Man, I should really stop watching Anime on the end of my weekends haha I just want to sleep now.

I mean, I have done Saturdays before, seeing the shows I watch (for now) can air by then, but considering the circumstances (*wink*) and I wanna enjoy my weekend a bit not thinking about the future, but you know... life sucks. *laughs* Okay Anime is better then let's watch them now haha

Now where have I heard of that story before... *laughs* Inspired by the past couple of episodes apparently Laurent why you steal other people's ideas (lol), this new episode (#GREATPRETENDER20) I guess we're going full on China again- Hey remember some people got sent down the ocean floor after trying to save a bunch of kids out and now Laurent has to save all of them? Hopefully you can recall what has happened so far because I can't even. So, finally, we have the full backstory, all in one episode. God, that ending with Makoto giving Laurent the wallet is so meta I can't even. *laughs* Okay, let's talk story. Story from when we took a break since two weeks ago, Dorothy's gang was about to do a final heist, but on to the Chinese mafia, and the plan now is to abduct a descendant of the African nation, give it to them for 10 million USD, and then save Dorothy out. Simple enough right? Yeah, and if you don't think this is also deja vu because yes they did use it on the Japanese mafia too but since they don't know about the story in China technically we can recycle this approach lol. Hey, who says scams can't be used more than once. *laughs* Moving on, Obviously there is a drop, because if you are waiting for it like me and know that this heist failed, is that that very princess who was supposedly studying in Japan or whatever, appeared in the papers. China papers, that's right. So yeah, got found out I guess freaking OZ WHAT DO WE DO NOW haha. And so, surprisingly, they did the similar approach to the Japanese mafia as we have seen, sending them down to the ocean floor. I suppose that's how this time around travelling back to present time, Cynthia and the others would have survived since they likely have a contingency plan now. Because for Dorothy, they didn't. Well, Oz did kind of draft up a last-minute plan to save them, but hey dear girl, you really shouldn't have insulted the head of the Chinese mafia haha. Like seriously, that's really what got her a bullet to the chest, she could have been saved. So yeah, that one's dead dead though. And as Laurent gets sad about all this and them 10 million dollars flying past them as they try to recover from their lives, including Oz having to sacrifice himself because technically he was the middleman in the incident... by committing crime lol wow Makoto's dad has got everything in his sleeve it seems. I guess his idea was to use jail as a cover for himself lest Liu comes for him which I guess is smart, and alternatively, as Laurent woke up from his dream of a Dorothy-less life after leaving China... Yes Laurent left China. And never came back. Ever. Yeah okay if you have watched this far you know that's not true but still. He wrote a tender note to Oz, asking for a revenge plan against the Chinese mafia, for Dorothy. I mean, it's for revenge and she did say not to do it so whatever haha. Then again, we haven't actually got the 10 million yet so I guess. And to the ending, we got the storytelling on various parts where all the other members have been found. They are namely why Cynthia isn't the big boss here but she's got big boobs and that's how she got hired by trying to scam Laurent I guess haha (which I assume after her breakup with Thomas), Abbie who got found on the streets dealing with thugs good one (and yes we need a Dorothy replacement, but as in figure only), Oz went back to the Chinese mafia to plead for guilty because Laurent asked him too technically (and of course, kept mum about it from the kid and even still visiting the mother until her death in silence), and Makoto joined because just watch Episode 1 haha. To conclude, that's a lot of info to absorb, but we'll talk about likely happenings after this week. Firstly, the fates of all the people involved in this heist. Now we know how Laurent can come back to visit Liu. Because, as he has not stabbed the dude and told him his mother in France is almost dead lol (Didn't he leave her alone I think? Watch back I forgot), he can technically "go back" to Liu because he was still one of his underlings at some point, helping him as a translator. So yes, as I said before, it's probably a favour out here, and that will save all their butts I think. What specifically though, we shall see to know. Then, how the history ties everyone up together. So, "confidence man" here has been holding on to the same philosophy for years on, that is, to scam the rich and not kill, out of anything goes I guess. From Dorothy being head to now Laurent, even without Oz on the hand (or maybe he's behind all along which will explain how Laurent isn't that smart lol) the team still kind of is able to pull things together. Again, don't ask Cynthia to do the seducing thing we know it doesn't work in some cases lmao. And lastly, how it all stands now. I'm going to watch closely on the episode timeline here, trying to follow TV simulcast here like most Anime do even nowadays (F**k Netflix okay?? Thanks for the videos anyways lol), but yeah, moving on I think we will see how this arc gets concluded. Yes, there will be a season two in place apparently, but we gotta see this off right? [Just my own words here: But yes the flashback does seem weak in convincing us about Dorothy's death because look how successful the first three arcs turned out. Really brought down the endings for the flashback as Laurent cries over her death because yeah, I don't even know if she's dead or not at that point, like seriously. Hard to trust that now you've seen so much tbh the Anime didn't take some time to play down the power of success in their heists enough to give this arc impact]

