Saying bad things to oneself may be way worse than people saying bad things about you.

I was just reading on tweets talking about describing a time where someone said you can't do something and you did, because it all boils down to whether you set your heart to do it. And as long as you do it, there'll be no one to stop you, unless you do it yourself. And it'll get worse if you already told yourself otherwise in the first place. That's... me right now haha
