In today's world, if you're not surrounded by the things you love, then go out and find it. They don't always have to come to you.

Of course, going out takes in many forms, with the newest, latest and generating the most controversy is the internet.

If a new experience is needed to learn every new word, mastering a language will take forever.

Mind my language, would you? Not something I tell everyone, but I hope you guys don't mind. Seriously, if you can understand me I guess I'm proficient. Just, not proficient enough.

The Entertainment News 2016 Edition Issue #3

Too lazy to do an intro, but since it's tradition to do so... I enjoy Anime. Especially when I choose them. If you don't like any of them, it's not my fault. But then you probably aren't more of an Anime viewer than me, let alone a fan. I'm not, I admit.

I'm considering to change the format of this post. Like, accommodating to postscripts and adjusting readability so that I won't be the only person in this world to read this post every week. *sob* Let's move on.

アニメ
ANIME
Assassination Classroom S2: Man, what an episode. The story about pudding exploding sure got Kayano on her feet, but too bad Koro Sensei's nose is no ordinary one. Well can see this story is not as important as the other one, but I must say it deserves credit, considering how much of a perv that octopus is anyway. Of course, I didn't forget the other half, which talked about setting a framing trap on the Sensei which could've ended differently had he not been the guy to apprehend the culprit behind it. Now he has to fight his descendant again? Yeah this is going to be NOT funny. Oh well, get it done and over with, Koro Sensei. *laughs*
P.S. My comment on RC
Dagashi Kashi: More sweets, chests, and awesome shocks this episode, as we embark the slow-paced yet very entertaining show that is talking about the origin and many antics of the sweetest stuff we eat. Honestly, catching up to what I know of in the Manga already, but then that's good, because I won't know what's next. Sayashi plays well in cards, and I think we all believe Hotaru drank real alcohol. Or maybe it's just Ayachi's acting which is too good. YES! (Audience: To which one?) TO BOTH!
Boku Dake no Inai Machi: The mystery gets further, deep into the abyss. Well, unless you think like me, you probably won't. For one, these shows make me think. If you had wondered why it was 18 years ago if it had to be a "Revival" phenomenon, and why Kayo-chan ('cos she's cute xD) knows of loneliness at 10 years old. Well I guess we all know of that at some point, mine probably also around that time too. But then my parents didn't abuse me (well the canes are a thing, but still, compared to her), nor did I not call for help through placing hints all over the place. I did not get invited to a birthday party whose birthday boy's mother's future death 18 years later should be more important than my death?? Oh well, now what? Okay, super summary aside (I think I did it bad, but whatever), with every episode we learn more. We now know that there are hints of a murderer on the loose, a creation of a time rift such that Kayo-chan cannot just die like that because she was invited to a party, and at this point - the transported-a-29-year-old-to-the-past version of time - the main guy and Kayo-chan know of despair. Let's just say that for now. Honestly saying? I think she is also under such a phenomenon. Because it's unlikely the mother will kill her. Maybe she is a psychopath for all we know, but hey, they never hinted that in the show. So, about Kayo-chan. She's probably following a trace of a murder about to happen, and if the phenomenon did NOT mention about tracing YOUR OWN DEATH... Yeah? You get where I'm coming from. I guess they both are searching for something. That's why the best way is to get to know each other.
P.S. Kajiura Yuki-sensei doing the music for this show makes things creepy. Remember Kara no Kyoukai?? Brr...
P.P.S. Yeah Yeah Yuuki Aoi! WHY MUST EVERY ROLE I WATCH OF HER ACTING BE THE COLD SILENT TYPE?? Haiz...

漫画
MANGA
BLEACH: After many weeks of breaks (because they deserve it), we're back to where we stopped at... I don't remember when. Yoruichi apparently is stuck with every fight that has happened in BLEACH, which is having to use her secret techniques on that Sternritter or else it'll form an immunity to it, and even that he can reduce his own damage, which just means he has a long health bar, so that is going to be a problem. (Kenpachi, please?) Moving on, that "Miracle" of a Sternritter just became a giant, and that power becomes ten-fold I guess? Hitsugaya (yes, I didn't type wrongly) is back to help save the day, but then again another revival? Hope he makes good use of this chance, I guess. Personally, "if it's possible to make the impossible possible, then it's also possible to make the possible impossible", yes? (Wise words from me lol) Anyways, let's see how much the ice kid captain can take on this much of a miracle. Well, he being alive at this point of time is pretty much a miracle already lol

