week)
Last week's episode (#3Lion37) (don't blame me already please) continues on the match with Kiriyama with the master Souya Meijin (I mean, his name is the word), and I'm not disappointed. After the match, it seems like the show wants to shine some light to what we will see from Souya himself, which is less than speechless but more of admiring in intelligence, I believe. But hey, when he speaks, he knows. That's good enough. To say that they have some rapport to an extent may be an overstatement, but I liked this episode because it seems like Souya knows everything. From playing shougi to doing everything in order in case of an emergency train down service, he's doing it without even flinching. And that must be impressive, coming from an experienced player who probably done this a couple of times and probably saw others deal with the situation maybe. Still, his calmness makes me feel at ease for some reason. And for Kiriyama? He can't get enough. To see the difference for ourselves now is amazing, to be honest.I mean, if this Anime concludes on telling us what Souya Meijin is, I'll be satisfied. That's all. (Yes, I used "what")

Man, this show is a lot of surprises, just like... okay no I don't think so it's just Nishikata that is dumb anyway haha. The new episode (#TakagiSan04) gives us more on the insights of Nishikata's empty brain matter lol, and that just means we get to see more stupid stuff happening haha. He has to clean up the science room himself due to making too much noise in class (lol the consequences on him) (he never thought that far ahead hasn't he), but Takagi-san just chose to appear to play with him. Hey, by now we should be like their classmates and all know that they are (trying to be) a thing already, but guess who's the only dork who is still in the dark? Anyways, that is that. I mean, Takagi-san even went as far as to know what TV show he watched last night, isn't it? Given that knowledge is it still wise to even give in to whatever Takagi-san wants? Even if it's him? Haha, okay no "shipteasing" already. On the other hand, we see more interactions between this couple and others, and that's a good thing. Well, it just goes to show the author wants to show their antics had some effect on the surroundings, even if it means deceiving Yukari on them already finding out the trio are tailing them. Still, I would love to see how this goes, because the title of this show didn't say Nishikata is the only victim. Hehe I'm smiling just at the thought of itWhy is Nishikata acting like every Anime guy's dreams? lol

Feels like Hotaru is going to leave us, but I mean if you saw the next episode preview that is clearly not the case. Then why? Kokonotsu got an invite from the Endou siblings to join them at the fireworks festival, and he was to pass the message to Hotaru. Missing the last (on time) bus, they had to cycle there. Well, Hotaru on Kokonotsu's bike, to be specific. Then again, many seem to insinuate stuff as much as Kokonotsu would have as he's just a little boy (lol), but hey, can't help but think so too, yes? Of course I don't think so after a while, because this is just good transition to bring in the new characters, for example. So I'll be looking forward to that. Also, the point they make this episode so... interpretive is a little irritating considering this is a comedy show.I don't know what that means, but I'll let you figure out yourself. Damn you, Anime!!

"Mahou Shoujo" For once I thought this show was that one but it's miko girls? lol Anyways the new episode (#SlowStart05) never stops to give us more jokes such that I can't fill this paragraph with it, but let's get to it, yes? Despite Kamuri's fears of seeing another Eiko about town, it just appears to be a new character, and if it's no surprise to you, it's Eiko's sister Mickey. (It's Miki lol) Admist all the suspicions of the person, and with evidence backed up in photos of Eiko in middle school courtesy of Tama-chan, the girls still thought a double of Eiko might appear in town. And guess what? The sister is even more of a troll. Trying to fake her sister for that one moment and being a "keen learner", she is nothing like her elder sister at all tbh. Add in some stuff from not wearing skirts and the teacher (lol), you get more slice-of-life action. I liked this episode really, despite the emotional moment at the end maybe. No seriously, how is not wearing a skirt a pitch for this show? They don't know guys like me are watching this show- Oh they don't care? Oh well haha"I forgot to put on my skirt" Wow, what an entrance, Kamuri-chan. You blew my mind straight off haha

アニメ Sangatsu no Lion
The new episode (#3Lion38) brings me tears in many ways than other. Firstly, Souya Meijin. (It's not his real name btw in case you haven't noticed; "Meijin" is just a term for shougi master) So yeah, as the Chairman said literally, he can't hear. (I had to pause a moment there to consider how direct was that statement) So yeah, now it all makes sense - all the cover everyone has been doing for the one deaf guy. The Chairman is there to deal with the media, only people who play with him will know about it during the after-match review, and that's pretty much it. And he's gotten used to it, Souya. I guess that's a bad thing, but considering this is what you get after exchanging your whole life of career on it, I would say that is as glad as is as sad of a reality you can get. Hey, I'd rather be famous and deaf, you know. Secondly, Kawamoto sisters. I mean, it's probably better as a sales pitch and above being a whole lot to just lighten things up, but maybe I'll... get my mom to try that out someday? Haha I know I can't cook. Lastly, Nikaidou. Glad to see him back, brings a tear in my eye which is of happiness than sadness, and hell yeah did he make a comeback. Hey, guess what? If you lie in the hospital long enough you'll think of something legendary lol. All in all, fantastic episode of truths, fun and some awesome news all around. Hey, can't wait to see what happens next. I don't think it'll involve Souya anymore, so... RIP? (Oh it's only his ears?) (Oh he can read this?? Oops)Man how did that silent intro perfectly describe what happened last episode? lol

The new chapter (154) talks about Yukino-chan? Hey, in case you don't recall, let me fill you in. Animal lover, youngest cast in the show (I don't know about babies in the island, but), has the hots for the main guy Iku-Iku (in case you need something to refer to lol), and thinks she is now more mature than ever. She takes her approach on Ikuto almost perfectly, distracting Suzu and Misaki (the stepsister) at the same time, and following on his main objective to a far away village. What holds in front of them? Your guess is as good as mine. Maybe for once, Yukino-chan may be of help to Ikuto, I don't know.漫画 Nagasarete Airantou

漫画 Dagashi Kashi
The new chapters (106-108, Volume 6 Omake) are... I swear this is not a coincidence, but the guys behind this did say they are trying to catch up with the Anime, so I should have kept watch. Maybe I should delay a week then? Hmm I'll see about it. Then again, it's pretty much the same as the Anime itself, and if you haven't watched or read what's above, I'm going to spoil the shit out of it here. The fireworks display is near, Hotaru confesses to Kokonotsu on her objective to come to this town thus far, and... she's gone. Much to my surprise is the amount of detail put into the Anime episode itself, with the recurring thoughts of Hotaru on Kokonotsu's mind being the most prominent. Differences are perhaps more obviously seen on Sayashi as she is in the manga without a yukata, which I don't know. The Anime probably nailed it for bringing it up a notch. Also, a small plot for when Kokonotsu is waiting for Hotaru's return. And perhaps, it's not happening that soon. But why? And what has this got to do with the new characters? I guess we don't have much longer to find out. But yeah, (if you're like me) watch the Anime first, yes?Uh oh. Should've read the manga first. *looks at season 2 episode 4*

Which one was better? Neither of them are on my shelf, so... *laughs*Okay short one. I thought the Taketatsu Ayana new single will live up to my expectations so I could use that free 10% discount coupon I got in my email for online shopping to use, but yeah, I don't think so. I guess Ayachi singing emotional songs never hit me as much anyways (I'm referring to 2nd album popular song "HIKARI", written by the same person too). Besides, That single two years ago was better tbh. For the Sakamoto Maaya new single? I won't say much. Her previous review in Klassic Note didn't go too well too, and even though they slotted in that old theme song live version that doesn't mean I'll buy it. Here, I said it. On the other hand, GLIM SPANKY new single isn't great anyways, but I liked the topic song so that is in.
