The Klassic Note Review 2020.10 Issue 1

Yes, the package for last month is finally here. But I'm not going to touch on that first. For I have work tomorrow and I want to "sleep early", I'll do up everything else by then, but meanwhile... we can do another Klassic Note Review.  A month in the making, and probably a lot more before that for her because you'll notice the release numbering... Mmmmm Nan-chan!!! Haha okay calm down me

So yeah, this time around, we're back to my beloved imouto yet again. Sorry for missing your 3rd single, dear girl, but maybe when you release your 2nd album we'll get back to that again BUT FOR NOW!!! Haha okay I know I love her we're good here lol. Let's get to it then! Even I wonder why this single would be here after what happened around the world this year...

And yes, I know the official title was "Antithese" so give me a break already I don't want to do spell checks all over this post haha

Natsukawa Shiina - Antithesis [Single]

(Don't ask me why let her hold the traffic post which is real heavy according to her, but I'll take the slight closer-up, thank you)

Origin: This, is a single of sorts. This is a single from her own music label and talent company MusicRay'n moving into the new age, in my opinion. It was April 2020, a time of confusion and instability, and that's where Natsukawa Shiina - voice actress and member of unit group TrySail - started her own YouTube channel. And first in her group. In the whole company, even. I suppose it was probably then where she covered songs she liked from rap to modern pop rock tunes that led to this single, I might say. Fast forward a couple of months later, she introduced her new single to us, bringing up much hype to every aspect of it, from the songs, to the music video, behind-the-scenes footage and so on... all produced/edited by yours truly, this is truly an age to live in. I hope that she really enjoyed making this single as much as I listened to it, because I tell you, this is some kind of a release.

(1) Antithesis

From the first chorus:

"Always

Until (my) emotion limit can be released, I'm still holding the grudge to be alone

Above this kind of life and still eating away, (I'm) still strongly, strongly struggling"

If this is not the definition of modern day pop rock, I can't find another description. Listening to this within seconds it'll hook you in, as with the intention of the indie composer and producer Surii would intend to do, and even later presented in a lyric video about how rebellious this song might sound, and it's totally on point. The song and music video show the strong and cool type image of Nan-chan we might otherwise not see (all but more, of course), but this makes it even cooler, embodying itself into a song that dabs itself. With a catchy melody and lyrics to remember, this will make a point across, with hype and even fit with anger. So much power, you'll won't even question my criticism of parts of this song I would otherwise dislike, just because.

Rating: 4 stars (Crazily Above Average)

(2) RUNNY NOSE

From the first chorus:

"(I) want to stand out, (I) want to laugh (it out)

(I) want to be in a form without keeping up image

(I) want to expose (myself) but it still hurts

Peeling off (my) shell

(I still have to) Come up with a reckless excuse"

And as if one hype song isn't enough, the B-side will make you never put down this release. Apart from the fact that the solo artist singer herself came up with the lyrics which are hard to read even if I have read Japanese for the past decade, the music itself will be enough for you to bop your head, let alone shake it like it's Saturday night. It's also this that brought in a great first impression when she revealed this on her YouTube channel, just days before release date. The whole song itself is even more impressive than I thought, though I did hesitate in giving the song mostly because it'll take some time to get used to, considering the genre and obvious extension of melody to keep up with the lyrics. As much as this is a weakness of having separate composer and lyricist, this won't stop you from cheering with the background vocals, and shaking your head up and down in the chorus. This truly is a wild song inside out.

Rating: 4 stars (Rocking High on Average)

Conclusion: Everything done here might be an experiment. To suit Shiina's tastes, to test out modern day social media, to go into a genre the company itself hardly explores... all in the name of an emergency. I guess that's how we will have something good in our hands right now. If you are a fan of her, I'm not going to convince you to do otherwise, but if you have heard any of the songs on YouTube and thought this was cool? You're only hitting the tip of the iceberg, my friend. Nan-chan can do so much more, you'll think her cuteness is getting her way, and I love her efforts for that. This single will go down as something to remember, even for her as an solo artist.

Haha don't ask me why they don't even bother to put in the seal for that photo with an oversized wrapping lol. Let's see... that was from? (Forgive me it has been a month) Yes, Toranoana because since she's not that popular (oops) and I can take my time to order this at any time, I ended up choosing the one I liked most with that combination of close-up and you know, maybe a different expression of her. Well, her smiling is the best, isn't it? Haha my inner fanboy is showing. Other good ones include from (why are they so big OMG) Gamers to ANIPLEX+ to Rakuten Books (please kill me with that cute face), if you think I may not have chosen the best. I may be regretting but I got it from this store also because of...!! (See whole package review for answer) (Poor guy buying from Amazon Japan without any bromides haha)

In case you didn't notice even from the disc because I covered it, it's also a first for MusicRay'n to release both instrumental tracks for their singles (normally it's one, unless it's double A-side), which is why I keep emphasising how much has been blessed on us for this particular release.And since Nan-chan is so generous to share pretty much everything of this single to the world, you can click in to see the images, including the one below. About what I mentioned about release number, MusicRay'n ones start with "SMCL", and for comparison (Regular Edition for reference) Asakura Momo's 2nd album released in April was "SMCL-655" and Amamiya Sora's 3rd album released in September a week before this single is "SMCL-675". This single was "SMCL-649". Now you should get the idea: it was intentionally delayed. Or the reverse, so that part of the music can be licensed on YouTube for her videos. Hmm... I'll leave you guys to think about it haha

P.P.S. Considering how this was packaged and especially, consolidated so all of it can come in one piece, I'm highly suspecting how much the staff at tenso.com are enjoying looking at my package hehe more tomorrow I promise

Man, why are the new shows I want to watch this season all about smart kids lol okay I wouldn't call Makoto smart but *laughs*

Hmm... I don't have much for this month's Otaku Package haha but at least I paid for something, so there's at least one thing now. Haha me trying to find more things to justify the international shipping it's so dumb. Also, I'm thinking of... crossing the line with calendars here with AV actresses but, uh, I worry for nudity so I'm holding back for now. I'll see what it looks like based on reviews of Twitter fan images then we will see. I can't think of any alternatives for calendars for next year too tbh

Well, let's cut to the chase, yes? If you see this posted early compared to previous ones because specifically on the day of this post, 7pm is Uesaka Sumire Instagram live, and 9pm is Touyama Nao Instagram live. Problem is, Sumipe decided to do 2 hours. Yeah. I wish I haven't liked any of them or if the pandemic ever existed they would have never got to this haha then again she's freelance now I suppose

