The Entertainment News 2017 Edition Issue #18

Ah, feels great to be on a Sunday. The day after you totally slacked off on Saturday and you know Monday is a public holiday. Hell yeah! Sorry for the slightly later post anyway; did you read the music video review post? I was tired over doing that lol

アニメ Alice to Zouroku
Yeah, I think I can watch this show. Just purely I can understand the sides that are taken and the reality of the situation in the plot. Let's talk about them.
This new episode (#AliceToZouroku04) continues on Minnie's violent capture of Sana-chan, and somehow she enters a trance after realising that she isn't human (yes technically she, who is named as Red Queen, is supposedly the strongest manifestation of "Dreams of Alice", which is an existence responsible of creating human manifestations, as far as I understand), and somehow she calls for that special someone to save her. Without knowing anyone else more responsible, she calls upon Zouroku, to their surprise, and he talks some sense to the military widow. Then again, it's not about that, if you did listen properly, but the meanings behind all this. This show has taken a similar approach to escaping fantasy (human-like) beings but landed them not with a youngster who will obviously protect them at all costs, but the author chose an elderly who has seen life as a target. Now that's where you should be interested in this show. We then have been further hinted on the story from Zouroku's friend who works for the government, but is also in one of two opposing camps about the reality about these existences. Hey, I may be thinking otherwise, but I'm interested to find out. Honestly saying, I thought this kind of episode will only appear like... 6 episodes later. With Zouroku and Sana-chan's leg on the line, I think I can continue watching this. And guess who's here to save these guys. Don't say humans aren't the only ones able to manipulate or be born with such power. Yeah, Minnie C is kind of talking as much crap as Zouroku is to Sana-chan haha
"I'm a really cool lady you don't know"
Haha what are you, the mom or Sana-chan when she turns 21?
(Also, she is flat-chested as someone pointed out lol)
(Also also, never looked at Sanae-chan this way until this episode haha)
P.S. Zouroku MVP after you hear the second half of this speech. No really, the old man deserves my respect. Then again, has he like, been through war or something like that? Probably, right?
P.P.S. Can Aki-chan come talk to me and my family about family bonding? Thanks in advance, Aki-chan. Why not join my family and make a difference? Eh... okay, I'm just joking. I don't want you to be my stepsister haha
(I laughed hard again when I saw the credits. BTW Tamura "Yukarin" Yukari voices "cool lady" HAHAHAHA)
(Yeah RC finally revealed they won't be covering this. Sad, isn't it? This is such a good show.)
Edit: I just noticed that this show in plot is literally the prequel to Demi-chan last season! I mean, accepting abnormal people... okay, maybe without the fantastical context.

アニメ Tsuki ga Kirei
You know what happens after every school trip? Everyone, EVERYONE gets laid haha Okay not really, but yeah, I like the ending to this week's episode.
This new episode (#TsukiGaKirei04) talks about school trips of course (as mentioned last week), and as if this show cannot be more real than school culture in Japan (I'm taking this as reference haha), they go to Kyoto with their phones not in some safe place but in their possession haha. Of course, some keep to play games, some to text friends, but hey, if you have a partner, why not text them too? It's supposed to be the case, but with whatever happened last episode turns out to be a neutral reply, I suppose? (I mean, I've not been in this kind of stuff, and I was rejected all the time, so... yeah. *sob*) Add on Kotarou's bold attempt in asking Akane out only to have his phone confiscated, and she not receiving a reply, feeling bad about it and still meeting as promised... Hey, typical drama, people. What's NOT typical here is then everyone else. Akane has at least a friend who doesn't poke on her business (Remember: No secrets within friends UNLESS you have a relationship with someone haha) and Kotarou chose to pick his guts against someone he knows. Or at least, someone who knows him. Thanks Chinatsu for seeing through him. Because if he takes charge we'll hardly be able to reach this episode's ending haha. Talking about endings, the couple eventually met, and Akane's reply was interesting, not to say intriguing. But then that's the case - if you have more to talk about then let's spend some time doing so. It's not going steady unless THE WHOLE CLASS knows lol
Totally predicted this one haha
Imagine if Akane got her phone confiscated; "see you guys next episode" lol
(On the other hand, someone else got his phone caught)
P.S. I didn't know I'll react WTF to Anime, but I just did. The ending shorts were hilarious, especially when they literally listed out part of a law clause there haha
P.P.S. Many cringes this episode include the expectation of receiving a miss of what you'd call a date, being able to meet again even though it's not confirmed (both sides have a certain responsibility to hold, especially Kotarou), and Akane's reply. I wished someone would say that to me. In this case Akane is easily braver than Kotarou in this relationship. Also, Chinatsu for MVP because she was almost mistaken as being the third-person in this haha
(My comment on RC)

アニメ Eromanga-sensei
So now I have to cringe all the way until next week to know what happened in this week's cliffhanger?? It's not fair!! *laughs*
This new episode (#EromangaSensei04) talks on the conclusion between Masamune and Elf-sensei on their duel to fight over Eromanga-sensei Sagiri to do the illustrations, and turns out he won. Hey, I mean, she literally said he was writing a novel as a love letter, what can you do? Then again, the ending gave us quite a start as to what direction this show is taking. Unlike the original author's previous work, this establishes relationships early in game and probably is going to focus on the developments then on. It's not a romance relationship per se, but it's going to be something close to like, teamwork I guess. On the other hand, didn't expect this kind of development to happen this early, Such hope and optimism is quite unlike what we saw in Oreimo where plenty of unexpected emotions come to play. Hey, it's still a harem story, but a lot more emotional and more focused on the siblings. That's good news to know though, for this will make a more palatable story compared to that then. Ignoring the comparison, I like how the Anime has done this nicely, and has given us a light of hope to their family relationship turning for the better. What's going to stop them now? I have no idea. Sagiri can't resort to taking pictures of herself all the time, so... haha
Yeah I know; for once I thought Masamune is going to drop dead lol
P.S. MVP this episode I don't know I should choose Elf-sensei or not, but yeah, just for the majority of comedy in this rather emotional episode I guess lol novel born from darkness (of the printer I guess haha)
P.P.S. No I'm NOT going to talk about how they literally visualised Sagiri in bikini and how she drew herself half naked into an illustration and how erotic that is haha
(My comment on RC)