Oh yeah, and spoiler alert? The supposed "adult content" here is not sex. I promise you. *laughs* It's blood. You'll get what I mean in a while. *pukes* Okay, story time, *laughs* Wow, they even skipped the opening and removed animation for the ending lol. (*they can't credit rated content is what they meant*) So, story goes that Elaina run out of funds, surprisingly way longer than how Saya can hold out which I also don't assume they left house with the same starting funds, but you know, no surprise because it's going to happen someday. Haha imagine if it happened when she meets Saya again that'll be a problem lol. Thankfully, she found a flyer who will give her money. Like, for work. The premise is simple: It's from a Lavender Witch, she wants to travel back in time to save her childhood friend, and she needs somebody to accompany her. I mean, what could go wrong, amirite?? But considering the series, we shouldn't be too optimistic but at least we know Elaina won't die from this haha serious foreshadowing her also spoilers if you read this far. Anyways, the witch was prepared, the plan is to go back a decade and save the parents from being killed which Estella Estelle here thinks, is the source of her friend Selena being a murderer after she moved in with her uncle. Ugh, I feel bad telling this story again. Hey, welcome to this #Minikui series man, been a while since we used that word we have been getting lovely stories the past few weeks lol. Moving on, the plan worked, they travelled back to what the city was 10 years ago, and despite Elaina's concerns about time manipulation affecting the current present they live in... okay so you can't save the present then ok ok haha thank goodness this Anime still has some logic lol I mean, look at those time-travelling Anime out there and tell me which one of them made sense. *laughs* ANYWAYS (haha) (this won't make much sense too so) Estelle managed to get her bestie's parents out of their house so the killer would appear and stab nobody because... it didn't appear. Oh? Logical loophole here? And as Elaina waited not for long since they only had an hour to do this, she then found out that her magic has been drained, so she knows the Lavender Witch is in trouble. Okay I may have exaggerated thinking that the murderer may have known of magic because maybe that's why the parents' death may be inevitable nonetheless, but hey, you forgot there's someone else in this specific household besides the parents who can kill the parents. Yes, it's her. It's Selena. Ugh. *laughs* So yes, to fill us in on the blanks and probably Estelle herself, the abuse has happened before Selena moved in with the uncle. The dad's a rapist (ugh), and the mother's a bitc- So she killed them. Yes, as a 10-year-old. Again, as I've watched Anime series like "Babylon" and "Kara no Kyoukai", if you kill people as a kid you're fucked up, no matter what the reason. I mean, leaving and living on the edge would have been a better option. So, Selena got found out, and Estelle, with the last of her breath and magic even without Elaina's magic as she took the ring off (I saw that from a mile away tbh, that her magic would be used for Estelle out of her will) (I mean, you wouldn't think? Or else how you get the fat pay check that she didn't keep), killed her "best friend" once again, as she did counting from current present, 3 years ago. Hey, I'm getting so much deja vu I'll need a heater to warm me up later from this episode. In the end, Estelle sacrificed her 10 years of memories with Selena I assume, to kill her. Hey, and all is well lol why are you crying Elaina but seriously though, as much as this is hard to watch, it's also pretty revolting. And it's not because of the blood, trust me you haven't watched much Anime yet if you think this freaks you out lol I'm not a murderer. *laughs* Still, pretty impressed the Anime will go that far to do this type of content to be honest. I thought the past 8 episodes is what they have to offer, and we'll probably get more "This and That Village" stories instead lol. I'll say for one thing though for this episode: Estelle did do what was needed to save herself, that's more important. Because seriously, you wouldn't want to remember what dumb things you did just so you can gain nothing out of it haha that's literally for all the characters in this series other than maybe Elaina and Fran haha bye

Firstly, the price. Yes, Tsukasa wasn't joking. And Harajuku is your local famous shopping district, in my case Orchard Road if it wasn't filled with Filipino maids now lol. Ignoring them, the clothes girls buy are not cheap. Trust me, don't shop with your mom for a while and you'll notice. Also, follow Instagram girls. *laughs* (Really, there are fans who will research on what voice actresses wear on camera, no joke) Because clothing is expensive, thankfully they are also of real good quality, so at least you don't have to worry about using them for long. I've tried myself out on clothing which are higher priced, and can confirm, and I'm sure you realised that too, if you have the ability to spoil yourself on clothing, and underwear of course. Sadly, this is where the happy stuff ends, because for women to have satisfaction over variety of clothing unlike guys (Tsukasa is a rare exception who can understand the situation but) girls gonna need a lot of clothing for switching it around when going outdoors. My mom be a great example because she has a mini wardrobe that is not ours in every single bedroom in the apartment. *laughs* Including the bathrooms. *laughs* Anyways, the embarrassment is top tier (lol), Nasa-kun is totally sick in the mind turns out, and Kaname be MVP every episode she appears because no one does tsukkomi better than her already in this series. 音楽 This Week on Klassic Note

Well, more songs this week, and I swear I wasn't spending more time again because it's time to wrap up for the year, but we'll learn soon enough that we haven't, as there are more releases to listen. KANA-BOON's new single is totally not great considering I've given songs from their best album this year so... next year guys I guess. Sayaka's new EP from a month ago was actually not bad (if you remember her from Goose house), but sadly fall short mostly due to melodies, so I think I only ended up giving the one song because her English in singing be good haha also the lyrics. I also took some time (as in just now lol) to give some chance to Liyuu's 2nd single where she debuted this year, and uh, I kept being reminded of Chinese songs and those suck so *laughs* Well, I'm not in the mood to give technopop anyways so you're not welcome.