Wait, how did Elaina keep her broom when she landed? Did she shoved it up her- Okay in this very healthy series that I shouldn't make jokes of (#MajoTabi01) we, uh... see the realities of life. No really, from the perspective of a 14-year-old. So, let's give you a summary of Elaina's... first three years as a magician. Well, it all started from reading a novel series or probably, diary series of a witch, and makes her aspire to become one as a kid. And so she worked hard for it, and graduated as the youngest graduate in the country. Hey, if that doesn't make anyone jealous, think again. Because since the world's requirement here is to ask for an existing witch to recognise her abilities to become a full fledged one, everyone is shunning her just because. It's sad, but hey, that's the reality right there, girl. Really makes me wonder why she never questioned why is it such a case, but you know, I got my current life pretty easily already so don't ask me about rejection. *laughs* Anyways, she overheard her parents talk about a passing by witch named Fran on the outskirts of the country, and she decides to try out on someone who isn't in town, so maybe she won't think she's some kind of genius only or something. Surprisingly, she got took in easily, so yeah, gotta have a drawback, isn't it? The Stardust Witch accepts her as a discipline, and then... she became a slave. Again, Elaina, if you have watched the many majo Anime out there, you're doing it wrong. Everyone makes the same mistake anyways, so let me tell you the way. *lifts up glasses* Firstly, always question anything and everything. Not like, being a jerk, but putting up with everything is a mistake. We'll talk about that later anyways, so I'll just say in passing. Just like in real life, if you really have questions about how the world works, you can always ask. But then again in this case it's unlikely going to work since Fran will just shun her anyways. For a month, even. So secondly, know the situation. As mentioned before, we talked about why her as a genius isn't practically accepted throughout the state, mainly because anyone you ask to be your sensei will be such a loser compared to you, and that's not your fault honestly because it's always on the surface anyways, but that's kind of a two-sided sword (or wand), so I won't say much. Lastly, feel it out. I mean, she did break so that's good, and that's also what Fran wanted to do to her? Yes, cue the parents, I guess. I hate to think this is a scam, and if you also wonder how Fran has a year to do this lol, but since Elaina will take every opportunity she could to become a witch, she'll do all it takes, even if it means doing chores for a month and then getting trashed in magic fights haha that's cool though tbh. And I think Fran knows it too: Why is this girl not complaining? She's not a POW, she's not a slave bought with money; (*gets employee deja vu*) Why wouldn't you question anything? Think about it. So yeah yeah, she broke the heck out of this innocent girl, for I would like to say she's already matured as she is for her age, so besides people who shun her and not take her seriously, I would say Fran has tried her best to do what the parents ask of her: Let her learn of hardship. Because you know, experience is hardship. It's never easy, you always lose, and even if you win you'll never forget you're just balancing in the rope of life, just like everyone else. Okay, as to why I was convinced to watch this for the season, at least, with a three-episode rule. It's kind of funny. And that's good enough. I expected this to be some serious shit (it is), but thankfully it isn't. From Fran being fran-tic (haha I'm sorry) to the father crying lol, there is some level of jokes we can take once in a while, so thanks for this not being like, a Fate series or something. Then, it's the direction of the Anime so far. It's just adventure. So yeah, more on the slice-of-life elements probably in the future, and that's why I have to watch two more episodes to make a formal decision. It's like me recognising this Anime as an Anime- That's not done by me that's the Anime production doing it on the author lol. Lastly, the cast. I mean, if anything, I think Ede-chan (Hondo Kaede) bring Elaina is already good enough reason to give this a try. Fran is Kana-chan (Hanzawa Kana) but with a more matured tone until you cry in front of her lol, and there are more familiar voices as we move on. So yeah, let's hope we get to talk of them soon haha. It's been some time since I gave such a series, previously along the lines of "Kami no Nai Nichiyoubi" which is like 2012? Haha yeah, so... I'll give this a go. The whole package is great so far, I know it's kind of an adult story which will hopefully lessen as time goes by because I see cheeky Elaina at the end of this first episode as a great entry to drama lol, and man, Harry Potter might be awesome but this is pretty cool too. *laughs* We'll see how far this takes me. Get it? Because I'm on an adventure too? I have a feeling this is a feature-episode style thing (as in every week she goes somewhere and meets new people), so don't get too used to Fran because we got new people coming right up! Yes, Ede-chan is good enough for now hehe 18 years old too so that's good she'll show up half naked now lmao bye

"Please, give your kid a normal name!!" Nasa-kun, you've clearly not watched Anime "Servant x Service" haha you're lucky to get away with this name

Yes, it's in the title. And I'm feeling pissed. And envious. And my bestie just got a girl to date and you give me this Anime?? Yes, I'm in. *laughs* That is my first impression of this series, so let's get into it. In the first episode of marriage (#ToniKawa01) I, uh, highly suspect this guy has never seen a woman before. And I've seen at least twice by his age. *laughs* Okay, my story aside, let's talk about this miracle of a story. Ignoring that it's from the same author as "Hayate no Gotoku" series which ended like, a decade ago, uh... I don't know where to start haha. For starters, SCREW YOU KANOKARI lmao wait what. *laughs* No seriously, we got a lot to talk about just this episode alone. So, in case you haven't heard of this series, and I don't until like a couple of weeks ago where Kitou Akari (who voices Tsukasa) dropped this on me and I replied "Yes" as fast as Nasa-kun could (lol), but yes, this is the Anime. Firstly, I would like to warn you, don't doubt this miracle. Yes, don't even. I know the Anime talked about the story of Kaguyahime like, 3 times at least (I'm not good at math so if I'm wrong don't blame me) and it really sounds like no one would ever trust this dude who is so desperate for her in any case, but that is it. It's literally... well, besides getting hit by a truck so I assume Nasa-kun here is already bonkers (lol) (okay he wasn't before it so), but yes, it's just his confession and the girl said yes. That's it. Plus, getting married. To you know, seal the deal? Haha which is why I would like you all, yes you included dear reader, to just take this Anime as some guy who wholeheartedly asked her out and she didn't think this guy is bad even with injuries, and actually agreed to it. So, story. Story goes that, because of his name (I've clarified that in the quote above lol) he decides to prove people otherwise that he is not to be laughed at (I would argue your confidence is something to laugh at already haha), even if it means aiming for top university without a backup plan. Man, this guy's got all the balls. But then, as he mentioned it himself, he got distracted. Pretty reminiscent of real life where we are in middle school too (those were the days... haha), but all it takes is for one girl you like to appear and your whole life changes. Yes, the author may have exaggerated this if you didn't notice (including the bleeding lol), but yeah, this is roughly what it feels like to fall in love. Trust me, I have my days too haha. You get the iconic scene you see in the trailer, and I really didn't expect them to play it this long to be honest (I mean, you saw the truck driver's reaction? lol), but yeah, and then he finally collapsed. I would argue that Kurosaki Ichigo from "BLEACH" didn't last as long as this guy did lmao. After waking up, of course, she is nowhere to be seen, so he probably thought it was a dram, amongst other things. So, as with any other Anime, you have to ask questions. (See, Elaina? It's not that hard) (lol) And so he did. To think that he may have done a confession even like, half awake, and then the girl saying "if you marry me" to be together? That sounds like a plot for an Anime That sounds too good to be true, that's for sure. But she's cute, I'll give you that. Not really my type even for 2D standards, but sure. *laughs* Hey, what can I say? He likes the girl. I guess he didn't say how long he took to stay hospitalised, or whether his parents were with him at some point. I mean, he only mentioned he left his parents to live alone because he can't take their nonsense anymore, and probably hiding the secret of his reason behind not going to university as any parent would ask. Still, this guy's a genius, so he'll live it out. Yes, that's why the intro of this post. Even at work, he's so good. *laughs* Such a wasted talent, isn't it? But hey, they say happiness is real important, so I'll take a woman I love too, thank you. Okay wow this is quite a long one already, so let's wrap up a little since we can talk about buffet-level holding hands and sleeping any time of this series lmao. So, a couple of things you have to understand by this episode. Firstly, about marriage. In Japan, the minimal legal age is 16. And yes, I assume with the cherry blossoms out and Tsukasa suddenly popping in front of his place probably through searching around for a while, this is precisely what Tsukasa was waiting for ie. Her 16th birthday, because there's the agreement back then. And yes, you need guardian consent. I'm going to leave the doubts for later, but suffice it to say, you don't need to have parents around to get married (that is not wrong, because what if your parents don't get to see... you... get married) (oh, me) (haha) so I guess screw you Nasa-kun's parents, and you can register for marriage any time of the day. Even at night. Is this how celebrities do it? Hmm, cheeky, isn't it. *laughs* Secondly, about getting hit by a truck. Again, I didn't expect to learn some first aid emergency knowledge in this Anime lol, but for starters, Tsukasa mentioned a lot about emergency, so for us lucky bastards who didn't cross the road and get T-boned by a truck (lmao), I hope we all learnt something from this. How long Nasa-kun has survived to do the confession though, that's what we'll talk about next. So lastly, about all this being a scam, specifically, because of Tsukasa. Again, I said not to doubt this series, and you shouldn't because have you read the manga haha, but yes, the author did leave a lot of clues to let you think this might be a trap all the same. I'll summarise that to the hints about Kaguyahime (if you watched the episode thanks for the summary of the story because I'm sorry Studio Ghibli if I didn't watch that Anime to learn of this story), Tsukasa's dictionary level knowledge (the easy explanation is that she might be also a bookworm like Nasa-kun, which then makes them a good pair haha) (ugh my heart), and Nasa-kun's reactions about all this. So, since the author has made this easy on him to accept this reality, he made him a confident person in life to pursue anything he wants (so yeah, even asking a girl out), while still doing things in impulse - or as he says, "faster than NASA" - at the right time, as in signing the papers. All these combinations must be the perfect situation for them to be together. Well, in the Anime sense, of course. Man, Kazuya you can go screw yourself because I wish like everything else I've gotten in life, I can get my marriage this easy haha I wish. Meanwhile, I'm going to enjoy 11 more episodes of this at least, unless I can't stand the opening theme (if you saw who did the music for the series you'll know) and can't give the ending theme but unlikely this is not as bad as "Hanako-kun" I'll give something haha Akarin~