アニメ Shingeki no Kyojin Season 2
Not until now in this season have I been so touched by any episode. And I think I found one. Good job, Ymir. Your sacrifice was worth all this drama lol
The new episode (#AttackOnTitan30) continues on the last episode where Ymir reveals she was a Titan all along, and along with this secret revealed Cristia has to honour her promise of revealing her real name which was supposedly concealed because of her unknown past related to some royalty I guess. I must say I expected a flashback, but not quite as much impact as this one. Obviously the "miracle" was just Ymir using her Titan powers to bring the teammate down the cliff to base camp, but hey, it makes of good drama. As the second half shows, she was real conscious of herself being a Titan, as she successfully saves the others off the tower. Unfortunately in the end, she was kind of beyond saving until reinforcements arrive (yeah good timing idiots haha), and Cristia reveals her real name. Hey, great for the title of the episode, but still, something to remember. We probably wouldn't have to question her past and why she can keep such a secret (Ymir I mean), because she has already answered to herself, to say the least. Next episode brings us more reveal to the big mystery that is the Titans, and let's hope we'll get some real plot progression this time lol
I'm not spoiling the plot too much (see it for yourself),
so here is last week's screencap haha
(No I didn't take it from last episode lol)
P.S. BTW the action this episode, real awesome. Well, besides the fact that it's taken in the wake of someone's sacrifice, but still. Eren got a kill as a soldier too; what an occasion to celebrate lol

漫画 Koufuku Graffiti
The not so new chapter (8) talks about food it seems (lol it always does; it's the story), and in summer where they go to the zoo to complete assignments, Ryou and Kirin get tired of drawing and decide on a meal, or actually, a feast. Top that up with a nice, hot bath and ice cream, probably enough to get my stomach going, I mean, a trip to the toilet lol. Things that probably are missing from the manga but in the Anime is no doubt that scene I cut screenshots for, ie. Kirin worried the neighbours looking at the bathrobe only Ryou haha
Little do we know Kirin knows of adult content lol
(Also, I don't want to show the bath scene haha)

漫画 Dagashi Kashi
The new (sort of) chapters (49-56) mainly focus on more sweets but also the festival as shown in the Anime, and mostly follows faithfully the manga itself, so I won't elaborate much. All in all very entertaining, and yeah, you get the usual Kokonotsu, crazy Hotaru-chan, somewhat yandere Sayashi and her retarded brother lol. I know, it's hard to describe comedy here unless you read it. And I assure you, if you enjoyed the Anime the original work will bring you back. Damn, now I want to watch the Anime again haha
Me when people are gaining the system and getting away with it lol

音楽 This Week on Klassic Note
Okay this was quite long so let's be quick with it. Yoru no Honki Dance's new single was pretty good purely because I gave a B-side, so that's that I guess. But really, this time round was really good, making them better with Anime actually.ClariS new single was kind of okay, I guess. I can only think of the topic song so the B-sides kind of pale in comparison as they always do haha. Shinsei Kamatte-chan's new single was acceptable, not before I have to think of giving it before watching the new season of Titans lol. I rejected the other topic song anyway purely because I dislike the vocals, I guess. Good thing this one is not a problem because the music covers that gay vocals haha.
(Edit: Oops got it wrong. That's the problem when you have Apple Music. The single's only out next month lol)

I won't talk about other disappoints I got (*wink* fhana *wink*), so I'll leave them as so. Well, I can't deal with high-pitched vocals for now anyway, so...

Next week brings a couple of releases which I shouldn't bother mentioning, so look it up yourself. I only remember Mikakoshi's new album because she's been promoting it. Or at least, her staff Twitter has been lol

This is it. I'm done for the week. Cya guys next week, and until next time... I really need to get myself together to devote more to this blog than I'll ever. One post a week is not going to work if I want to do 10th anniversary posts for Klassic Note. I know. I'm just lazy.

"Lazy days~" (Sorry Nan-chan!!)

The Klassic Note MTV Compilation Review #55

Uh... I don't know how to start this though.

Eh, welcome to a new release of MTV Compilation, a regular thing I do for music videos in Klassic Note and yes, this is also how I determine how many songs are counted in the list and which commendations appear in the list every year. As this has been done like, 54 times before, I've decided (for once) to write down my own impressions and how much it has impacted on my decisions to give the associated songs or anything related in general. Although this may be an excuse for me to watch music videos more often, but it's also because they're a couple of them available online that I decided to talk about them here (four of them below are in YouTube FYI) and I thought this might be the time.

(Just a brief history, each compilation traditionally fits approximately a 70-minute VCD, ie. around 15 tracks not including specials. The track numbers will stay to represent otherwise. Not included in this list are Anime theme song animations, because I typically talk of them in Entertainment News)

The format here is just a screencap (yep), a small description of what it is, briefly how it impacted me giving the song (eg. video before audio or the other way round) and how good is it, in arbitrary ratings, unlike Klassic Note Reviews where I give real numbers. You'll get it when you start reading.

THE MTV COMPILATION #55
(*In alphabetical order w.r.t. Klassic Note)

01 Bokura Dake no Toushindai/Goose house
This music video is typical for the 7-man group, but presents itself in quite a different way, with what do you call that... shifting speech bubbles? Nonetheless, it is rather interesting and kind of presents the song well, so I'm not complaining. On the other hand, some emphasis is on Takezawa Migiwa (center) as the departing member after the recent album release in February.
Rating: 6 out of 7 speech bubbles, one less for Migiwaaaaaa haha

03 Fairy Tale/Sangatsu no Phantasia
This group is not famous in revealing themselves (even vocalist Mia only went as far as posted her back on Twitter), but presents then a 2D equivalent, and it's quite interesting as it extends what the Anime represents and adds in its own flavour, with schoolgirls as context, and I think it's quite nice.
Rating: 10 out of 12 diamonds, because one for the single and one for the album

04 Fighter/KANA-BOON
Every KANA-BOON music video does not disappoint especially in production, and this one isn't an exception. The shifty scenes of kill and escape is rather fresh for a music video, and it fits the song very well. More interestingly are the cutscenes for the end of the video where the band plays around, this time, with fireworks for some reason haha. Always a joy to watch them play around with all this seriousness.
Rating: 4 out of 4 firework sticks, just because

05 Grapefruit Moon/Natsukawa Shiina
I think I've talked about this in the review already, but yeah, fanservice fantastic, to say the least. The song itself is mysterious, and the music video easily compliments that with fantasy scenes and a game of love? I guess so since the song feels like it, but we all know we're just here to look at this young voice actress anyway haha
Rating: 10 out of 10 close-up shots, not like I've counted lol

06 Heikousen/Sayuri
This is the singer-songwriter's best music video yet. Ignoring the Anime credits they slot in the music videos as usual, there's a lot of Sayuri herself as she presents the various forms of herself as... that image she always wanted to do, and I think this one is reaching an epitome which I will like it a lot. Otherwise, many coolness, very strong music for a music video with some impact, and I think it deserves to be mentioned.
Rating: 2 out of 2 forms of Sayuri, excluding 2D forms

07 Hero/amazarashi
The song is fine, and the music video compliments it nicely. amazarashi is also not face-cam friendly, so visuals become important to portray the on-screen lyrics and the general mood of the song, and this one is one of those masterpieces. In between you may see some other things or even the guy himself, but otherwise it's rather linear in terms of quality because it's quite typical in his fashion.
Rating: 8 out of 10 originality, because I saw the best album cover