In news concerning Twitter and music mostly because there is a lot to talk about this week, cinema staff's new song is a serious meh so I'm not giving until they have a full on release, SID's new music videos are likely setup to (1) their new single releasing end of December which I'll listen because the MV ain't bad and (2) their upcoming 17th anniversary live early next year so I hope you guys have money to give them lol (also I should follow them on Twitter haha why haven't I), Scenarioart's YouTube live from physical event the last of this year is acoustic and it's great and in and because I don't want to live with regrets and unlike VELTPUNCH's live I can donate in yen with a better exchange rate" I gave them some money because independent labels be hard to live with now, Aimer announced her new album releasing April 2021 following her online live, Fuchigami Mai's new music video is great if I liked the song lol (that's idolism in a nutshell), and PHONO TONES' 1st mini-album is finally on streaming services haha seriously though that was my 2012 year end fuel. In news not concerning music but on Twitter still, Anime "Kyokou Suiri" announced a second season. Yay. I can see the joy in the dude's eyes already lol that face but seriously though yay for more Kotoko-chan and b*tchy drama haha the mystery-solving is not even important anymore

So for next week, well next month, looks like we have all lined up fresh new releases for the month of December, one release every week haha good I thought we're done. So first up next week is Minase Inori's new single for her 5th anniversary and I've said the topic song ain't bad anyways, followed by yanaginagi's new album which previews aren't that bad I can identify a couple of new hits I'd like, followed by Polkadot Stingray's new album since their slew of digital singles and mini-album since start of the year, and SID's new single will end the year in Klassic Note. Ugh, I still haven't came up with a good list for everything yet haha I should get to it

Ooo now that I'm worried about what ending to write, I saw Twitter just now and saw Earphones online show that I've watched (last week) selling live bromides starting tomorrow? Hey, why not. Haha it's not going to have pink somehow lmao. Good, now that I have an ending to my boring weeks now lol cya guys next week, and until next time... Capitalism will keep me going haha I'm going to attempt again migrating this blog with all the posts we have so far updated to the new elements respectively. Hey, guys. I have bad news to report.

I, uh, after much hype about Ueda Reina's signing event which is today... did not get selected to be signed an autograph. Yeah, I then found out yesterday, after they gave the results probably earlier this week. Hey, I really forgot there would be a limited number of spots anyways she can't be stepping on all those grapes herself haha (that's an Anime reference from two weeks ago) but man, imagine if I REALLY got selected haha I will become her fan IMMEDIATELY lmao. Well, Reina-chan, I guess we're going the long route into liking you lol hopefully you won't be married by then. Haha don't worry though Rieri will make sure I like you someday haha stay tuned on my Wanted List to find out

Now I feel sad. I really thought this will be the best encounter yet, better than any romance Anime out there. *laughs* Oh don't worry, I'll still watch Anime in the morning and then watch the event live in the afternoon. Hey, Elaina, if them clothes of yours are getting in the way of this hot weather you are free to take it off we can take it lmao. *holds nosebleed thinking about it* Haha anyways, in this new episode (#MajoTabi08) in which just listening to the opening makes me sad *sob* (refer to intro of post), yeah I thought my quote was foreshadowing but I guess the author got to them first lol is this supposed to be the Halloween special episode? *laughs* So, story I guess. Firstly, in the city of dolls. Apparently everyone has one. It's like a smartphone but it doesn't move and it's way heavier but you can brag about it more haha. No really, think about it. Elaina passed by a group of citizens and a magician from the Association (yep, the place where Saya is at to earn her pocket money lol) by the name of Sheila, who is investigating the crimes of The Ripper in town. Okay, legit thought the culprit was killing women just like the one as rumoured in London in the 20th century, but nope it's not that bad I guess. Still, it has harmed many over the years, which is probably why someone from the Association was tasked to come down to investigate. Elaina doesn't really care much about this since it doesn't involve her (lol serious foreshadowing right here), so she goes to find a place to stay the night. But man this is just giving me the creeps where there is one at every corner because there is also one in the room she's staying the night in- Ah yup. *laughs* Okay, imagine how bad it would have been if (1) they all have their own minds because that puppet maker was a magician too and (2) if Elaina got one and there's another in the hotel room. Please, Anime, leave this creepy stuff out of my mind please. Thank goodness it's not that bad, as we get some Elaina fanservice for the night (HELL YEAH okay calm down lolicon me), and then... yeah if you noticed the window's open and think it suspicious you're not alone. Because as she wakes up and goes to brush her teeth (what year is this?? lol) and looks at the mirror... she thought she saw a Saya-chan in white hair. *laughs* Excuse me, ashen white hair. *laughs* Okay, jokes aside, but yeah, her hair got cut off. Yep, and Sheila got called over, so to confirm, that's what The Ripper was doing. So, in case you haven't suspected anything yet, the one in the doll store giving out free dolls to people in town? Tell me she's not a witch lmao she can move the doll without using those stuff Jeff Dunham is using you tell me she doesn't know magic? *suspicious emoticon* Haha okay I know it's mystery solved but we gotta get to the funny part too lol. After "interrogating" the owner of the establishment ie. the hotel (man must the girls in this series be so violent? I like haha ah-) he reveals that the doll he had which, suspiciously, was stranded with human hair instead of like, whatever those makers use for hair probably nylon or whatever haha I don't know doll-making, the two infiltrate themselves to an underground auction to hopefully, find out the true culprit as to where Elaina's hair would have gone to. So turns out, besides the half a dozen human-sized dolls we saw which I'm sure Jougasaki from "Yojouhan Shinwa Taikei" would be jealous of (lol Anime reference!), the final product of the auction is then of course, 7 dolls of which hairs were made of, you guessed it, the victims of missing hairs from the case they were investigating so far, including of course, Elaina's hair. Who would have guessed? *laughs* Anyways, Elaina is done with this bullsh*t, tears the place up including the wonderfully made doll to make everyone present not be able to unsee this violence (lol), but also, draw "The Ripper" out which of course, has been prosecuted Jesus Christ Elaina let the woman off please what is with the death sentence lol. And yeah, reporting back to headquarters and having Saya hear this terrible news will ensure that culprit's death, I'm sure of it haha probably now she looks like she's going to enjoy it haha what. To end this week, and goddamn did they round this cast up at this precise episode so that I'll feel better about myself, that masochist of "The Ripper" was voiced by Ueda Reina (haha) (uh oh I think I liked that acting), and Sheila by Hikasa Youko. Again, familiar voices, but I did not recognise them at first listen anyways, so hey, they got me. Got me real good haha