アニメ GREAT PRETENDER

Is it just me or can I not forget about Cynthia's love story from last week? Ah, I wished I was a painter lol. In this new episode (#GREATPRETENDER13) where what's gone is hardly ever going to come back, hey at least Thomas' art skills were back. So, story. Story is now that Thomas is found, but he's in debt. Long story short, remember last week where James scouted Thomas out to be a great counterfeiter? Yeah, it changed his life for good or for worse. And of course, Cynthia isn't buying it. (Get it? Because artwork) Along the days, Thomas got richer because you know, the plan for James is that he paints artwork real enough it can get vetted by James as real, and then... if the actual one appears then we're screwed. Remember in an interview in the episode he said he studied? Yeah, it's just to assure that this artwork he was going to ask Thomas to paint is, you know, already missing. Haha this is so screwed up I can't even. So yeah, to the extent that moving up his status is also the start of James psycho-ing him that his woman should be left out. Hey, it's that career vs love question again, isn't it. But seriously though, if a girl asks me to work MacDonald's for my current job, I'll never say no. It's for her, man. Canned beans are a small price to pay (Get it? The beans are small too- I'm sorry) just to be with your loved one. I guess not, considering you won't be warm in winter. The reason then, that Thomas got into debt, after Cynthia left him, is that he realised that his "artwork" were then placed in real museums for others to look at, and that, is ridicule to Art itself. I mean, really, he should know as a painter. Then again he could have not visited the local museum lmao. Anyways, he took the turn, buying back all the art he has created for James, which of course, forced him into debt because what else he's going to use to pay to bid out those artwork. But even through all this, Makoto did actually convince him to paint the counterfeit for Snow of London mainly because... he stole that box Cynthia was holding haha. That box, which contained, not a joke, a drawing of a wedding ring. Aw, how sweet. Stopping her for the moment though, let's talk about how things are going with this heist. Abbie had to swallow her own pride (if she has any) to you know, get closer to James literally (ugh), but also, report on what Laurent is about being a black market art seller to the mafia. Laurent tips him about an upcoming auction that James can participate to buy back that painting Laurent outbid in the first place (the original, by the way), and then of course, scam him by giving a fake and taking back all the money plus profit in the first place because, you know, it's currently rated at 30 million euros now. They gotta take their money back somehow. So, to conclude on the arc, I suppose with next episode they have to touch on two things: (1) whether James will get scammed for real. I sure hope so for this one he has seen the real one. Well, I forgot we're supposed to also scam Fran not him so we shall see how that goes haha. And (2) Cynthia's feelings for Thomas. Hey, this is even more unlikely to happen though, as she would probably argue that she can't revert back on her rich swindler life now, mainly because I would argue for her that it's technically social justice, and the guilt is lesser? Haha I wouldn't say that but see how Makoto has blended in so much now. *laughs* So yeah, let's actually see if any of these will take off, but as with every arc so far, I'm sure it'll go swimmingly well. For Cynthia though... if you want to retire from this we understand hehe cya guys next week

音楽 This Week on Klassic Note

So, this week, and let's talk about this quick since this is likely also the only thing which is great, Sangatsu no Phantasia's new album is... I guess, going to join the list of albums this year which I got many songs out of (others include Asakura Momo, yorushika and so on), as I give like, 5 songs already at this point. Yeah, without much hesitation too. Well, mostly because like, I know 2 songs from artist I know of (literally one of them is also composer of yorushika, yes n-buna, which I did not know of when the lyric video of this written song was played early this year, and I thought it was good) (it's fate haha), and the rest... are just me wanting to hear more Mia-san. Mostly being cute, and sometimes being like everyone else because I could use some emotional songs once in a while. Also, because Anime "GREAT PRETENDER" Original Soundtrack was literally released last week and if you didn't hear me talk about how good the current arc is, then you're missing out on the one song they've played on this week's episode like, 3 times. *laughs* I gotta give it now haha. Oh yeah and lastly, YuNi's new single which almost gave me hope on giving the B-side ever since the digital single which was some ending theme *wink* Uzaki-chan *wink* and (saw potential to do a physical release and) released a proper release, almost made me want to give the single in full. Don't worry, the second listen of the song on the way home killed it real good haha I was in the mood at work to listen the first time apparently lol

So, in news concerning music or not as I would see fit and that is on Twitter, yanaginagi's new album is coming due December (thank goodness I gave the one song a couple of months ago), I guess KANA-BOON has a new song for that firefighting Anime, Anime "ToniKawa" theme songs are already on digital if you have music subscriptions or something (ending theme recommended unless you like... rap?), and this has nothing to do with music but I want to say and you can probably Google it yourself, romance harem series "OsaMake" is getting an Anime adaptation. Why this last time is particular spicy is mainly because apart from the perfect cast which I swear it's not coincidental (Minase Inori is the childhood friend who is jealous of everyone you meet, and will eventually rid of them I assume) (I mean, read the title dude), the main guy of this harem is also... that one guy. Matsuoka. Yes. Harem kind of Anime haha so yay? At least they're going to enjoy the recording in the studio lol

So for next week, we have a slew of releases I have no much idea about so going in blind, from ASIAN KUNG-FU GENERATION's new single which is quite some time already (last was in 2018?) and I've heard nothing thus far, to GLIM SPANKY's new album which I swear I've not touched them since last year or even 2018 tbh (okay I did mention them in the Digital Singles Week I did some months ago but I didn't give anything, I promise you), to I almost forgot Waki Azumi's new single is also next week because I like the one - shockingly this time around - topic song that is also an Anime theme song (don't try to read the title, don't), so let's see if she can continue to make me like her (songs) third time coming. Again, it's one song every time so I would like to break the record if she didn't having 3 more songs... that I don't give a damn about every time haha Columbia Japan's budget is off the charts lol

The Dream Fragment 20201003

Wow, double appearances?? What?? Is this a dream?? Yes it is, me. Haha this is so dumb

I felt like I should talk about this wonderful dream I had as bizarre as it is so you're welcome. Yes, two ladies were featured in this somehow, and I'm only going to talk about the good bits here since I forgot most of it and the last bit is even weirder so...