SHOW
MythBusters: IMPLODING TANK!!! I mean, cool in scale, and cool in physics. Well, theoretically not sound, but practically well done. Probably their largest take in an experiment, but also the most successful one, it seems. (I'm assuming they will show us their fails, but they didn't, so there must not have any) Going against everyone's opinions in the industry, the myth is proven to be busted, because the tankers can take up to vacuum pressure differentials even directly (like, pumping air out) and not bust inwards (or outwards, I guess). Of course they had to make it happen, but then you know, any tanker which had defects will already be decommissioned with any safety rules of using this thing already, so we're all safe. Good to know, and once again MythBusters has proven another point with science. Even though they probably would have a smaller budget if they had done a couple more smaller myths instead of this one. (Yes I'm complaining about the myth count this episode) Oh well, final season already, so I'm not complaining too much. Looking forward (if you watched the pre-season special), I'm waiting for the social myth episode. Remember the shopping myth? Hell yeah I love human science stuff.

This Week on Klassic Note
Honestly? Not much this week. Actually, it's nothing this week. Okay, there's Miyawaki Shion's new single, also the first of a three-cour release, which is good, and I'll probably follow through if all goes well. Not bad, for now. I probably need to listen to some new songs if I want to get this thing going by the end of the month, but meanwhile next week KANA-BOON's new single will keep me company. Kind of forgot what the song is already, haha.

This is it then. I have early Mondays so wrapping this up early will do me good. APoL is likely on hiatus until I have to break out of stress studying (in which case I will definitely not do the story anyway), but I have ideas. And my writing on APoL is not catching up. Things are just starting to move in this still quite new year, and... I'll see you guys next week. *laughs* Anime is keeping me company, really.

[P.S.: More Ten-chan, from me appreciating her beauty as a piece of art to me wanting to date her. Soon I'll marry her and-

Nah, no worries. Yuuki Aoi-chan is here to divert my attention. *laughs*]

The Entertainment News 2016 Edition Issue #2

At this point I should explain how this post works. (three parts, written after review etc.)

アニメ
ANIME
Assassination Classroom Season 2: I guess it's just an intro, and a remembrance to how crazy Nagisa can be, but then Koro-sensei wants some love. To happen in the class. I mean, it's practically impossible with everyone in love of killing the octopus, and that military of a teacher is so dense to Bitch-sensei, so I guess it won't happen anytime soon. Great to use summer vacation to end the first episode of the second season, and yeah we will get back into action. Various events do indicate we get interested at the moment, like that master of assassins apparently stabbed by "Jack The Ripper"? (which obviously means he's in London...) Also, the announcement of group assassination reward increase to three times the usual must be some incentive, yes? Well the kids aren't getting rich anytime soon, and unlikely will be anyone else before them, so we shall see how this goes. Great start to hopefully an epic conclusion. I didn't read the Manga (in order to not spoil anything, as usual), so I'll be looking forward to this one.
Boku Dake ga Inai Machi: I did talk about watching this noitamina series last year, and here I am, watching the show which is probably the most mindf**k I've seen this year. (Well, it's only been barely two weeks anyway, so...) This guy who lives a super normal life (if "normal life" refers to being a failure, and working part-time and living alone...), with a colleague who is too young for him, and a mother who is too old for him to bother, he actually can witness the deaths of people. Well, as far as we have knowledge of. It apparently scales with the amount of time before he witnesses a change, so like if someone dies a few seconds within him passing by, he'll get some minutes out of watching a hell butterfly (also pronounced as "Jigokucho"; believe me, I know this from BLEACH) pass by him, which somewhat increases his attention skills (I need that, not that I want to see people die), and also makes him a real life saviour. (P.S. We need more of this guy in this world anyway) Besides that, there surrounds a bigger incident of an abductor (and apparently also a killer), who killed the main guy's mother who knows everything (besides that paper note), and him escaping from the police (thanks to that screaming bitch of a neighbour) brings him back to... yeah I noticed the date. EIGHTEEN YEARS AGO. When he was eleven, and it was the year 1988. This is going to get interesting. Nice opening theme song, and looks like I'll be watching the hell out of this. Hopefully it's better than that mystery show last season. *laughs*
Dagashi Kashi: Don't know why, but I didn't get to watch Dagashi Kashi this week. How? Can I petition to have it subbed? I don't know. Still hoping this doesn't appear by the end of the week. (If you're reading this means it has not appeared by Sunday)
Hell yeah someone subbed it! (Let's start the real review lolz)
Okay, so I did say a few weeks ago that this manga is funny, comedic, and a little crazy, whilst in a world of sweets. So this is episode one. And I must say I'm less than impressed. But then again I think my expectations are pretty high reading the original story, and I don't think I can like the theme songs yet, so those maybe some reasons. The pace of the show is slower than usual, which maybe better if faster, which of course means more content which I don't think production will partake on anyway. Anyways, this episode is great. Sets the scene right, voices are appropriately assigned, jokes are properly addressed (because it's only these kind of shows that a stupid short story by Hotaru can be expanded to a short adventure film), and yes we got our first fanservice scene too lolz. All in all, very excited on what's to come next, especially till the parts I have read and they parts I haven't because I'm going to refrain from reading them... Oh yes this is going to be great!! Problem is shows may not come out this timely. Which is not good. Fingers crossed for next episode.
(P,S, Especially loved the eyecatches [credits to Random Curiosity] with the girls saying "...so" because it joins things up. Smart.)
(P.P.S. My comment on Random Curiosity)