Goddammit I know someone wants me to reference that Chatmonchy song the moment Nasa-kun went on to say "born and raised in Tokyo" even though the lyrics in the song uses Japan haha I hate this Anime now lol. In this new episode (#ToniKawa08) ("Nippon umare, nippon sodachi~") where we finally conclude the Family Visit Arc haha I gotta make something up to make it sounds like an Anime series right? Because so far, it's all the embarrassment and we didn't really get anything serious going so... let's talk about more embarrassing things haha. So yeah, firstly meeting of the parents. As Nasa-kun has described, his parents are weird. Well, not weird as in the father's an author of some hentai manga weird no no *sorry Ao-chan*, but more like in their behaviour only, because sort of like the son himself, the mother is kind of shy, and the father... let's just say he thinks a lot too haha like seriously conversation problems run in the family lol. It is rather a simple episode this week though, where we spend a day there, and as described by Nasa-kun, spend a day there and leave by the next night bus. And so, besides the sleeping scene where I swear it's not even an exaggeration if the mother was putting a stethoscope up against the wall because they are in the room next door lmao, the couple didn't do anything I promise apart from kissing haha I wouldn't call that prosecutable so... *laughs* We'll do more of that in our own apartment HAHAHAHAHAHA moving on!! They walk around Nara to take some photos and show them parents that they aren't close to a divorce haha I mean what could happen as long as it doesn't involve Chitose. *laughs* So yeah, as much as Tsukasa isn't that interested in historical monuments as a God she still went along with the father and son on these stuff (because why wouldn't you recognise your own handwriting or someone you know and have lived in the times where Nara was the capital of Japan), but hey, let's just say we don't know any of these facts, yes? I'm just playing along with this haha I really don't know Nara as much as Tokyo lol. And finally aw man, #TheFeels when you see the ending part haha man this Anime got me again. Well, let's say got me again twice in one episode. Besides the father really thanking this god-like figure who saved his only son from literally death (then again she's also the root cause so...), uh, I'm now glad for Nasa-kun who did take care of emergencies because... their apartment in Tokyo got burnt down. Yeah, it's all gone: Tsukasa's spare underwear, their newly-bought TV (lol) and everything in it. Uh oh. I hope they have asked permission for guardian for the papers on the new house haha cya guys next week I wonder what will be their fate CHITOSE DID IT lmao

Hello, everyone, to the... definitely once in a while long manga review, but here, is the last of this series. Yes, after 5 years of serialisation, it has ended. With the final volumes out this month (yes Volumes 8 and 9 were released on Friday actually), I have decided to show my support for the artist, but unlike Kawai Makoto-sensei, for Hazuki Matcha-sensei here also the author for "Isshuukan Friends." (yes "One Week Friends") I have decided to skip the shipping queue (also it's not cheap) and read it up on Amazon Kindle, so not sponsored even though I got a good deal on all NINE volumes here, but let's talk everything about it.

Story goes that Shun-kun has came back to Tokyo after years of leaving his bunch of friends from middle school those years ago (it has a pattern, so ~4 years I believe, we'll talk about that later), finally coming back to meet up with them... in high school, of course, and with many things upon them, they talk about the situation now. But instead of finding them all together, they are all over the place, probably left from fragments of their childhood. And Shun-kun - not being able to face his own emotions and of course, his emotions for childhood friend Sana-chan - meets with her new friend in school Ayumu... who looks exactly like him. Exactly might be an understatement, because the moment they put that misunderstanding into action ie. Shun-kun taking off his glasses, people around them start to get confused immediately. (Okay besides the one guy who know of the pin on Ayumu) And thus, Ayumu suggested such a play around, but Shun decided then, to use this as a weapon to understand the feelings of others, as much of a wimp of himself and his image of not wanting to face his emotions could be.

Seems that it's pretty straightforward on what is upon us, I hope. We got main guy who likes main girl, some other guy he can pass off as to effectively eavesdrop on the others around him to find out what happened these years along, and rounding back to what lives they had before Shun-kun left with his family. And spoiler alert from now onwards because you can wait for translations if you don't mind lol, but yeah, it happened again, the leaving. NOW we can talk about the strengths and weaknesses about this series, and Matcha-sensei's approach in general. (1) Don't expect wholesome stories. Like the author's previous work, the focus here is only on emphasising on the waves of emotions and amplifying them only for enough for something to happen. The strongest of drama is probably nothing compared to anything you watch on cable TV, trust me. That, in my opinion, I see as a bias because I actually like such a style, because in Japan such a genre is rather niche but otherwise also treasured("kyunkyun"), because you don't have to be too direct about love yet still be able to do everything about it. If you aren't into such troubled and missed emotions then this is hard to actually convince anyone to understand, just like how the emotions of all the characters are hard to understand until you hear their stories. (2) The turning points for this series. It's never ground breaking, and it's most of the time, rather expected to some extent. Most of the time if not all the time, it's meeting up to talk about their stories, and never using those cliché methods of encounters all the time like many stories would use, to come to conflict or conclusion. But hey, this really depends on how you approach it though. And yeah, in the end, these stuff are kind of necessary anyways, so I won't say too much. (3) The ending. As I said, it happened again, Shun-kun has to leave with the family again because the father has to, and I'm not going to investigate that part because I know of Anime that will literally confront the father and do the runaway thing, but hey, this story is not that. Focus here is then, instead of just walking about of the window and being honest about each other like the reveal of Shun-kun's switches between Ayumu to Sana-chan and Kouhei, he then chose instinctively, out of his own wimpy self, to keep mum about everything to everyone yet again. Most who read this would think of how much of a wimp he is then to do so even though we all know that hurting others of such news once again, things such as farewell, is not a good idea, and as much as it's also not of good idea to keep mum about it. I would say the latter is worse, but you need to then remember the characters of this series aren't a bunch of strong-willed people. If you think of it that way, and that's why the author chose such an ending instead, a more roundabout approach. But despite the teacher ratting him out accidentally mistaking Ayumu as Shun-kun again (lol sensei), and why wouldn't you also block Ayumu on your phone after blocking everyone else, Sana-chan at least, still managed to say her goodbyes to... his bestie. Yeah. Yes, the problem with this series is that you cannot be sure who are together, because they are never, even after 4 years down the road where everyone is in college and stuff and Shun-kun still asks for Sana-chan to wait a little longer for his action. Even though...!! Even though Sana-chan has dropped such a big hint on him. Ugh, I can't even. *laughs* I'll take that as a yes, guys; I can live without the actual confession haha