(As usual, dreams stop when the quote ends, and anything inside in brackets are my comments if I can't keep myself shut lol)

"It looks like a summer party or something, probably out of a 90s movie. People were hanging out drinking and hanging out in the pool, likely in a mansion of sorts, so a night pool setting would be appropriate. Among the groups of sexy ladies were (yes she is not that hot but) Takahashi Rie, who looks more desperate to find guys and/or interesting things to look at. For the former, the others were looking for the best hunk in the house, but he's hidden somewhere in the corner, and so they decide to find him. Dressed in cropped tops and short denim pants (someday, Rieri, someday haha), they walk around to find a curtain behind where the shadows of two people were found: clearly a taller build of a male and the curves of a woman.

A lot of things went through her mind before the reveal. As the others were discussing about how erratic the guy's behaviour might be probably because he's a rich kid, and that he's kind of a sadist and an alcoholic (I think I added the latter in I forgot lol), but despite all that, her enthusiasm may have not faded enough to deter her. So, as the curtains were drawn, the group were shocked to see... The handsome hunk of a dude (hanging out with another dude just joking haha) doing the dancing kiss position but instead, is chugging down beer down a woman's throat on a table. The ladies witness in shock for a moment and then ran away.

As the camera zooms away (yes forced perspective is a thing in my dream remember I did it's like a 90s movie) and the guy continues to happily chug down beer but not onto himself, Hanazawa Kana, on the other hand, is surprisingly enjoying herself. (Oono Kensho, is this you? You sick f-) Drowning herself in happiness and mostly alcohol, it's almost as if she and the bottle of beer were one, leaving her drunk in happiness as the guy stopped and walked away. (Camera focus on her please, and... Cut!) (lol)"

In terms of references haha, I think my interpretation of old movies are mixed in with Kana-chan and her slew of recent ads for beer on Twitter (yes that's a thing now; Akarin is doing one but more subtle for an energy drink), but don't ask me why Rieri is here even (guess I need her in a dream once in a while hehe), and the handsome dude... is probably not me or the husband lol. I'm done imaging Kana-chan with her head only fused into the whiskey shaped square glass bottle haha ugh she must like beer a lot lmao ok bye

P.S. Woke up to a "WORKING!!!" ending theme song haha I wonder why but I suspect I heard it at work yesterday but yeah why is all dudes singing too for fans who know of this

The Entertainment News 2020 Edition Issue #39

Yeah, I'm going to spoil here real quick, Anime "KanoKari" and "Uzaki-chan" both have sequels in place after their final episodes aired on Friday. Yeah. So yay, congrats, I guess. Now I'm going to join all those weebs in watching stuff that they never get bored with and never giving new series a chance lol just joking look at the next season preview I'm giving new stuff.

Anyways, that package is coming soon, I only realised I'm due to ship already a day after all of the individual packages arrived, so you know, won't do much of a difference because this forwarding service international shipping fees is kind of a ripoff (I miss Suruga-ya already haha), and even then it'll take weeks to arrive. So... I opted for the slightly cheaper rate since I'm going to miss that single review for the month already haha Nan-chan~

So, Anime, I guess. And considering how things go for next season ie. most of them will start from next week, there will be no break then. To, you know, catch up on manga or movies or whatever because I'm lazy and I want to continue making that profile list page on GitHub haha okay let's watch Anime

アニメ GREAT PRETENDER

"We have people looking at us..." And then Cynthia's colleague be like OMG haha why she can't have someone to like her? Geez...

Wow, right up into pace, the team is already working rounds in London. As expected of the team with Laurent in it haha Makoto you still sour about this? *laughs* In this new episode (#GREATPRETENDER12) of James Coleman which is definitely not that skinny guy you see in the intro because it's fat af haha, he's sleeping with an old woman. *laughs* Okay, who knows what about James' marriage life so I wouldn't ask, but hey, he's living the life right now. But man, is this so far the best episode of the series because CYNTHIA!!! Haha man, her in love is too good how did they make the best woman in an- oh this is original Anime. *laughs* So, story. Firstly, about Coleman. He's an art appraiser. He's an auctioneer. He does this thing every so once in a while, and somehow certain paintings are always bought by this rich woman Fara. But it's not just that, because besides having a secret art gallery which Makoto and Kudo managed to enter to see the sights (as well as plant a listening device), it's also the place where she keeps her... lover's most prized possessions. Yes, coincidentally, it's James here. I know. Unbelievable, right? But hey, you gotta lie you gotta lie. *laughs* So as you can see, and as Laurent pointed out, James likes the paintings he likes being kept in good hands which is not him because he can't afford it anyways, and Fara is after... whatever his charm is I don't know. He's a good liar? *laughs* Anyways, as we have found out soon enough, things are starting to pick up from the team's side to sort of, have a hold of his life and situation. To, you know, do whatever drunk Cynthia wants out of this heist haha. I guess it's selling the painting again at a high price, right? So yeah, Laurent went into the auction, crashed it by buying out the Snow of London at 30 million pounds (that is a a lot of money FYI) literally robbing it away from Fara who then got a scolding from her... "art advisor" lol (really the husband believed it?) (yes apparently she's not single?), but also, is the start of their plan. Mainly (1) to sell it to Fara while earning money from it ie. make a fake painting so effectively they got it back for free and (2) make James furious such that Abbie can get a job under him? Haha, spying or whatever, it worked for the latter, which of course, we will see that be of use at some point. For now, it's not enough to ruin James' career, but we will soon, I'll promise you that. Then, the flashbacks, for Cynthia. First arc we had Makoto. Second arc, we had Abbie. Now, it's her turn. And like her, we don't know many of her story. Story goes that there is this painter, who sells replicas for survival, saw this beautiful woman at the local cafe. I mean, I agree Thomas, that if I were a painter in London and saw such a beauty? I'll ask her to model for my artwork. *thumbs up* So yeah, as you can see, as time passes, they sort of got involved in each other's lives, making and selling artwork, trying to live by. I legit thought the ring was for them, but nope, or else this would be even more exciting consdering how Cynthia is effectively single right now. *laughs* Anyways, they aren't living the life just yet, especially Thomas, and it was not until James Coleman appearing in their lives that made a difference. So finally, how this ties all together. Sadly, what is between Thomas and Cynthia is not an affair or whatever thing yet unlike with James. Well, not yet anyways haha. But, the two kind of tied together mainly because, instead of Thomas' work of drawing Cynthia selling for money (which man, I'll buy them, AND her haha), James saw excellent potential in Thomas... making counterfeit artwork. Uh oh. We got an evil villain on our hands. Because so far, we know of his reputation as a man of art, so whatever he approves will literally be the actual work, or - hear me out - an actual facsimile. Yes, this guy's playing dirty now. Surprisingly though, he may not be able to tell the difference. Because since he said he can be deceived by Thomas' replication of artwork, Cynthia (today) probably thinks she can deceive him again. So yeah, I guess we're going in that direction now. What happens next? Man, I just want more wholesome love stories of Cynthia. But yeah, I better brace myself for the breakup and/or her relationship with James just in case haha thank goodness this isn't like Sam from the previous arc who is NOT straight haha bye