SHOWS
MythBusters: Coming back for a final season, they start out with a bang. Well, many bangs. MacGyver wasn't smart to put cement into rigged dynamite. Not that I watched the movie, but then if they did show emptiness within the postal van in the movie itself then they are totally busted. Or not it may have been just like the guys attempted fail that pouring cement in may have dislocated the wiring making the explosion less possible. On the other side we have mines and hovercrafts, and with these vehicles using less pressure than what a kid can punch you, unless mines are... I don't know. I cannot think of anything ridiculous here *laughs* Nice episode, and we ARE counting down to the last few episodes starting now. *sob* End with a laugh, shall we? *laughs*

音楽
This Week on Klassic Note
Not much this week too, because there isn't much last week too. I'm holding on reviews to listen to them again probably when I return for another term in school, but meanwhile I think I can give a couple of songs from Silent Siren, and THE ORAL CIGARETTES new album if I want more beats. I may want a quiet song now though, and those girls don't have a good song. Maybe time to go find how the indie artists in Japan are doing. Meanwhile, from Anime and music videos recently, KANA-BOON may well be another listen yet again, Ayachi's new song is currently ringing in my mind right now as I think of it, and Ajikan's new song preview (from the Anime and not the new single released this week because it's not good) sound very reminiscent of their style. I like. And they're coming out with a best album half a  year later. Maybe no more NANO-MUGEN again this year? *sob*

This is it then. I hear many news of new releases within this season, including Aki-chan's 3rd album, Mina-chan's next single and Tomacchan's next single within the next 3 months. But it may not be enough. And that shall depend on me, I guess. First week is typically less intense, so I'll probably want to spend some time to listen to new songs and doing up APoL? (Don't think I forgot that) Cya guys next week then. And as always, I hope you're happy with life. I'm not, I think. The emptiness is filling me.

[P.S.: Ten-chan's photobook is beautiful in many ways, and despite that I'm not crazy about her yet.

These? I wonder. I'm just tired. Or maybe I'm appreciating beauty. Like a piece of artwork. *laughs*]

I'm not trying to live the life. I'm wanting to live a life.

What every kid should tell their parents when all they do is totally different from what their parents want then to do. Like when the dad cleans the house and I don't. *laughs*

The Dream Fragment #14

Hey, it's me again. My memory maybe failing me, but my dreams I can still remember. This time, we have a guest. She is none other than singer songwriter, Tsuji Shion.