08 Inochi ni Fusawashii/amazarashi
Which brings us to a more original production of a music video amongst the many visual style videos from amazarashi, this one is in conjunction of the game credited Nier: Autorama, and it looks quite good. Ignoring the assumed gore scenes of destroying dolls in many ways than other (I mentioned about the eye popping out of one of them), this video presents the game (not that I've played) quite well to the song itself, which makes this video fresh for the artist.
Rating: 12 out of 12 dolls destroyed on camera

09 Kouya wo Aruke/ASIAN KUNG-FU GENERATION
The music video features the band, but not on set or something but photoshopped on the backs of ladies walking on the streets. Hey, not the most original concept, but still interesting with respect to if you know the credited movie which title is just a walking girl. Otherwise, the tempo of the video compliments the song really well, so I'm not going to complain on the length of the video of using such a technique to make the music video.
Rating: 4 out of 4 band members on set, just in one shade of colour

10 Lovemageddon/Scenarioart
This music video is... weird. Quite stereotypical of Scenarioart videos, but it's okay, this one is as weird as the others. The song itself presents itself as a bold love song, but in the music video is taken to another level I guess, with space and all sorts of stuff in between. From dances to space images, it's no wonder I'll remember this video, even though I'm better off with the song itself,
Rating: 5 out of 10 space trips, not including real ones

11 Magical Fiction/Chatmonchy
And you thought we're done with weird videos, this one is going to top the list. Chatmonchy music video have never been normal too, and this collaboration doesn't make it any more normal. Interestingly, the tempo of the song is complimented with this music video, provided you can get over the fact that there's an old man dancing and a fat dude on the guitar for most of the video lol
Rating: 10 out of 10 for dance moves NOT done by the duo

13 Original./TrySail
Okay, this one. The fanservice music video did definitely help in giving the song, well, at least in Klassic Note. The theme of the music video is not as obvious until you feel for the song and not relate it to the Anime it was credited to, but still, this one is unique in its own way. Otherwise, you'd be glad that Ten-chan looks great, Mocho is too, and Nan-chan takes the front seat again. Well done, ladies.
Rating: 3 out of 3 in perfect running speed and posture in winter lol

14 SHINY/Yoru no Honki Dance
This one is the latest in this list, and it's rather impressive. Not because it's just more gay (happy) dancing, but the general mood of the music video suits the song perfectly, in this case, the theme of love, or more on infatuation I guess, but then again it's done pretty well. The little parts of the video (besides the purpose of leeching off the full song online) are also interesting, making this jovial band all the more entertaining.
Rating: 10 out of 10 for the main girl if you're into Westerners

15 Sunny Day/LuckLife
It's been some time since I saw a music video like this, and I feel happy about it. On the general mood of the song and also for the video itself. Very lively, heartwarming and a lot of hype. And if you watched till the end someone's birthday is in this video. All in all a beautiful video to watch, and I'm not referring to their first major album haha
Rating: 12 out of 12 for birthday party attendance haha

16 Special: Zarazara/Hanazawa Kana
This one may not be this year new, but it's still good. After spending some time sourcing the full video out, it brings out what Kana-chan should have been as a perfect woman, and is what most of us would like to see of her. The music video nicely compliments the mellow mood of the song, from her drawing (or acting like she is) to walking in the rain it all feels too real, or even reminiscent of a recent movie she was in (which I haven't got to watch yet). All in all, a great mood setter.
Rating: 10 out of 10 Kana-chan scenes for all to love

I think I shouldn't do this anymore. I don't think I can afford the time to do this (it's been half a day already, and Entertainment News is less than this) for future posts, but if anyone likes it I don't mind doing it still (which is just me btw, so I'll see my mood lol) but for now... this is probably going to be a one-time thing. Maybe in the future if I got more to rant about or love about then maybe I'll do it again. This "release" sure has a lot going for it, and just goes to show how lovely the world of music video is, if you liked the songs. Cya guys then, and until next time... yep the real news is next.

The Klassic Note Review 2017.04 Issue 1

Almost typed in the three main titles for Entertainment News, noticing that this isn't the weekly post and immediately stopped haha

I looked at the package just now. I'm happy. I want to write a review. I want Nan-chan. Okay, all possible but the last one, which might never happen.

Shiina-chan, please?

音楽 The Klassic Note Review
Natsukawa Shiina - Grapefruit Moon [Single]
Limited Edition Regular Edition
(Somewhat topical with respect to the title I guess, and thanks for the close up on the release I'm reviewing *thumbs up*)

Origin: It's been a long time coming. If you do not know of her, let me introduce her to you. She is Natsukawa Shiina; Voice actress, member of idol group TrySail, artist under MusicRay'n (which coincidentally hosts TrySail and sphere, amongst many others), and a total newbie. No really, she is. Recall back in 2014 where I first heard her in Anime "Sora no Method" and she probably is best girl of the show, and this is probably where she started too. Fast forward a couple of years later after her initiation as a voice actor, TrySail's debut (we did talk about the first four singles here) and now the long anticipated solo release... it has been a long wait, especially when you know she sings in lives that I'm never in from last year. For her debut release this may be more impressive than the increasing amount of voice actors taking flight, landing her single to the hands of Klassic Note. Let's talk about it.

(1) Grapefruit Moon
(*I refuse to accept the online version of the first word ending with an s)
Okay, let's talk first about impressions. It all started in the reveal on her group's Tryangle Harmony radio show, and it's... not bad. It's mysterious, for starters. This song set out to give a mysterious vibe with a minor melody (I'm talking music here, sorry) making the mood of the song sound a little mellow, if not a bit sad. But the lyrics say another story. It's quite lovely, and that I mean love too, and this song has quite a lot of it. Topping it off to not make you misunderstand feelings, they drop in a topic to love for good measure, which easily explains the excessive use of the title in the lyrics even from first impression. This song is also the last to give in the list because I had a hard time swallowing the lyrics, and of course there's the usual bridge part of the song that people never seem to get it good on. All in all, this is a nice song, and I'm totally hooked. Well, at least the chorus. I'm lovin' it.
Rating: 4 stars (Average)

(2) Daisy Days
This is probably the real life reflection of Nan-chan (as I will call her here) as this is a light-hearted melody coupled with familiar lyrics that if you follow her closely (well, her blog would do haha) you'll feel totally at home immediately. The song also presents a rather lazy, relaxed side of her singing voice, and I must say I liked it at first listen. The melody maybe simple, but it makes of a good song overall, I can tell you.
Rating: 4 stars (Above Average)

(3) gravity
Listening on, you'd notice whoever wrote for her (all different people in this release btw) are making it easy for her by writing simple melodies, and I like it for that fact, which brought me closer to wanting to give this release. This melody maybe even simpler than the previous, but brings a lot of vibe and energy, which in turn makes the song stand out quite well in itself. This is the kind of song which makes you feel with her, well, at least in feelings. I also hear a hint of technology in it somehow, suggesting this song has some ideas taken from the person herself.
Rating: 4 stars (Above Average)

Conclusion: All in all, a decent release. This may be a three-track single, but this might not be the best. But this will be above the rest. Nan-chan's first single has a lot of style in her, and all the songs represent a good subset of what she can achieve, and I'll be looking forward of whatever potential she can present her in future releases. This is also a good start to her solo music career, which no doubt will be remembered in the future. Take a listen if you want a youthful voice Nan-chan singing in styles you'd never expect. The topic song is NOT representative of what she has to offer.