"Did you just say you (Sakurai) would do anything?" Uh oh. *laughs*

And then you realise Uzaki-chan is always finding you, Sakurai, because.. you're the only one she knows. Well, knows well. Her other friends do not count if they don't appear in this animation lmao. In this final episode of the season (#UzakiChan12) because I believe you've read the first paragraph of this post lol, last week's ending was a farce. *laughs* Oh well, really thought she was pregnant or something haha you know she can't sit on the floor anymore or something because it'll be hard to get up. *giggles* Anyways, I'm those guys who cheer when Uzaki big chests appear in the swimming club as managers lol this is going to turn into a porno in a minute haha. So, story, I guess? I mean, it is the final episode (for now), so I wonder what's going on. Turns out, they gotta spice it up, right? *prepares rice cooker* So let's talk about it. *laughs* So, I assume, in this Anime filler of a final episode, we talk about the past, and get drunk. Man, isn't this life though? Firstly, more flashbacks. Well, thanks to Ami-chan asking about Uzaki's past, we now know more about her first encounter with the senpai. For starters, she wasn't initially swimming in the club. She's supposedly just in as a manager along with her (then) friend (lol) who dragged her into helping out the swimming club because you know, the girl wants her senpai. Hey, guess who also got her senpai down the line. *laughs* Yeah, friend I hope you got laid because Hana-chan did- Ah. *laughs* And yes, it really sounds like she has been changing her tone and kind of, you know, losing her own tone in conversation nowadays and sounding like Sakurai, at least, from an outsider's perspective. I guess you get influenced by peoples' tones once you hang out long enough with them anyways. I only get my influences from YouTube videos lmao. Then, Sakaki recalls Sakurai being drunk. Well, he doesn't really now because he knows it sucks (the toilet trip, I assume), so as matured as he is in responsible drinking, he controls himself. So yeah, since Uzaki wants to break him (haha), the friend rats on him and teaches him a way to break down his defences. So drink at home, don't give him water to dilute his drinking, and since Uzaki gets drunk easily, pretend to drink along. Haha NOW we can get him drunk lmao. *gets a bowl of rice and sits down* Now for the fun part. *laughs* So yeah, nothing much happens as Sakaki described, since drunk Sakurai is just sloppy, he talks little and is very tired. So yeah, not very entertaining compared to Uzaki-chan, of course. On top of that, his words make of a very embarrassed Uzaki, so she might as well be drunk anyways, is what I assume she was doing after hearing about whatever "love" thing that is going on in Sakurai's mind haha. Sakaki drops by to see what happened unlike Ami-chan (lol hey don't say you weren't invited haha), and puts them to sleep for the night because you know, it's kinda late. And in case you didn't see the official Twitter spoiler screenshots until you watched it yourself notice why the camera angles for both of them are so close up, it's because they can't reveal until the next morning that they... remember Sakurai only had one bed at his place? Yeah, it's big enough to fit two people now. *laughs* *gets another bowl of rice and chopsticks* So yeah, that was quite a night. And as Uzaki thought she can do this experiment again (without thinking that how bad this will hurt anyone's liver), Sakurai reminds her that summer vacation's over, bitch. *laughs* And that's it, actually. I know there's the last part where *empties bowl and refills* but you get the idea. This Anime's so good with plain rice lmao okay that's not the point. The point is that this series, apart from the joke that is Uzaki x Sakurai, is probably just the interactions between the characters, the mood, and overall, what this slice-of-life wants to represent: going outdoors. I know this is real irrelevant at this time of year or even this year to be honest, but I'm sure we'll remember this to come back to watch this again because... there's season two!! That's right, more laughter, more awkward situations as much as the author can conjure lol, and because we have an interesting ending of back to school featuring new character Kiri which is Hana's younger brother AND two other new characters waiting to come in to this Anime series (see tweet from the author, here), I can't wait to see what more episodes we'll get from whoever wants to join in the feast of rice haha no really we need more bowls, chopsticks and rice cookin' because IT IS TAMARANAI haha (as in irresistible) hey this Anime is great slice-of-life what can I say

Okay FINALLY Kazuya has woken up to see the reality in front of him and appreciating Ruka-chan has his girl. You f**king idiot so stop thinking about Chizuru already...? Haha you think this will end right if it's like this? Haha, naïve are we, huh. In this final episode for the season (#KanoKari12) we have a lovely scene where Kazuya is literally confessing to Ruka-chan which is seriously OUT OF THIS WORLD RIGHT NOW lol but I mean seriously and- Oh wait. Last week, huh. Yeah, totally forgot about it I thought Kazuya was hallucinating Chizuru and Mami-chan while confessing to this girl in front of him lmao. So, story...? Firstly, about the two girls in a karaoke room first, I guess, then we'll talk about Kazuya. So, if it's not obvious enough because even Kazuya figured it out, Mami-chan is renting Chizuru out. Very awkwardly, because why would you do that, knowing that you're that ex, and somehow you should be like everyone else not knowing about this... relationship between Kazuya and this rental girl... hey again, it's complicated. Well, to Mami-chan, it's not that complicated. Just... stop it. By doing all this of course, I suppose she has this message sent across those two (yes Kazuya is hearing at the door because it's his workplace lol), and throughout this date sort of, I think even with the interactions on the bridge, it's still really obvious that both of their real emotions are... nowhere to be found lmao. Like really, think about it. Mami-chan is totally jealous about this relationship and totally wants to ruin it like the evil villain she wants to not be somehow, Chizuru really wonders about her relationship with Kazuya at this point outside of money which I might say is not even important anymore, and Kazuya is a crybaby haha. But thankfully, he didn't interfere so this will play out properly, but honestly, if this is not Anime filler than I would argue that it's not enough. I know this would not make of a great romcom (lol), but hey, author, you wrote in a b*tch make her behave like one. You know, go out to ruin other peoples' lives because so far you've not been doing much to fan the flames. Hey, maybe it's me who saw all those dramas as a kid lol that was such bad influence, but yeah, that subtlety is too weak to make a case. But yeah, maybe Chizuru pleading to Mami-chan's feelings about Kazuya did hit it, I guess. Like the "it's our problem" shtick- hey Mami-chan you'll make of a good actress. *laughs* Then, the situation at hand. Which is why I say this might sound like a filler episode to end the series season because it's just another summary of Kazuya's fake relationship with Chizuru to the whole world at this point right now, but also, I guess, another doki moment where Kazuya accidentally spouts out that he wants her body haha. What, Kazuya, that's all you want, you pervert. *laughs* All in all, as I'm hearing the new insert song not by halca but by Amamiya Sora herself, I must say this Anime still leaves me with mixed emotions, and me nowhere near satisfied because clearly, Kazuya is in no position to talk about his love life as pretty much everything is in a mess right now, which would tide over this past year (in Anime time) (it has been this long?) of his life, so yeah... I hope there is some conclusion at some point even in the manga. But for now, because I know from the official Twitter already and yes the very last part of the episode was kind of cryptic but SEASON TWO!! WOOOO!!! Haha okay I wasn't this excited about Uzaki-chan so stop faking it. *laughs* But yay maybe, because I didn't expect to hang out this long, but clearly, this Anime is making bucks. *laughs* So yeah, more of this drama I guess. I might add that if you are going to miss majime Chizuru 'cos this is her new surname now lol, not b*tchy enough Mami-chan who is not bad enough to piss me off but can't stop being jealous until we know of her true feelings which is never, Ruka-chan which is MVP every week since she appeared until Sumi-chan who became MVP for like an episode because this week doesn't feature her lmao. Man, can't wait for more clarifications next season imagine of the Anime stopped here I would say this ended way worse than I has expected, to be honest. I mean, what kind of ending is this? I'm just not convinced. The laughs are great, the romance is mostly fake, and I can only idolise on the girls in this series. Seriously, I'm as bored as Mami-chan haha just joking not that farfetched but still. Anyways, to end this... KAZUYA YOU FUCKING WUSS!!! YOU MAN, TILL THE END!! UGH I'm quitting this series haha cya guys next season