All in all, I like this series. As I mentioned in the past few reviews over the years as I see it serialised in Japanese online to be read for free as the latest chapters come out and I missed most of it lol, the last time I read this was like, around the end of Volume 6, as I surprisingly, picked up from where Shun-kun decided to confess about his switching with his lookalike. So yeah, that's a good point to continue and then find out what the end would be like. Then again, I am disappointed that, despite opening the time capsule and then Sana-chan finding out that through opening Shun-kun's box with his key entrusted to her as he tries to sneak out forever haha (did I explain that for you?), it's rather obvious that Shun still likes Sana-chan, and not just as a friend, and similarly, the girl should have felt that too, despite being switched around with maybe Ayumu on some occasions. See? It's not that hard being yourself. *shakes head* That's the only grime I have with this series, I guess, to then find out that that's literally what the title is about, and yes, they will not easily change because in all the stories of the characters mentioned throughout, it's always about them refusing to change. But changing is literally, being weird for a while, and then that is the new norm. And that's how Kouhei moved on after quitting the running club because the club members probably were involved in his incident where he injured his leg, and how Sana-chan got over being lied to by Shun-kun over the switching. That's how it is. In the latter she probably cried a lot (lol), but she also moved on. That's how life should be. I wouldn't say this is how you get laid with someone you like lol Chihiro, but hey, it's some feelings one wouldn't easily forget. I would argue that the author tried the very best to like, how should I say it, display these wavering emotions on the characters to make you feel sentimental, sometimes shocked, but mostly uneasy, about the feelings you have for others and what they are. And this, is what it feels like to be yourself. And it serves to be a good reminder to me too, after all these years of being alone.

TL:DR; Don't lie to others, be what you are always, and accept change through the best of your understanding. Even if it makes you feel worse for yourself and others around you, embrace those emotions that make you you, for others will do so too.

And I hate to say this, but somehow the omake chapters in each book were doing so good, the author decided to continue with "Isshuukan Friends." on where they left off from the ending, where yes, Hase-kun and Kaori-chan were effectively a couple. Hey, the mom knows. *laughs* Nope, not following that unless you animate it lol but really though I wasn't into it halfway through anyways but I just read it till the end for Matcha-sensei honestly

音楽 This Week on Klassic Note

Well, I did hear a couple more songs than the one release I intend to review, so let's not talk about angela's new single because I just heard it just now and I rather not. *laughs* Takigawa Alisa's new mini-album is not bad, to say the least, but I did only give two songs, of which literally their production second guessed it and released a lyric video for the other song such that I HAVE to give it now lol well I intend to give it anyways. Me on first impressions never fade away easily once I decide to give it another listen, usually on Wednesdays. I did also listen to Iwasaki Ai's new song finally released in full in view of her live in December, but heck, I'll just give this song just because she retweeted my tweet. I guess I'm an international representative for her music, huh. Hey, be glad to do so man, her music is so lovely to listen, I almost forgot she collaborated with like a pops music producer last year on a song that totally isn't her style. That song was good though I did give it haha

On news concerning music and Twitter because I promise you that's all I care about now, thanks Iwasaki Ai for the retweet of my tweet really appreciate the love here (hehe), Ikimonogakari's new song is for Anime "BORUTO" series and might be a decade already since their last for the series (lmao the single is going to be stuffing the old songs as a package) (cheapskate haha), nano.RIPE's new song will be for yet another Anime airing next season ie. next year, and surprisingly Taketatsu Ayana is releasing a new digital single next year which might signal her return since her marriage from last year.

So for next week, I'll talk about it later anyways since I don't like to dump it here, Earphones' 2nd album back in 2018 I'll give a run-through because I know I won't be giving much anyways, and KANA-BOON's new single for Anime probably. I'll see if I can even give the latter after so long (even though there's the best album which had new songs and I only gave oldies) and it's not because of that bassist we got over that already please.