-Kaineng, on the Klassic Note

(Klassic Note fact: This is THE FIRST RELEASE on my shelf with a solo artist younger than me. I am not joking. And I'm not counting Ten-chan because I don't want to use the word "significantly" lol)

THE PACKAGE

I know; my camera sucks. On the other hand, the CD isn't small enough? Dammit Google Camera, always spoiling the good things.
Well, at least they got the normal shots right, which can easily show the disc in its full glory haha. I wish I can sign up for the release campaign which is typically slotted in into the release ("playing games with her" must be priceless), but hey, I ordered this a week AFTER release date, and I took a shipping option which delayed it good until today (could've been last week FYI), so... I wouldn't complain.
On the other hand, I'm getting hooked. By the images, mainly. And of course, there's the special gift. Thanks Animate once again, because if not for the lack of popularity on her debut release my fast fingers and decisive mind I'll not be able to snag another release from your online platform haha

This is all then. I've got games to play (lol) because I did think of doing it later in the week (oh yeah there's this week's releases too) but... I cannot resist. Nan-chan, that is. Cya guys next time then, and until next time... whoever doesn't like "the one on the left" on every other TrySail music video is a dick. I want to play games with Nan-chan, man.

P.S. How do I feel like a serious senior reviewing a junior's performance when I'm giving this release? Damn. Life is not the same when you're old. That Aki-chan hype is no longer present haha
P.P.S. O~MA~KE! I~LOVE~CLOSE~UPS!! xD
And I SWEAR I'm NOT DOING THE MUSIC VIDEO REVIEW!!! No, really. The video isn't fantastic anyway. (I better swallow my words; I have a long weekend ahead of me)

The Entertainment News 2017 Edition Issue #17

This is going to be the shortest post in a while. Yeah. I've not been finding new songs, to say the least. But at least there's Anime to spend the weekend on. But besides that, that's pretty much it. Next week will definitely be better, I would say.

アニメ Alice to Zouroku
Wow what a surprise. No action. No, not no action. No surprise. Of what people who are called to be. And Sana-chan is a good exception to that, which might just make me watch this show after all.
This new episode (#AliceToZouroku03) introduces another ability user (because I'm sick of talking about Alice), and just to clarify what I meant above, as with last week I expected action. Like, a fight or something. Turns out we don't have to watch any of that. The research facility hired a professional to deal with it. With superb power and swift action. Well, if magic is involved you can change the location of the toilet which shouldn't be too surprising, but what's more surprising is that obvious leak at the end of the episode (as with all cliffhanger episodes), which obviously hints on the widow ability user being manipulated by people of the research facility after all. Hmm... not surprising already? I won't want to watch this part of the show though. The dark, gloomy, evil or even inhumane side of the story. But hey, I may just stay around. If you see me talk about this next week means I've probably gotten used to the theme songs which are not going to release until next month, so...
Uh... thanks to Carl's Jr. for sponsoring this episode haha
Really, how much money did this show get from the fast food chain??
P.S. Little did I notice how wonderful the animation is, because it's done by J.C Staff, pretty much the animation studio who brought you all things cute. An example includes Toradora!, as far as I can remember.

アニメ Tsuki ga Kirei
Thank goodness Akane-chan doesn't know literature, right?? Haha, I mean, do you know the title of this show is also a love confession statement? She doesn't know lol
This new episode (#TsukiGaKirei03) I don't know if it brought anyone closer, but hey, I think something's happening. After a long episode of talking about everyone in exams, Akane-chan beating her own record in runs and Kotarou spending a day at the festival rehearsals apparently, they finally met. Hey, it is no coincidence when some girl comes by to see if you're still there, really. In turn, or so I think, Kotarou gives both of them a chance and asks her out so that damn Hira-kun will never get a chance haha. Okay, I'm trying to be nice and all, but the focus here is most definitely not on the insert song which is a cover song by the wonderful seiyuu who brought you the theme songs, but on the last two minutes at the end. Really, cringing so much even without the asking to go out line. I mean, you can just message and ask, and get rejected. Just like me. *sob* Okay, enough of me, but who knows what will happen next. Right??? There's THE SCHOOL TRIP after all MUAHAHAHAHAHA
I don't feel like talking about why there's curved screen edges on this "iPhone", okay?
I just don't want to spoil the plot (process) after this image haha
P.S. MVP Chinatsu? Nah, MVP LINE for kindly sponsoring the conversations between the couple. Couldn't have made this show happen without you. Okay, they aren't using it enough in the second half of the episode, but still. *laughs* Then again, I wished I had a phone back then so I can message the heck out of her. Then again I think Kotarou may have made (better) decisions that I would otherwise not (be able to) anyway. *sigh*
More:
~ Thanks Hira-kun for NOT spoiling Akane's run if he has anything he wants to say to her. You can have Chinatsu Aoi one of her friends if you want haha
~ Good life advice on that random book you flipped in the library, Kotarou. Good advice.
~ Damn all the messaging it's great to be young #messagelife Not compared to actually talking to each other though #reallife Then again both make me cringe so much this is by far the best romance show I've watched #cringelife
~ No really, there's a third person around. He spotted you guys going to a corner. I guess that's the focus for the next episode, really. I hope not, these two are trying so hard to get together already.
~ Kotarou is being a d*ck for not replying back to Chinatsu though. Oh what, you only like Akanecchi? *laughs hard*
(My comment at RC)

アニメ Eromanga-sensei
Wow what an episode. This show has so far amazed me with every episode, and I hope it continues to, because... anything erotic is great! *laughs*
This new episode (#EromangaSensei03) talks more about Yamada Elf-sensei which we have been hinted last week, and turns out, she's the new neighbour. Hey, not that surprising after you noticed some class representative brought the whole class out to get one student back to school (lol), but who can resist a naked girl playing piano replacing the image of a rumoured ghost? (Okay, thanks for reading the summary cya next week lol) Anyways, Masamune thought this might be a good time to be interested and invested with his time on an idolised author and challenger Elf-sensei but then notices she doesn't do anything at all. I mean, I get the point why inspiration takes a wider form when you only write when there's something good on your head, but Masamune's way of work is also much desired by others, in that you write until something good comes out. Not to mention continuously writing and getting inspiration helps in honing your writing skills and boost creative thinking as a whole. Hey, that's why I don't get kids haha. Then again, someone's a genius for hitting the top ranks this young (and buying a landed property with the profits lol), and someone's sister is definitely interested in what's happening next door (even though the person in question between the two is literally her), so I can't wait to see what's going to happen when Elf-sensei really starts writing something. Hey, hopefully it'll be a masterpiece. But if it's female lead taking over all her clothes within a second then no thanks. I'll read Masamune's works instead MUAHAHAHA (Suck it, Yamada-sensei) (no really don't; I'm not into schoolgirls or even little girls in general lol)
I wish I have this much motivation if my sister told me to do something.
Then again I don't have a little sister, so... *thumbs up and winks*
P.S. MVP Sagiri because she still wins in this show's harem level on her brother's scale haha
P.P.S. The pace of this episode is a lot more different though, even if it's still as exaggerated as ever. But still, if this is the general pace of the show I guess I am okay. Oreimo was kind of like this too, so I guess it's fine. It's really your standard Anime cliches and storyline, so it can't be bad.