(As usual, comments in brackets)
I recall reading a book about her. And furthermore, I'm a fan of her. What's more, I know of her in person. She was a close friend of mine. You can day we were "schoolmates". I was reading through a part where it said, "I wanted to fall in love someday.", and I actually asked her:
"Do you want to have sex or do you want to be in love?" (I'm sorry I've let out my inner wolf lol)
"I want to be in love. I've never been in a relationship before."
Then again I thought, if you want to be in a relationship why not try out your fans? Or maybe me? (Consider first paragraph about our relationship) So I closed the back cover of the book, and she said she had to leave for her last class today, and she will come back.
A few moments later, I was reading through her book again. It was then I realised I don't remember where I read it to. I then recalled a certain chapter number (something like 2.3.5) and started to search for it. After much searching which includes flipping through an archive of her Twitter photos (well you should know by now), and that the book had back references, and amongst the many back stories of her life, what I was reading was one of them.
Not long after, she came back. The library I was in was around closing time, so shutters are down beside me on the restitched section. She gave me an uneasy look, and explained to me:
"I'm sorry. He had to leave at 5."
I was thinking, how great was that! Now I can be alone with her! (Yeah thinking again, who was that guy?) She went around the back to the restricted section which still has an opening, and I continued my reading. And as I read through her opinions about love, she would appear behind the shutters once in a while dressed in a short, black dress with frills, kind of like a maid outfit. Not long after, she finally walked out of the room and came to join me at my seat. I then asked her:
"How come I feel like you feel very uneasy... and very nervous?" (I was wanting to say in Chinese, which is 小鹿乱撞 and loosely refers to someone who is falling in love)

...

And that is pretty much when I woke up and noticed I'm running out of brain matter to store more. Even still this was pretty vague as a dream, isn't it? I even remembered adding in the fact that I don't think she knows Chinese that well to understand idioms even though she does know a little of the language. *laughs* Haha what irony. Oh well, at least now I have some dream of Tsuji Shion to brag about.

[P.S.: Her latest single last summer was great. Be sure to have a listen to it.]

She can be ask she want, but I rather marry an ugly bitch than marry a future ugly bitch.
(Sorry, had to not bleep that)

Not my marriage advice, but plastic surgery has really been changing things around. Not like I have such a girl to talk about. I'm just saying.

Because delayed smartness doesn't make you any smarter. In fact, being smart deteriorates fast the moment a conversation ends. Understanding or making stuff up later does not help.

Just thinking that I'm dumb, and I could've been clever. But I'm not and very instinctively sarcastic. So that's not good. Hey how about me not being a prick for the new year? (If I have anyone to aim at)

The Song Appetite Chart Analysis 2015

I decided to do this one, out of giving more in-depth analysis of results for Klassic Note this year (2015), so it's alright if you don't read. Well actually, if you read this, please read on.

Every year since like, 2011 if I didn't remember wrongly, I display the amount of songs I hear every month along as a chart, and that line across is called - according to Mathematics - line of regression, which simply means a best fit line for the change of things, in this case an increase of songs.

So yeah, this accounts for the various peaks and troughs of the year, and explains why (aligning with my life, which I will not reveal everything anyways) they are so too. It is also good reason for me to balance this up every since a few years ago I noticed this can help me check out new songs when they are at a low supply at certain times of the year.

(*Just to clarify, the vertical axis is the amount of songs and the horizontal analysis are the months, like "1" as in January, and "12" as in December, of 2015)

THE PEAKS
Typically happening in the middle of the year and at both ends of the line, months along the lines of February, June-July and November are always the heaviest in terms of music releases and intake, and not for much of reason, but then we all know from various shows (*wink* Sore ga Seiyuu Anime *wink*) that production does choose to release songs at certain times of the year, probably by season. June represents summer in season, which is famous for many summer songs this year like Kuso Iinkai's "Gekiteki Natsu Kakumei", Tsuji Shion's "Summer Flag!" single and also not forgetting Toyosaki Aki-chan's "Uh-LaLa" single. November is always a good time to release new songs to end the year, and typically for one last push, with releases from this year being THE ORAL CIGARETTES "Kyouran Hey Kids!!", that joint single with KANA-BOON and Scenarioart "talking/Nana Hitsuji" and Ikimonogakari's single "Love to Peace!/Mudai ~Tooku e~". Really, peak season. Also at the start of the year, production loves to choose the end of February to early March period to release new stuff, for example Goose house's two albums, Tomatsu "Tomacchan" Haruka's album "HarukariskLand" and many other singles trying to join in the fray, from moumoon to sphere to Hanazawa Kana-chan and so on.