Well, I did... uh... how would I say, "watch the archive" (lol people know you're lying already you freeloader) of Earphones' recent online show, and man was it fun to listen after this long. I did give quite a lot of songs from their early days and then fast forward to like last year and this year with the 5th anniversary album too. *silence* They were not good though, not great. *laughs* Hey, I'm not those who give critique on singing, but I would argue that instead of an idol group like Marinka mentioned in the live, they are more of an experiment, so looking around them won't give any inspiration because they are truly different in the industry, I would say. Oh well. I did get some surprise songs out of it though, where they dumped their own selection medley chosen by themselves, surprisingly all from their first album back in 2015. Man, talking about 5 years, this year's Klassic Note special compilation will BE focused on (sorry idol groups here but) mainstream artists which I've known for 5 years. Yeah, I gave a record number of indie artists even back then, and now I think it's a good time to talk about them too at some point. Will talk about them more once I got the list confirmed why is Yoru no Honki Dance only releasing an album next January ugh. *laughs* Cya guys next week then, and until next time note to self that please wait until at least 11pm JST before posting just in case Minase Inori wants to dump some news and I have to put it in next week's post instead lol bye

アニメ GREAT PRETENDER

"Forget about stupid revenge and start enjoying by doing real stuff" This series in a nutshell I guess

Well isn't that the most useless intro ever for this series lol okay that dude literally got left out for the ride to the hospital whatever haha. In this new episode (#GREATPRETENDER19) where younger Laurent is running away from his issues just like how I am too lol, looks like we are going to find out how the term "confidence man" came about. Seriously, how can I forget there was a Laurent's team before Laurent's team, how foolish of me. *laughs* So, man, this is really quite an episode to talk about after all this while, so let's get to it. Story first because I promise you I have more things to say than what is in this flashback, if you recall, as started by Makoto's dad from previous episode. Story continues where Laurent tried to stab a rich guy but ended up stabbing that dude's girl... which then turned out to be Dorothy, our lady in question, in relation to Laurent. So turns out, she leads a group of  "confidence man", scheming scammers and liars, who steal from the rich. Well, help the poor probably not, but I suppose they will be doing that from time to time lol. Anyways, Laurent was invited to help just like how Makoto was invited to join when Laurent is in charge, and they, uh... continued to scam people lol. And so, Laurent dropped his... whatever he was doing for a living back then lol, to help them out. One after another, one night after another, and they made a lot of money and love at the same time. Hey, can't say Laurent is a lover, but Dorothy sure isn't. Well, as long as you bring her up to the mountains to see some "lights" (aurora borealis be the official term), she'll be with you forever, and as we continue down the path of meeting the Chinese mafia selling kids (ah this is where they started lol) and them trying to buy them back while taking their money, we have to consider many things that will change the path of this story so far. Firstly, Dorothy's status as of now. Just in case no one noticed, she isn't around so let's assume she's... dead? Well, in trouble, since no one dies in this game lol. But yeah, how and why? Did they then, probably in the next episode, lose to the mafia? Probably, considering this is going to be their last heist and they, uh, tried too hard and went over the line? Yeah, that can happen. And seeing that Laurent kind of took a knife for Liu (probably faked but you know), for this arc specifically then, he might be asking to, mark my words, ask for a return in favour. Secondly, Oz' relations with the "confidence man" group. So yes, as Makoto figured out at some point and I second-guessed it last week, yes the father's with the group. Along with Laurent probably for a while, mind you. Not that the timeline here is stated at any point so far, but my guess has changed from this was Oz AFTER the jail term to Oz BEFORE the jail term. If that made sense to you things will become clear to you by now. So yeah, Laurent has already been, sorry Oz, a bad influence on Makoto if they meet. *laughs* Fast forward to today, and you can see how deep Oz is into currently Laurent's team than into those mafia guys, just so you are aware. Finally, Laurent's rationale in this whole arc considering the flashback. Not that he wants to settle down because I swear he does want to at some point, but I think, as much as Dorothy mentions not to do revenge, this arc might turn out to be ironically, if you haven't taken a hint, meant for revenge. If you wonder how I took the hint, tell me where Dorothy is (and don't give me the "in Laurent's heart" bullshit lol) and why this last resort so far to talk to Liu after pretty much Oz and the others dropped down the sea and Makoto got into deep trouble with the mafia, would let Laurent - clearly the big boss as of now - take over the situation and confront probably one of his biggest woes in his history of scamming people. To be frank though? We still don't know what's the true stance of the Chinese mafia, by far. We only know they are big enough to play with the mafia in Japan, and Liu probably still owes Laurent something. That's all we have to work with right now. I suppose there will be a grand entrance of Oz with a solution to resolve this before the arc ends considering he was the strategist, but we need to know now, that this is going to be rough. And as we see the true face of the past and meet the present, this might still be the most twisted arc yet. Man, and they doing a season two? What content they got by then? Haha cya guys next week while I find the new insert song lol not as impressive as Cynthia's imo