アニメ Shingeki no Kyojin Season 2
Hey guess what? We have a Titan amongst us. Really, if it's surprising to you you haven't been paying attention in the past few episodes. You should've gotten a hint along the way.
The new episode (#AttackOnTitan29) talks about more of the fighting the guys are struggling on the tower, then again it was all well planned and it's just a one-way route to Hell, but hey, there is one last draw. Somehow, Ymir, one of the recruits, also had Titan power. I guess we'll know more of that next week along with the promise between Ymir and Cristia (I'm trying not to read from the episode their names lol). Also, shoutout to the other guys who have been working hard especially Reiner who just got Best Human Award for being the bravest to spot the Titan in the tower, fend him off and get rid of it out of the tower itself. Hey, I can only give awards. They're all going to <insert hideous phrase here> anyway? I don't know. There might be still hope.
Best shot of the episode.
And that's how you get someone out of your home lol
P.S. From the preview Ymir's Titan form is small. Really small compared to the bigger ones that were gotten rid off by the ones that died. I know. What a sacrifice, actually. Good job, warriors. You'll be remembered. Well, as much as this season goes, I guess.

漫画 MANGA
I'll settle those next week. Don't have much time this week because I played too much on that one game haha. Then again, mobile games today can be addictive, but PC games are still the thing. I wished I had more time to play though; Transport Fever is a game that requires time to pass. Just like a mobile game! *laughs*

Yah, so... no. Not this week.

音楽 This Week on Klassic Note
This week is quiet week in Klassic Note. Nonetheless, I celebrated with a journey back in time as usual every other day, not and including "Hashimoto Eriko Appreciation Day" (no seriously, it's fake), and if I remember next year I'll probably do it again haha. I've walked out of Japanese music to listen to an artist or two who don't sing Japanese, like the one below. But hey, hard to find such artists these days. Ah, singer-songwriters are the best.

(*Oops screwed up the spelling; sorry Campbell; didn't mean to.)
Next week brings us quite a couple of releases which I will be looking forward to (hopefully also in Apple Music) unlike some few who haven't appeared till date. ClariS' new single will remind you one heck of a music video and hopefully some better songs will be in it so I can finally give them a single? We shall see. Yoru no Honki Dance's new single also appears next week, and honestly saying, still the best performing artist this season; I can feel it.

Seriously, I need to go find new songs. I'm going to be bored soon if I don't, and I'm not referring to my life haha. Besides, the yearly (kind of) indie artist awards (in terms of performance opportunities) are round the corner. Time to vote, if I can find anything decent out there this year.

This is it then. Can't wait to go back to play more because I've got commitments to hold. But that's life, right? Sometimes you got to commit. To four Anime, new songs every week, new manga every once in a while, and seasonal music video reviews starting next week probably. Cya guys next time then, and until next time... I may just think of reshuffling this news thing so I can don't write in a full list as if I'm a lazy guy who can't organise his post contents. Then again, this doesn't feel like a magazine, doesn't it? Hmm, I'll think about it. Bye.

Wednesday 19 April 2017

It's ironic how parenting is a responsibility and people are irresponsible but love is not a responsibility and people are committed.

No, I mean, really. And it's not because of some Anime that I watched that got me thinking, but still. Maybe I should start taking responsibility for my future decisions lol

Sunday 16 April 2017

The Entertainment News 2017 Edition Issue #16

Yeah, it's been only Sundays recently huh, this blog.

Then again I aim to start a Klassic Note anniversary series soon (I have the list of stuff I want to discuss about out already), and hopefully by next week I'll do up a new series where I talk about music videos because... they deserve a mention. Considering that many YouTube videos are online, it makes of a good time to talk about some of them soon. Stay tuned for those because, I'm going to get a whole lot more lethargic to commit to them. *laughs*

Okay, the music video one is okay; I'll probably only do that once in a couple of months.

アニメ Alice to Zouroku
How should I say this... It's fantasical, for starters. Then... I keep believing this isn't an Anime.
This new episode (#AliceToZouroku02) follows what we have seen in the hour-long premier episode last week. Sana-chan (the girl with powers) ends up living in Zouroku's hospitality. We are also introduced to his granddaughter Sanae-chan. She sounds nice, and is unlike her grandfather to say the least. She tempts the unknown girl with food (not enough to make her full though), and in turn she brings the unknowing human on a tour around the world? Hey, if that's what happens when you're given total freedom I guess that's the case. But thinking like many other superpower shows out there (yes I mean DC/Marvel here) this show is displaying a lot about the action part of this show that I would rather not watch. Sana-chan's brief history of who she became to be was short, but reveals a lot of details. It also reveals quite a lot about her education journey in this world, and that gives a lot of promise. A lot of potential for things to go differently from what I might expect. I expected this show would go towards a lot of slice-of-life elements, but thus far it has shown me a lot more on the action side, extended by the constant appearance of the people of the research facility and the people around them, for example, Zouroku's friend who was with the police who technically is under control of a governmental organisation. Oh well. This show I'm worried not about what happens in the show, but the subtle education it brings upon others, other being not me and mostly kids who probably are interested in this show. I mean, the animation team probably thought of showing the polar differences of Sana-chan's recently gained freedom versus the constriction of freedom from the authority of the facility, but that's where I start getting worried. Because if I had to exaggerate, this show is actually similar to Anime Time Travel Shoujo (from three seasons ago btw), where there's a bad guy constantly at your back all the time. And we do know this is only going to get worse. Not that I'm going to complain about the ending because I believe Sana-chan and her friends can make some decisions (I hope), but more on the process. I actually walked in with an impression of watching their daily life, being able to ignore the bad guys and trying to see a fantasical life. Maybe I was wrong. Only next episode will tell. The bad guy has just called for the woman Sana-chan was fighting in the intro.
#foodporn
No really, this much of a serving would do. Thanks Sanae-chan!
P.S. Theme songs I might just give if I EVER give this show. Otherwise... I'll see ORESAMA; I barely just knew you and you guys just got your major debut.
P.P.S. Oh yeah Aki-chan's blog posts have been reminding me and I forgot while watching this and wondering, but she's the granddaughter. Yeah.

...

