Is it possible to always balance an impression by compensating a bad one with a good one and vice versa?

I think we can. I mean, given enough time you can. But I'm not talking about that, like when there is only once chance, or a short time, or people are just jerks and you get agony in return. (Refer to my definition on agony lol)