Did someone mention the wall?? lol okay no more America stuff please I'm watching Anime haha kid Elaina kawaii!!! *laughs* In this new episode (#MajoTabi07) where I swear if someone on the streets asked me for a knife I better take three steps back lol Elaina no!!! I mean, she can just kill with magic the weapon is not necessary haha. And this week, besides Elaina trying to die lol, we're talking about borders. Welp, dear author, I hope you're ready for a lawsuit haha hey it's all fictional guys you can't sue whatever. Also, welcome to the lamest episode ever in this series haha I'm calling it here first just in case. Firstly, about a wall. I know it's hard to talk about this, but considering Anime like "Attack on Titan" having walls upon walls... you can think of it as those walls instead haha. So, story goes that - I like how this involves witches we already know as they are making grounds - a witch from the Association as I will refer to now (yes it's Saya shut up) (haha) passed by the countries separated by a wall because they couldn't agree on each other. I would argue though, as a form of politics, that if really two factions can't agree it's better to set up borders, really. Look at most of Africa today and you'll get the point. *laughs* So, that witch, who also wrote the book that Elaina read as a kid, gave a story to both sides of the wall and since they won't know of it through each other, they sincerely asked travellers to carve their thoughts about the country on their side as they pass by. Like, really, just praises? What if I wrote this country's bad points? Will I get executed immediately? Ignoring that haha, the one from the Association, in this case, was asked to do something about this wall ie. promote it? Okay, boss, what do you want, a prop plane dropping pamphlets? *laughs* And surprisingly, she did the bad thing by letting anyone carve whatever they want on the wall, and through time, ended up destroying the wall because people could write whatever they like. Or dislike, which is probably more dangerous to do so... Okay, Saya, good job tearing the wall down so that Elaina got to see nothing lmao is this the most stupid follow-up to a story ever. *laughs* It's like when we get space travel in the future and then you discovered that what you see in the planets aren't exactly what it is through satellite images... *conspiracy theories arise* Okay I'm making stupid jokes now but you get the idea. And yes, there wasn't a winner because since the witch in the book Elaina read told both sides the same thing, travellers will just write on the wall on both sides. And then, the lamest story yet most relevant story you have ever heard of if you aren't in the first place: fetishism. *laughs* Uh oh, did I trigger someone? I'm sorry. *laughs* Story goes that there are two villages in this case, separated by a road, who can never agree on each other about the quality of wine they have produced. However, because Capitalism also exists in the past, "That Village" (this name is so stupid haha) to drive up sales that side (let's take sides for now, so this side for "This Village") the guys that side (lol) chose the most enticing of marketing strategies ever: a woman. *laughs* Hey, don't laugh at me, ask yourself when's the last time you bought something because of a woman. *recalls 11.11 sale* (haha that's you I don't buy stuff on Singles'... Day *sob*) Anyways, so clearly there is a winner now, but this side had to live with it until some witch arrived and promised to help out. And guess who is this helpful traveller who is also beautiful and smart and a child prodigy lmao this is already going great. It was a hard call, and I agree with Rosemary that Elaina isn't as... attractive as she is, but hey, we can get the lolicons in I suppose. *laughs* Thank goodness this is not real life or else I can already imagine Elaina stepping on me now haha please do. *laughs* Okay, jokes over, let's talk story alright? Ugh. *laughs* "Fuelled by hatred" Ah yes, this was part of my script lol, Elaina went ahead and agreed to this competition, I guess. Again, assuming both sides are equally good similar to the previous story with the wall, no one is going to win unless they employ different strategies to win. And after a day of hard work, Elaina then realised that she can't be doing the stepping all by herself, not to even say that Rosemary woman who now has not grown legs thicker than her bust size lmao. And because people in this side are dumb, they then now found out that you know, just like idolism, she can't be doing all the hard work herself. Except for Nan-chan, she edited her own videos on YouTube haha you're welcome to go check it out lol. (With the power of Internet you can also mass produce wine-) So, confrontation time, as the two sides then realised how silly this has been to fight for the wrong reasons, and in a sea of bullet-powered grapes... haha Elaina drunk is the best, they learnt to take this as a lesson... and thus the Grape-Throwing Festival is born. Wow, such wholesomeness haha is this how Thailand had that festival? Oh wholesomeness be me talking about Rosemary lmao okay joke's over. All in all, refreshing I must say, for two stories with a similar theme, but as you can guess earlier than Elaina can fly to the wall after reading the story about it as a kid... this is as smooth as it gets. *laughs* I don't know where I was going with that haha but one thing to agree on is how the aesthetic now is the witches we know of now that are influencing the world around them as they continue to carve out (get it?) stories of their own.