Okay I got a reason to watch this show now lol (But seriously, I thought it was Satomi-chan haha) (or actually she would be perfect for this voice)

アニメ Tsuki ga Kirei
YES! That Hirai can't pick up a chick, but Kotarou sure can haha
Okay, I thought this would drag on for quite some time, but it seems there is already some interaction. The new episode (#TsukiGaKirei02) starts us with a sports festival which Akane is great at and Kotarou is not (duh), and accidentally lets her toy loose (I mean, it's drama). Yep. Without it she suddenly gets nervous, to the point that her friends actually know about it. We won't know the details for now, but suffice it to say it's likely relieving Akane's psychological stress being in front of people. But hey, guess who found it for her. Weird bedhead, quiet, didn't get enough sleep Kotarou-kun. Now that's what I call a gentleman. Also, if you caught the one thing he said to Akane before I CRINGE until I die, you'd be pleased. This is definitely the show I was looking for, and Kotarou is nothing short of literally myself when I was younger. (I'm not that old yet but still) On other things, developments of secondary characters seem to hold well. Between teacher and student, between people who apprehensively like others (I'm talking about Hirai's bet with Akane), and rumours all around. That's youth for you, people, and I guess it isn't much different in Japan. (Also, what a sh*t job on that band-aid Chinatsu haha) I kind of see the lack of importance of the festival where the teams fight hard to compete in various categories. Well, not enough I guess, but good enough. They even threw in the gossip in the toilet scene for good measure (*wink* Demi-chan *wink*) haha. All in all, a great episode, and one that will truly represent the couple's relationship in the future. Come on, I didn't even have mobile messaging when I was a young lad lol
Edit: Also, whoever is looking at Akane's butt is SICK! SICK IN THE BRAIN! TOTAL PERV! GO F***ING DIE IN HELL! Haha but seriously, don't stare at it. I thought this wasn't a Japan thing. *silence*
The episode in summary.
Note that it was from Akane and she texted "Thanks for today" to Kotarou.
P.S. I appreciate the addition of short stories which I somehow got spoiled from the official Twitter (and that's why you should only follow their accounts after the show ends) (and I pity those locals who didn't get to watch the first airtime in Japan), and they were mostly great laughs. No really, is that how kids get along with each other now? Man, I'm missing out lol
P.P.S. Also, I noticed I need an adviser for a story I have been writing for... close to five years now and hasn't taken flight yet. Anyone? *sob*

アニメ Eromanga-sensei
Wow. Just wow. This show, man. Totally nailed jealousy on the second episode already. What's left for the rest of the series?? lol
The new episode (#EromangaSensei02) introduces us to Megumin, middle schooler classmate and class representative of the school Sagiri has to (obviously) attend, but didn't. The girl though, is a lot harder to handle than you think. She knows a lot about getting things done the dirty way, if you get what I mean, and that I guess can stir quite a spur on the siblings couple in some way. Then again, it's not just her I guess, but the brother can take sides anytime he wants. Okay, maybe on the classmate's side since he won't get to wash her stepsister's underwear anymore lol. On other things, Yamada Elf (who is more undisclosed in the novel than in the Anime), famous author of light novels and is actually demanding illustrations from Eromanga-sensei herself. But hey, if it's a request and you're doing it the arrogant way the most you're getting is a whole lot of rejections, to say the least. Although this is also a good awakening for Masamune considering he's a nobody and the other (thinks she) is a genius lol. Then again, this series is real entertaining for starters, but yeah, maybe just the Megumin part maybe too assertive at some points. I mean, is this how she makes friends at school? Thinking she's cute and physical contact (or the illusion thereof) will get her everywhere? Yeah, it's going to be some kind of problem to say the least.
Masamune, it's most definitely NOT a priviledge to wash a girl's underwear.
Then again if there's only the two of you that's what happens lol
P.S. MVP Sagiri I guess (the brother's reactions are fantastic as usual haha), because of her struggling on that bed which I will no doubt make into a GIF and the washing machine ending animation. You cannot ask for any more other than that. Yeah, slightly adult, this series, but still acceptable, I guess.
P.P.S. I like how I notice Megumin is the best girl and immediately realise she's actually pacifying you because she does that to every friend she has. That's literally my realisation with idols in the entertainment industry haha. But seriously, I swear her intentions here are just so that Sagiri goes to school, which will mean knowing the truth though. So we shall see.
(BTW here's an omake with the link; you're welcome haha)

アニメ Shingeki no Kyojin Season 2
Yeah considering this show, thinking that everyone left the village maybe a little toooo optimistic. Then again there's last episode with Sasha's village so...
The new episode (#AttackOnTitan28) shows us a lot more stuff than we should be involved in, but that's the whole point lol. They've got a plan to recover from the recent Titan invasion which probably broke a hole in the wall which they cannot find because them Titans maybe able to climb walls anyways? Apparently the priest has talked, but not from himself, as he references someone else who might know of the truth. The mysteries continue though, as we don't get a couple more things. For example, I swear someone's mother has become a Titan and is calling out to his son. (oops) Also, while the squads may have regrouped at night, what's worse for them has yet to come. Titans who are supposed to be asleep now are rather actively getting rid of them, as their "leader" is heading for the walls. Damn, if that isn't one of those crazy attack plans for this gang yet. Then again, I'll not hold my breath. This story has too much that they haven't revealed to us for me to be anticipating more. Still, we need more truth. A wall made of Titan frozen skin and intelligent Titan operations at night to the standard of soldiers level is really absurd at this point, considering we barely know anything about them yet. And it's like, 28 episodes down already, I know.
Because everything else is too gory or too sad, I present MVP Sasha!
No really, we need more her in this show haha

漫画 MANGA
I'm too lazy to read Acchi Kocchi, Seitokai Yakuindomo, Bungou Stray Dogs... damn, I need a manga holiday or something. Soon. *laughs*

音楽 This Week on Klassic Note
Yeah, it has been bad, this week. Now do I know of how weak Apple Music can be as a contribution to Klassic Note considering I haven't gotten a listen to Kuso Iinkai's new album and Sambomaster's new single. Yeah. It's real bad. And I'll not talk more about them until I hear them.

I've just been listening to Minase Inori's first album this week and I think I can give a couple of songs despite the whole album sounding plain in style (which means you have to listen to them more to feel for the songs in my opinion), so that's okay. I got the right composers on first listen though; I think I'm pretty impressed with myself for always getting Elements Garden compositions lol

...

Argh...

Okay, I'm saying it. I will be giving Natsukawa Shiina's debut single!! And it's not really because she's cute and she sounds great in this release and I'll never get another one better than this anytime soon (even though there's that too lol), but because I realised I've been giving these kinds of songs and not complaining and now I'm so apprehensive of giving newcomers songs. (Recall I give melodies, not lyrics?) Yeah, so I'm giving it. Expect reviews coming... not very soon. I just made the decision on the spot as I write this haha. *goes to search for special gifts or what's left online*

In other news, Nu-chan is releasing her first album  (Numakura Manami for those unfamiliar with her) (and for Google search purposes lol) (yeah, with two singles) in June, cinema staff's new album topic song is out on YouTube which somehow follows a similar ending theme song from some titan Anime haha, and I think I'm going to like the opening theme song sung by Touyama Nao on Anime Tsuki ga Kirei because she sounds great! Hey, if you need some JK action  (known as "joshikousei", or schoolgirls in Japan) yourself feel free to watch the short music video online for yourself hehe (come on she's young, just not the cute type I like)

Yeah, this is it actually. Very sad there isn't much in the music portion of this post, which easily explains why the above shouldn't be in a segment in itself at all. Cya guys next time then, and until next time... I mean, next week? I'm counting down to the end of my internship. Or actually, the day I have to regurgitate out a report haha. Okay, whatever, it's part of the grades anyway. Bye!