So, for a not-so-elaborate opinions of shows next season which I may or may not watch:

• I know "Higurashi no Naku Koro ni" is a good horror series, but... nah haha I'm scared of work already lol
• I hate how "Majou no Tabitabi" [premiers October 2nd 2020] has practically no objective as mentioned in the synopsis, but hey, as long as I can accept the magic, and somehow the Anime production can give us an ending... why not? It's been some time since I give Ede-chan (Hondo Kaede) any magic related Anime a chance remember Tejina Senpai? Wait. *laughs*
  
• If I don't give Kito Akari as waifu wife Anime "Tonikaku Kawaii" [premiers October 2nd 2020] I must be crazy. I kind of know the author's background with "Hayate no Gotoku" series because I kind of watched my sis watch it lol, so I can guess the level of humour and story we're going on with over here. Other than that, naming this the Akarin waife Anime is not an exaggeration this is how you marry her lol the photobook doesn't count
• I know "Munou na Nana" is a once in a blue moon Ookubo Rumi as main series, but man, am I not any bit interested in the story haha like seriously
• "Project Rescue Our Princess" lmao that's not the Anime title for "Maou-jou de Oyasumi" though it's just a cute princess Anime with Minase Inori as main girl. Who could resist? I can haha. Unless I'm interested in like, the Zelda/Peach's perspective waiting for the hero to rescue her, I might give this a try. And she sleeps all day?? I'm out lmao
• So "Ikebukuro West Gate Park" is like the Yazkuza series? I'm good I've watched till Kiwami 2 from someone's livestreams I could use a break haha
• "Adachi to Shimamura" is like my relationship with my best friend: Not because one of us is gay but he likes Mikuu and I like Akarin. I guess you can't call us gay haha they are not lesbian either (More along the lines of shoujo-ai, as clarified by the site)
• "Yuukoku no Moriarty" sounds like a different interpretation of Sherlock Holmes series but seriously, no girls?? I'm out haha
• "Ochikobore Fruit Tart" is a comeback story but in case you didn't notice, it's filled with newbie female voice actresses. Yes. It's an actual idol Anime series *wink* Idolmaster *wink* but worse. Is Hikasa Youko the only cast I know of? Haha this Anime sucks lol
• And in case you wonder why "Shingeki no Kyojin: The Final Season" [premiers December 7th 2020] is at the end of this season because, as you should have seen by the premier date, it's... probably a season and a little more long. Yeah, we'll see how this goes I'll still watch it till the end though I want to see the... I forgot what species they are already haha

In short, if I will watch any of them they are denoted by [premier air dates] which range from "I'll give Episode 1 a try" to "I'm watching this till the end and beyond because of Akarin" lol I'm going to hate Mondays in December because of Attack on Titan again

音楽 This Week on Klassic Note

Well, this week was kind of week in Klassic Note, though I would say I really am not in the mood to give new songs and am trying to be stricter these days because man, are there real good songs this year to compete with. So, clearing up Cocoro Auction's new mini-album and rejecting DENIMS' new mini-album (haha yes they only deserve this much), this week there's nano.RIPE's best album which... I guess I can give more than a few. Distracting me at work with rather mundane tunes since they have already done this for so long, but then again I realised this is what got me into them, so yeah? I'll try to give more if I can like some more of their melodies if I feel like it. Good chances, this will not go well. And as with Anime "KanoKari" end of the (first) season Amamiya Sora's new song for the Anime is... kinda okay, but clearly given to the Anime which we hope, will be in a future release at some point considering why not just put it in her recent album. That element of surprise might not be necessary imo. I guess they can't talk about it which will suck if they have to wait till this week, I guess.

In news on Twitter and beyond whatever because I can't remember this paragraph's intro every time, KANA-BOON's new single will be that firefighting Anime's new opening theme song with single out due November, I may actually give more than one song now that Waki Azumi's new music video is sounding more prospective than ever if I haven't got bored of giving Anime songs, we talked about Amamiya Sora's new song already it's kind of obvious effort for the Anime itself with overflowing budget lol, I didn't know YuNi's new song actually had a single coming literally next week, and I promise you I'm trying to search the Internet for that Ryokuoushoku Shakai x Ikimonogakari's Yoshioka Kiyoe (the vocalist) collaboration on TV which I don't own cable of. The last one might be impossible to find haha I just want to see artists of generations interact man it's all I've wanted haha

So for next week, besides the one I mentioned above which is YuNi's new single because I think they realised the ending song for Anime "Uzaki-chan" is selling so they can afford to write another song and release it in a CD which I may be able to review and buy who knows, and man this was some time coming, Sangatsu no Phantasia's new album. The latter though, it was announced two months ago, and the last time I've given her anything is two years ago, and I know I've already given the one song because of lyricist yuiko, but hey, let's keep a clean slate so I can review this properly when the time comes. I'll look forward to this one but yeah I'll remember YuNi-san too I promise.




And introducing Friend Mode in... you know, that GitHub Profile Page I'm maintaining and I swear those online games I'm playing inspired me to do this because, you know, 2 is better than 1. Especially girls I like, I can always use more of them. For now, it's just really troublesome to actually input data into both profiles, so that's kind of a pain. Sadly though, since I'm using a single source, this is kind of unavoidable let's see if I can improve this next week then. Cya guys next time, and until next week... Hmm I don't know. The Entertainment News 2020 Edition Issue #38

Hey, Anime on Saturday because I... am going to hate Sundays from this week onwards. I already am though haha

Long story short (as short as I can make it), because this Chinese physician is only available on weekends on Sunday (unless you want me to take work leave to see the doctor on weekdays but we'll get to that in a bit), and there is a real queue to an extent that you have to wake up as early as 7am to queue for a number which may not be applicable for the morning consultation session so you come back in the afternoon, but I'm starting to feel the effects. I may not go this long because other than the disruption it causes to me on Sundays specifically, it's also going to take a toll on my mom who is so willing to queue early morning so I can sleep a little more (thanks mom), and also, spend hours on end cooking the medicine (yes, they just give you the not processed ingredients) just so I can drink this once a day. Imagine if it's twice a day. I tell you, if it doesn't work on me which also means now I have to effectively control what I eat every day ie. saying goodbye to my colleagues on Friday which I did (*sigh*), I might as well just stop this torture and go to another sinseh who will probably get the same meds but without having to let my mom suffer. Like really, it's not going to be worth it we have been doing this ever since I have the money to pay for this from working.