Oh, no intro? Hey, that's how confident these producers are now at this series haha don't say nothing. In this new episode where we are promised a good time for at least one night haha (#ToniKawa07) the couple continue their journey to visit Nasa-kun's parents. Yes, Chitose is still MVP this week haha again when you know Koko-chan flares up is entertainment to you you want nothing more lol. Again, you think Tsukasa will give a damn about the small things? She agreed to marry that's all you need to be happy. *giggles* So, story. In a nutshell it's like someone wrote the script to make it bad but it still turned out good is this "Binbougami ga!" or what? *laughs* Ah, now that we have calmed down hopefully like Chitose by the end of this episode, let's talk about it. Firstly, about the issues in marriage. Yes, I did talk about how things will go wrong after marriage and that a couple has to experience before that happens, but you know, these guys had a shotgun everything so... *laughs* Okay, not in that context but you get the idea. And so Chitose here is bent in seeing the drama happen in between them because you know, more exposure, more problems, amirite?? Yeah, so first up, about food found on unfamiliar ground, branded foods vs new stuff. There are people who will do the norm by finding the familiar names when travelling OR (hear me out) trying out new things when arriving on a new place, but hey, they both have their strengths and weaknesses. Trying out familiar stuff makes you boring, but trying out new stuff has a chance of it being real bad as shown in the episode, so yeah, there isn't exactly a win-win for these stuff, I would argue. For me personally, I hardly find any familiar stuff when travelling so I just eat whatever lol I'm already picky in my diet I just choose whatever I can haha. Anyways, instead of flaring up at this though as Chitose did not expect, Tsukasa flared up instead when the husband keeps taking photos of her. Hey, in Nasa-kun's defense... Since the couple hasn't been making much progress ie. on the verge of breaking up or getting a divorce lol, we gotta bring the heavyweight in so Chitose came in between them. Insisting that they weren't meant to be together, and asking for answers for their bonding, there did come a point that even Nasa-kun was worried that he needs to convince the people around his life (say, around Tsukasa's life too) that he was married to the cutest girl in the universe lol how hard can that be. Next up, about going places. You know, if you watched enough high school Anime school trips you should have familiarised yourself with Kyoto, the ultimate travel destination. *laughs* And the norm - even though I'm on Tsukasa's side here - is to visit historical artefacts, from shrines to towers to whatever in between. So yes, as Chitose has wanted, Tsukasa went along with the husband so to avoid a divorce lmao turns out Chitose was right. *laughs* And thus, the wife rented a kimono as one could do there FYI, she be cute but the camera wasn't out lol, and... they were once again stopped by Chitose. And in order to prove to the girl such that she would approve of this marriage... I guess we're switching strategies to infidelity this time now lol this is going to happen at some point even without the edited photos lol. And lastly, about love. Yes, this is a bit cheesy, we know this will happen at some point including the last episode of this series probably in a month, but suffice it to say that Professor Nasa here (lol) did come up with more concrete reasons than Tsukasa being questioned by the maids because why not, on their pursuit of true love. On the lighter side, we see Tsukasa just you know, describing what she likes about the husband, and the guy just being... cute. Yeah, no joke. On the other hand, you see meticulous journey planner Nasa-kun taking Chitose out on a date she would dream of having lmao, but then landed on his philosophies of love which I'm not boring you with, but suffice it to say that the most relevant explanation I can agree with him is the chances of fate. It's not because I'm liking all these idols today that made me twitch because all these are fated to be my idols and I'm fated to spend money on them lol (hypothetical example by the way),  but that you know it's here you want to be together the moment you saw them. I don't know about those who have had say, dozens of women in their lives but, I understand the idea of "the only one" appearing in your life, once in a lifetime, especially the first. Shout out to my reinforced middle school memories for this haha someday man. And yes, that marriage is about proving love there forth *gets RikeKoi flashbacks*, not because you have proven. Well mainly because we can't do that forever, so we might as well tie the knot first. I guess that's how you explain Western marriage ideals and how they get divorced faster and more often than Easterners huh haha oops. To end this, yes in case you didn't take a hint because they made such a dumb joke you were rolling on the floor laughing throughout this episode (aka ROFLMFAO), Tsukasa hints that, to Chitose, she has always been... a 16-year-old. 音楽 This Week on Klassic Note

Okay, about music this week. To be honest? Yeah, I forgot that Mocho had a single until I watched the livestream featuring her on Monday and then I'm like "oh yeah the topic song kinda sucks but I still have to review it" lol that sounds so forced. But for Asakura Momo's new single I would argue that I can still give the topic song despite its... its unusual melody but hey, I could use some consolation after or even during work here, so thanks Mocho. Tomita Miyu's new single, on the other hand, was the one I have initially rejected the heck out of from the music video and then after this week... probably won't get into my list this time around because even like SPYAIR's new single which I was reminded of because I follow them on Twitter, I... don't even know where to start talking about their release editions because on Apple Music the digital version which has a B-side is just music lol, had a physical limited edition for the Anime that had other own songs which were theme songs for the Anime series. Yes, "Haikyuu", that one. I did not give the topic song by the way. *laughs* To top it off, I'll mention it later anyways, but due to listening on a livestream... more like video premier on YouTube, I'm giving the one song from Co Shu Nie which I'll not bother to do special characters just like how I deal with fhana anyways, but yeah, probably won't have to do it anymore because of their occult style, I'll probably be only giving this one Anime theme song. Trust me, I listened to all their music videos before delivering this judgement haha

On news concerning music on Twitter this week I'll try not to overlap with last week's stuff, I listened to the one audio diary of Kayano Ai (in case you didn't know context is she's doing one every day until her 10th anniversary album release around March 2021) where she talks about Anime "Servant x Service" and their theme songs and damn did I miss that series haha yeah in a nutshell it's because of a name haha and also tsundere Ookubo Rumi because I love her for that lol. Moving on, turns out I'm not the only one who remembers Komatsu Mikako's birthday song because literally, it's called "Angel Number" but if you know the lyrics you'll sing it on her day every year haha Mikami Shiori I saw you there, SPYAIR released an oldie of a music video to celebrate the new single so yay I gave that song, Natsukawa Shiina's new single is upcoming January as announced in her new YouTube video but also it's composed by yours truly from UNISON SQUARE GARDEN's bassist (goddamn the hype), I did tune in to THE FIRST TAKE FES featuring - because everyone wouldn't stop talking about it you know how it makes the other 3 artists feel? - YUI in her revival live to sing 2 songs that got the world crazy over her sure whatever, and KANA-BOON's new music video is... give me a minute *listens* (haha) not too bad it might be their best new song this year so yeah, it's going to be out in 2 weeks for an Anime so sure I'll review it then. Hey, there aren't many stuff releasing throughout the last couple of months this year so I'll listen to anything if I have the time haha

So next week, I've been waiting for this for a while so let's hope it'll be good or else I'll just take the topic song and leave, Takigawa Alisa's new EP. Yeah, she hasn't been known well in Klassic Note, so let's hope I can give more of her this time around. So far it's only the single for Anime "DomeKano" (which I Reviewed) and the first album, right? Yeah, she isn't that easy to give anyways imo




Hmm, it would seem like I've skipped forward according to the official Twitter of GREAT PRETENDER since they are still talking about Episode 18. Hmm... I really wonder if I should take a break for a week so that we can align with broadcast and then I realised that I don't really talk about this with any community or even anybody so I guess not haha. Hey, didn't take long for me to realise that I don't like to talk to people, even though people do tell me that I'm capable of doing that. Oh well, just... you have to take my sarcasm and everything if we have to talk haha I have no qualms just like how I type here to be honest.