[P.S.: Yes! Animate Online Shop! I knew Nan-chan's popularity is THIS LOW I can still grab a CD with special gift from your online platform!

*silence*

Sorry, Nan-chan. Don't feel "under the moon", okay?? Luv you~]

[P.P.S. Didn't notice but Fujita Akane (the girl who voices Eromanga-sensei Sagiri-chan) sounds so much like Ayachi, really. I swear production is like "we can't reuse Ayachi too much but we like her voice so let's use a duplicate" lol]

Sunday 9 April 2017

The Entertainment News 2017 Edition Issue #15

Sunday's going to be Entertainment Day instead of Family Day for me here where I live now my family wants to hang out with me on Saturdays lol

But really, I need more time to watch shows and listen to new songs. Somehow weekends are never enough time for me to rest. Especially the new show hype this week. I'm getting tired typing this already haha

(Anime in chronological viewing order because titans suck haha)
アニメ Eromanga-sensei
Imagine if he didn't sign up for premium so he can watch the livestream in high quality so he could see that note in the video? Yeah this show wouldn't have started haha
Hey! It's been a long wait! Well, for me it's about two months since I saw the announcement of Tsukasa-sensei's (the one who wrote this, and Oreimo) new work becoming an Anime, but maybe for many it's even longer. Then again, this show. This first episode (#EromangaSensei01) shows promise, for starters. Needless to say if you're bored of the production genre then I can't help haha. But then again we have a collaboration, literally, between the main guy as a light novel author and his stepsister as an illustrator. Hey, it may not be coincidental in every day life, but that sets up quite some premise for this story. Also, the first episode talks a lot about what the back story is all about, because Sagiri was in the family before the mother passed away and through obligation Masamune (really reminds me of a show last season I DIDN'T WATCH lol) has to take care of her because she doesn't want to get out of her room. Out of coincidence too did she decide to livestream in her name and let to find out her real identity as an illustrator. All this is awesome luck and all, but then I think the characters are done well. There's the understanding brother who like to talk weird stuff once in a while and the sister who literally is another tsundere (there's no denying this I swear) but add on her soft-speaking voice and her enthusiasm as a teenager, it's no wonder this story became a hit. I would most definitely stay to watch it down, but if you didn't watch Oreimo (which you should btw) and didn't know the ending I wish this show doesn't end up there. No really, there's family on the line, so use that already.
And just so I don't put too much of postscripts for this (sorry for that later) another point to take note here is comedy. Logic triumphs over the jokes that are presented in this show, and I'm impressed. Sagiri-chan (that's what I'm calling her from now haha) for example is a treasure trove full of jokes.
"I thought I would've lost if I leave the room!"
But really, come out of the room already lol
P.S. Totally watching this after I heard a familiar voice that is Komatsu Mikako. Yeah, if you noticed and I'm here to save you the trouble of research, she was Masamune's manager. Hey, I'll take anything. She sounds great!
(Okay I noticed I put WAAAAY too many postscripts so here's a summary haha)
~ God that girl takes pictures of herself to draw the illustrations I'm glad I'm alive haha
~ What are the chances the brother's an author, Sagiri-chan? Definitely higher than you and your pen name lol
~ "I don't know anyone by that name" Then change your damn pen name already lol #toomuchtsukkomi
~ MVP Masamune-kun because he did all the reactions in view of seeking the truth. Solid comedy right there I laughed a lot
~ I had to pause to read the Niyaniya (parody of Niconico which is a thing) stream comments becuase they think Masamune is a schoolgirl and Eromanga-sensei is an old man lol
(My comment on RC)

アニメ Alice to Zouroku
Okay just to not throw you off, this is NOT what you think. On the other hand, this story has so much promise... the original work (manga) isn't finished yet. So... yeah. But still.
I don't normally watch shows which talk about family like Usagi Drop and stuff (no really, I don't), but this one is one of those that I may end up watching. On the other hand, I have serious doubts about this show because it features a strong premise of magic or supernatural power which will be devastating if not handled properly, in a story perspective. Let's talk about its first episode (#AliceToZouroku01). Firstly, the story. We have the main girl who escapes from a research facility (they literally said it out and not leave it to your guessing man) in hopes of taking a deal with some kind person who can help her destroy her place she previously called home? I know it sounds stupid and probably many magic girl stories probably covered such a premise already, but let me elaborate. In this first episode hour special (less than that if you don't watch ads lol) the show covers quite a lot of premise (and reveals so much differently than the manga which I'll talk about later) to give you a good idea of the show. Then again, this show is about modern society, and the old man and his flowers probably are the only thing that will make you feel at home because, I don't like the surveillance cameras type of thing. On other things, the animation is rather cute (no really the old man is cute haha) for all the characters involved, and everything is done quite nicely in terms of pace, not making the show as boring as I might have hoped. On the other hand, I took the liberty of browsing through the first chapter of the manga and it's telling me a lot less things that I would expect from this story. The chase scene is greatly exaggerated for some reason in the Anime, and the twin sisters popped up right in front of Zouroku's car instead of sending him a ball to his face haha. All in all, I think this show maybe worth watching, IF this show is all about the slice-of-life we've witnessed for the last part of the episode. Because I can tell you, I'll hate it if I watch Episode 10 and it's literally a fight scene where the old man's life is in danger or whatever. But then again, at this point I can't even tell you whether I'll take this show or not. I mean, I like it. Just... I'm doubtful.
No really she really has little to no manners as a "princess"
P.S. The girl really knows no manners. Very evidently seen in subtle actions of her to things like not placing her shoes properly when she steps in. I kind of like the girl, if the old man doesn't have a granddaughter we don't know about yet.
P.P.S. Let's talk a little more about the action part as I feel I've not talked about it much. In the meeting of the guy in the black suit to a table of guys in black suits (lol), he mentioned about two things. The creator of "Alice's Dream" (probably called Alice I suppose) who created a utopia long time ago who was probably captured by the facility, and the... manifestations (I feel the urge to use the word "minions" lol) that are around and creating stuff easier than us blinking our eyes. So yeah, this supernatural power thing is fascinating and all, but if you're here for this then you may be disappointed. Well, at least after the first episode I assume. It's most definitely not your next action show.
P.P.P.S. The ending theme... I'm not that impressed. Although Kotoringo-sensei is probably a name I'm familiar with, so I might try to give the song at some point. We shall see. Also, I'm here because of the opening theme because I've heard ORESAMA and they are perfect for Anime considering their first debut single is the opening theme which I'll get to hear next week. (I don't know them, but remember the ACCA opening theme?)