*sigh*

Let's just hope this pays off because I'm paying something now and it's not just using money and I'm not happy about it. Okay, Anime time!! Let's knock that sadness into the abyss!! And yes, KanoKari first because Sumi-chan is finally here, like, for the last two episodes of the series you sure this is not two cour? Haha

Okay who dubbed the Chinese and French this week? Hetakuso da haha okay I'm not going to show off my Japanese here I only know Chinese please spare me the agony. Also, it's not that it's bad but it doesn't blend in with those Japanese haha trust me on that. So, in this new arc of a new episode (#GREATPRETENDER11) where everyone doesn't blend in especially Makoto lol, this might be their biggest episode budget in hiring foreign talent to do the dubs haha it paid off though because there's that language gap. So firstly, the situation now. It's winter now, in France, and don't expect snow in Singapore by the way lol. Laurent is hanging out in France drawing Cynthia, who hate people who draw, and we'll get to that later because Makoto is crapping out in a sushi shop that can't even sushi haha, you know, trying to live an honest life, as he always wanted. Obviously, not really going his way, but as you can see, he's living it through. Working at a place who doesn't recognise him for his efforts (I mean, China people in a Japanese restaurant in France?? lol), living in a boarding house sipping off coffee... that's kind of a life, I guess. Hey, trust me, things could be worse. But as some dude walked in to insult his boss on his food, forcing him to close shop, and the France owner of the boarding house he lives in sudden debt and having to close the place so effectively Makoto has no place to work AND stay now... this is going to be quite the pinch. So, he devises a plan, surprisingly, without Laurent, to save the owner from selling the place, and to teach that dude a lesson. So, pros and cons with a heist without Laurent 101. *laughs*

Pros: (1) Things get done quicker. Makoto's plan is just to sell the painting on the boarding house's wall for 20k euros so the house family can pay the debt, so he asks Cynthia for help, without Laurent, to complete the task and you know, get the dude to pay for it. Easy. Quick. It's not that tough as Makoto gets what he wants real easy. (2) No Laurent. You don't know how advantageous it is without seeing his face around lol, but hey, it's just a small heist of duping a dude into buying a painting which he intends to gift someone else, so why not? And now we can talk about why Laurent is important to the series haha. Cons: (1) Intelligence checks. As Cynthia would have hinted already as they pretend to be the masters of a random art gallery and put up that painting, that dude is famous art appraise and auctioneer James Coleman, and with her face like this we'll talk about what it has to do with her for later. But yes, that means Laurent would have researched on the guy to ensure they get up to 20 million euros of that cut, even if it will take some time for the painting to be authenticated. Even if not, Laurent will find a way to sell it at that price anyways lol so yeah Makoto you already lost. (2) It's Laurent. *laughs* Okay, jokes aside, let's get back to story, and how this will lead us to the current arc's fate. So in case you haven't noticed till this far, Cynthia has something with this James guy. Besides seeing him in a flashback of hers, obviously we know that she knows of the dude's real identity, so yeah she decides to run away in fear of the painting not being able to deceive an art appraiser such as him, but thank goodness that was a real painting hidden in the shadows, so I guess all of them got the run for it. Sadly, at... let me check 20 million divided by 20 thousand... 1/1000th the price of its appraised value haha, but oh well, at least someone is safe from debt and Kudo-san did get the biggest cut out of this lmao. Then, it's Cynthia's drunk talk about the dude. So yes, it's a previous lover or something or else why would she hate people who like art like Laurent (although I would argue that they might be a couple of some level I don't know, these two), and then she talks things like stealing the painting back so it can be sold at its actual value?? Haha if this is going to be all of it and they are moving to England for this this will be exciting to watch, for starters. And please spare me the foreign language stuff I can just listen to toutoi Japanese voice acting thanks. *laughs* Let's hope this swindler of a James Coleman can live up to his name so we can really see him freak out when Cynthia kicks him in the butt with her heel haha cya guys next week

I swear I never thought I'll like a scene with Hayamin and Naomi-chan panting in 2020 but here we are. *laughs* In this new episode (#UzakiChan11) where Uzaki Hana is trying to pimp out her mom to his... boyfriend?? *laughs* Okay you guys give me a while while I get the rice cooker going. *laughs* So, not that I have a lot of... whatever to accompany with the rice I'm cooking now lol, but yeah, this is quite an episode, and for once, a lot about Sakurai being outdoors. You know, because if by now you still don't think he is a gamer and stays indoors and can't go for solo karaoke- Okay I'm not the one sh*tting on him okay? *laughs* So, about the story. Firstly, about Uzaki-chan taking Sakurai's place like a museum of sorts. You know, taking whatever she found (and then bought?) on the streets and showing him AND THEN not needing it anymore because she showed her senpai?? Are you that rich, girl? Or are those things so cheap you can spare that instead of just like, taking photos of them and sharing it with the guy. I can understand with the frog cushion or beanbag but man, did everything else go into the trash real quick. Well, at least his room's cleaner now. Just... don't throw away the stuff she leaves at the fridge Sakurai that's to feed you. *laughs* Talking about cooking, the cafe owner thought it would be nice to ask Sakurai to help out in the back ie. cooking, but turns out... he can't cook. You know, it's that bad Uzaki can laugh until she got a stroke. *laughs* So, he asks the mother for help. Since the cafe owner's wife is... we don't know who she is anyways, Uzaki's mother decide to teach this guy, just, you know, don't look him in the face then all is well. But you know, these two gotta tell her about petting the cats someday haha she keeps getting the wrong idea that it's not her. *laughs* Next up, rock climbing. Sounds a little sudden, but hey, it's kind of thanking Uzaki for helping him learn to cook from her mom, just that this one is going to be a showdown Uzaki is meant to lose too, considering Sakurai's well-trained physique he can climb the walls so many times, Uzaki can only look at him show off. And then, probably the highlight of the episode especially when they are drunk we'll get to that later, is Sakurai in karaoke. Dammit we were so close to hearing him sing the opening theme so too bad this would not be on the soundtrack (Remember Anime "Kannagi" where all the songs they sang were in the soundtrack in the karaoke episode?? Those were the days haha thanks Aniplex) (Also Aniplex thanks for Anime "Kaguya-sama" character songs you guys just write new songs for a radio show segment that's impressive), but guess who wil be on the soundtrack. Nobody. *laughs* Because besides singing, Uzaki and Ami-chan found him singing alone which it's regarded as a societal sin doing that alone (even for rehearsal purposes you should be shaming yourself at the first outing to the karaoke with your friends dude), but yeah, it's a literal party crashing, if you equate it to watching movies alone and suddenly you're not alone. Life sucks, isn't it? Not if you order a couple of beers and they decide to dress up in cosplay though!! Yes, my heart is with Ami-chan Sakura might be aroused by bunny girl but I'll take that bullet (twice) from the cop anytime. *laughs* (Premium rubber bullets haha) (That is a Yakuza 4 reference lol) Also, does it really pay off to be ripped? I gotta start training. *laughs* And, to end the episode and as a prelude to the end of the series, Uzaki suddenly showed up at her senpai's place all drenched and said with tears down her face that she cannot play with him anymore. She must be pregnant haha okay we'll see how this ends next week