アニメ Tsuki ga Kirei
Come on Akane-chan, go squeeze that thing a few more times and you two will be together. On the other hand, give me that so I can stop cringing on this show's plot development lol
But no really, this show has promise. I like myself some unrequited romance story once in a while, and this somehow fits quite perfectly. A little different from the romance shows from past seasons because this show doesn't have weird stuff (thanks, Orange Anime), this actually talks about just... life. And I'll take that over anything else, honestly. I'd definitely like to see how this goes, seeing how it is now. Talking about now, let's talk about plot of this first episode (#TsukiGaKirei01). Akane is your usual middle schooler girl who suddenly notices another guy in her new class at her last year, and so is Kotarou. They probably didn't believe in their super coincidental acquaintances all over the place (because if I had two I'll talk to the girl already) (probably lol), and that may have just brought them closer. It's always Akane taking the initiative in most stuff for this first episode (telling him not to tell others about the restaurant thing, the missing of LINE ID stuff etc.), but I can see why. On the other hand, this show is trying to bring out something, which I may not have felt. Which will bring me to my very first point of this show being potentially very, VERY cringy, enough for me to feel excited about watching this show for the next three months haha. On other things, the animation for walking characters feels a little weird (it's like everyone was in a stop motion video haha), the mood of the audio probably feels a little quiet even though I'm totally fine with it, and the theme songs... let's say they're great in setting the mood for the show, and I'll probably be putting Touyama Nao's debut single on my shelf? Other than that, I'll look forward to the ending. I want to explode with excitement on this show three months down from now haha
If squeeze three times can talk to a guy, then squeeze more and you'll be getting laid haha
Damn, I need to get myself one of these then lol
P.S. Kotarou should grow a d*ck. I said it. *laughs* Well, in context, I meant he can take that magazine with bikini babes (I know, he thinks it looks like Akane haha) (actually I think it looks like the teacher! OMG), start talking to others already (elaborating on my point above) so he could get laid at some point, and... I'll leave you to imagine many more scenes which I already have cringes for. Remember a boy and a girl in the storeroom? Ah, such is youth... Then again why haven't I been doing that??? That luck of a coincidence I cannot beat; it's called drama haha
("Oh I've got dust on my back? Thanks for patting my back! *rubs display panel on chest* Oh I've got it in front too" lololol)
P.P.S. If this show doesn't remind you about Sangatsu no Phantasia and the album cover you've seen recently I don't know what will. Then again why didn't Mia-chan sing the theme songs for this? Because it's not the season? haha
(I'm going to cringe SOOOO MUCH until Episode 12 I'll get cramps *laughs hard*)
(My comment on RC)

(With this many great shows above it's no wonder I don't want to see people ripped apart lol)

アニメ Shingeki no Kyojin Season 2
Okay I must not lie, but I did enjoy this episode. I am genuinely touched.
In this new episode (#AttackOnTitan27) I told myself so long as I don't see another person got killed I'll be happy. And I'm not disappointed. This feature episode of Sasha, that lady who likes to eat a lot until her father hated her guts (or lack thereof), actually gets to go back to her village to find out what happened on the Titan assault. Turns out everyone is fine because they left, but Sasha managed to save a kid even though her mother now (which was excluded from my assumption at the start haha) is probably beyond saving. Her dad and I are no doubt touched by her bravery and her way to prove her worth as a soldier. But hey, all's well ends well. On the other hand, someone else's village is screwed. Like very screwed. I mean, if a Titan is literally on top of your house you'd be worried.
This is the part where I start saying "she's cool!", really.
Also, the music got cued and my eyes start to water at that point too.
P.S. Yes I deliberately skipped talking about Eren, the priest and everyone else because Sasha man. She without her gear is fighting braver than all of these wimps. Including that priest. Then again next episode will be a cliffhanger to major spoiler (hopefully) about the truth, so I'll be watching out for that.
P.P.S. Okay I may just end up giving the ending theme song. I seriously, SERIOUSLY cannot take the likes of Revo's music.

(So in summary I'm holding on to Alice to Zouroku and giving the others. Three episode rule applies too this show I'm not giving... yet.)

漫画 MANGA
Where got time where you got the Anime section lol. But seriously, there aren't any. That are in line with official translated release, so I'll wait.

音楽 This Week on Klassic Note
(As a good reminder only this week's reviewed releases will have a tooltip on long press will show album art! Yeah try it out now as you read!)
Okay, let's start with what I've missed thus far. Yeah, it's a rough start for April, not long after I paid my yearly subscription for Apple Music. Kuso Iinkai's new album was nowhere to be found, which is rather disappointing because I anticipated it a lot and now I'm still waiting to listen to it. I'm also not listening to Minase Inori's new album this week because... well the intro of this post is half the reason already, so I shouldn't elaborate. Now we can talk about what I DID listen. Chatmonchy's new single is pretty okay, really okay until you compare that to the real disappointment that is Kalafina's new single. Damn, I'm missing out already. I also took a listen to Natsukawa Shiina's first single... and I only ended up giving her B-sides because Nan-chan sounds totally great on those instead. I'm also giving LILI LIMIT's new song and I've also listened to SPYAIR's new single which I totally missed last week for some reason, but don't worry, I got you guys on that haha. To add on, I gave a couple more songs from amazarashi's best album including the new song which I think is sub-par compared to many I've given including his earlier songs, but hey, whatever comes in to Klassic Note, man. Yeah, that was a lot of songs to give this week, and I'm not done yet.

Next week is going to be quite quiet so that's good because as mentioned above I'm waiting to review a couple of albums. On the other hand, next week is also the week where all the Anime theme songs will get announced and previewed at some point (ClariS and TrySail have surfaced their new songs already), so I'll be on the lookout on that. Be sure to check out my Twitter for details. No really, everything I liked with a link is either an image you'll like or a video you can watch. Including TrySail's new music video.

On other news, (I'm referring to my Twitter likes now) Sambomaster's new single is going to be released next week (oops I forgot) following their new album next month, Yoru no Honki Dance has released their new music video for their new single due end of the month, and if you ever get to watch ClariS new music video... don't say I didn't tell you: you get to see them in person. *shock* Without a tall person to compare to I have a feeling they're either real tall or really short lol (also thanks to someone on YouTube Clara is the one with the pink shade; features include her hair accessories)

This is it then. I'm tired already and I need to start thinking of my work schedule for next week. (Yeah I'm that bored I need to occupy myself so I don't burn out) Cya guys then, and until next time... I feel tired already. Thinking about work. Two more months. I got to go through this. Sometimes I feel like my work is really devalued. Or less appreciated. Because it isn't that important. I feel like I'm doing up work for something that is totally optional in a project. Yeah. I'm screwed. This is not motivation at all. *sigh* Bye.