Yeah, Rieri must use her cute voice for this role again, huh. Kind of guessed it from her but still, I'd like her to use this voice less but oh well I got my fair share in JoshiMuda already because IN THIS NEW EPISODE OF SUMI-CHAN (#KanoKari11) lol which no one should leave her out just because it took 10 episodes for her to even be mentioned in the Anime, like really, we can have another series where it only stars Sumi-chan and get those other b*tches out of the way lol no really the author wrote a novel based on her instead, first volume out this month. Anyways, let's talk about Anime. Well, after watching this week's episode I must say, I miss Ruka-chan A LOT haha okay I have my fair share of high pitched girls anyways so back at you, me. So, story. Story starts strong with the Sumi-chan date so far, so that's good, straight to the point. Just that, you know, the ex is watching. *laughs* Okay not about her first, let's talk about the new girl. The episode starts with a description about the life of this introvert and has some level of komyusho, studying hard at college and waking up early like her grandparents used to teach her (probably but I'm just guessing or else who would do this) (I meant waking up early you should study hard in college haha), but more importantly, she is a... woman? She is a woman with little words. Like seriously, in her call with Chizuru they gotta cut her talking about- You can be a light novel-based video game main character haha they also don't talk. Anyways, Kazuya has to think of ideas for the date since you know, she doesn't plan all the stuff unlike the #1 Rookie in the company lol, so yeah, getting rental girlfriends such as her would be rough. So yeah, I hope you have a plan when renting this one at random haha. Anyways, they go bowling, and there's where you see Mami-chan the title card from the Anime on their official site (Mami-chan not yet, please), but since she hardly ever leaves the house unless it's for school, Sumi-chan... can't play many things even at this location. From bowling to baseball to ice skating... she always finds a chance to show off her panties lack of skills as a rental girlfriend. Well, not that you must have those skills; I'll take a girlfriend who knows nothing so I can psycho her into believing my lies lmao. But yeah, Kazuya did to some extent, do his job as a boyfriend, and guide her along this "date", but yeah as he said, this is going to be rough. Sumi-chan is already hitting the ground running and she can barely catch up with the competition. Well, if the competition means Chizuru of course haha. Anyways, they bumped into Mami-chan which is of course bad news since as much as Sumi-chan doesn't know of what is happening right now for this dude, (Oh and this is the time where Sumi-chan braves up to say she's his girlfriend?? Haha man, I know this date is technically confidence training but this is not a great time lmao) but also, it'll be hard to explain to Mami-chan on anything about this "date" unlike how he dealt with those dudes who want to pick up on Sumi-chan earlier. But yeah Mami-chan, as much as I would like to believe that you'll (not) keep a secret, even if you tell on Chizuru, Kazuya also won't have to worry because there's nothing going on between all of them. Like, nothing as in no relationship at all they are all just client and employee relationships haha. So now that we are here, about Mami-chan. We know she's a virgin. *laughs* I mean, look at her. *laughs* She can't even teach her ex a lesson, for goodness sake haha only lashing it on social media haha. Ignoring that, she seems kind of jealous with all these girls around his life right now (Spoiler alert, but they are all not his girlfriend lol), and as much as his (younger) brother is itching on her lol hey bro, she... might really want him back for all we know. But now, especially from the end of the episode, I think she wants to break havoc. So, let's see how far this takes her. All in all, in a production standpoint, I can't understand why they bring in Sumi-chan (even though she's cute I'll give you that) just so they can end this with Chizuru saying she's going to stop the rental girlfriend business. And of course, whatever you saw at the end of this episode. Sorry for comparing this to "Toradora!", but this confrontation thing should've happened in like, last week's episode haha I guess there's Ruka-chan too then. Hmm, I don't know. It sure is great with many episodes of Chizuru though, but I have a feeling that may be too well to talk about just so we can put in these other characters to talk about in case this series isn't hyped enough with just Ten-chan or something haha. But hey, the initial story is literally getting a rental because the ex fell through with the guy, so yeah, hopefully this is the end to everything. Well, for this adaptation anyway. With 17 volumes and counting, the author is sure to make this exciting with new characters (AFAIK there is one new one looking from the covers) just so you don't get bored of Chizuru- I won't though, author, trust me haha cya guys next week

音楽 This Week on Klassic Note

This week... well there aren't any new songs, so it's literally me trying to find releases if I have the time. Clearly, I didn't have the time so whatever haha I should really browse through Apple Music Japan's new releases more often so find more to listen. So that, we'll touch on next week since it's also pretty much empty too oh yeah that nano.RIPE album. So this week, since a Scenarioart song from their latest album appeared in my head somehow I can't get rid of it (unlike a headache) so I think it's here to stay. Must be the recent live I watched some time ago but man did it outstay its welcome. Other than that, I listened to Mishima Souhei's debut mini-album which - if cinema staff's vocalist is more adequate of an introduction to this now also solo artist - really made weird shit in that album, I must say, so it's real hard to give anything I must say. So yeah, I'm kinda weird too so, maybe one song. Maybe.

On news concerning music on Twitter and hardly beyond because I'm not that bothered to go that far normally (I probably should though), VELTPUNCH's live livestream yesterday slaps a** so much I gotta tell them after the livestream on Twitter (instead of donating on the spot because I only have money for women lmao) (Audience: Aiko-chan the bassist is woman) (ah about that) so yay me (translations included in case you can't Japanese like me *dabs*), marble might be back (it's a band name not a noun) for more new songs after what, at least 10 years under cover? Well, at least they are active again, for remember that streaming thing for Lantis called MixBos? Yeah, that. But also more will be revealed on their upcoming livestream I assume, so I'm seeing how that goes I think next weekend. Natsukawa Shiina's new topic song got another music video but it's animated so no her but it's probably a good time to intro more indie composers and animators behind it I guess (I don't care I count that as an official music video lol), Happy Birthday Kotobuki Minako I enjoyed my playlist of your songs at work that day so much, and whatever whatever Earphones' latest music video now has English subtitles if you can stand the... music?? lol I can't even it's rather cool though once you reach the chorus. So, for next week, it's nano.RIPE's best album time, but from the looks of two topic songs and music video collaborations with other Anime solo artist ie. female voice actors (lol), it is not looking great so let's see if I can give some oldies if I'm into it or not. Since I said I saw some stuff on Apple Music on their new releases (which is never new because there's that one week lag), I'll be listening to DENIMS' new mini-album and Cocoro Auction's new album, both released this month. And also because releasing a full album isn't very profitable now lol. And yeah, from zero impression, why not. I just had to check if they are legitimate new releases or just some re-upload of their old library lol




The stars have aligned, my friends. Yes, the "September Otaku Package" which will be no doubt, quickly renamed to "October Otaku Package" mainly because when the last of them appear in that warehouse next week and shipping gets delayed again...