THE TROUGHS
It's no surprise that the first and last months are always the lowest, well at least for this year, and typically because that it's shorter than other months. Yes, even including February which has 28 days. The only reasons I can remember of for the months of March and September because they are not the times for releases, specifically for March it's just quiet, and I didn't have any time to get to listen to any new songs, so after the boom in February the rise became much lower. September is same reason for March but then I know that I have went online and indie music sites to search for new songs, which will explain the recover on October and boom in November, which I accepted a couple more songs with artists you guys probably wouldn't know.

All in all, it was a good year. I may have thought otherwise, but then it was good. I missed those days I can make easier decisions, but as the song database increases and as trends change, I have to make change too. Hope next year will be better, yes? I'll see you guys in the weekend, I guess. Bye!

THE 2.99 STARS PROJECT (2015): Songs That Didn't Make The Cut…

(Please note that I do not intend to offend any listener/artist/production whatsoever, because this is purely my opinion, and shall not be used as social media discrimination in any other way. Information here shall stay here (c) Klassic Note Song Awards 2015-2016)

Good. Now that I got this out of the way... Welcome.

It's been another year, and I did say it's another year of tough choices when it comes to selecting songs for awards, rankings and so on, right? You shall know of the answer. Right now. Because I reject a lot of songs every year, within every review I do. Why? Why bother to accept songs only when I'm actually rejecting more songs than accepting them? Well, for an array of reasons as explained previously on "The Imperfections of a Song", so you can read that before you come here, or just take a look on why these songs (which you might like or not) are even on this list.

It's just like those songs got away. But then they aren't good. So what do I call these again?

Presenting to you: THE 2.99 STARS PROJECT, where you know of course that 3-star ratings are the minimum I give to any song in Klassic Note. Just... just read on. I've explained my reasons enough below.
(Note: This is not the best I can make it look. But then this is the first year, so I'm thinking of another way to present this for next year, so... yeah. Sorry. Reading the following is also not necessary.)

Really, I swear, this is only a portion of what I could've rejected, and because they are close, and they are worth mentioning. I aim to make sure I talk about one every release, but that may not be possible.

Also, I've done up the compilations list by now, so be sure to check them out! As usual it's the SIDETRACK COMPILATION and this-year exclusive HAPPINESS COLLECTION that is taking some time to confirm, so if you have been waiting... I'm not retarded. I just need some more time. Especially with the distraction of new songs from the new year. Okay, cya guys next time.

In my world of reality, perfection is not necessary. However, outside my world of reality, perfection becomes a requirement.

Yes, I'm referring to the idols I like. I mean, they may be fake or different from what they look on camera, but hey, it's better than not looking good even on camera, right?

Tuesday 5 January 2016

I know reason. I just don't practice reason.

Something I thought to myself after reading a short comic on the meaning of life. Well, you know. I don't give a damn about that crap. *laughs* Don't worry; I'm fine. I think.

The Entertainment News 2016 Edition Issue #1

Yeah, I didn't come up with anything new. The only thing that was new is the date. I mean, everyday is (lol) and yeah, it's just another new year. So let's get on with it. There isn't much anyway. Well...

[Edit: Okay, I did it anyway. Changed one word. If you didn't refer to last year's post you won't even notice the difference lol]

アニメ
ANIME
WORKING!!!: Yes, the finale. The final test. The whatever-you-call-that-of-a-mother Shizuka who is coming to rip her kids apart- Wait, no. She's not. And here's why.

She hates liars, the mother. And thus she comes back home learning of not a new relationship from her only son, but of a lie from him, which is unsatisfactory by her means. I get the idea over here of the story, and how fast they can cover the mother's background and past enough to make the statement, from us knowing the deceased father is also like Souta who is also a liar (seriously), and that she doesn't want the only son to be like so. But then again that can be a way of expressing oneself, anf through more understanding from others this can be somewhat resolved. A good example is on Yamada's mother, who apparently is being understood too well by Souma and his immense knowledge of whatever that was. Facial recognition? Read up on her background? Whatever. Good thing is, this becomes part of an excuse to introduce a young mother's face from the past, as with Souma being able to do so with Yamada mother's help, which makes perfect sense. All in all, a very good and touching ending, and I'm pleased. I'm pleased to be waiting this long to know of the ending to this story. And I tell you, it's a good one. Many things become normal (like normal to go out dating, normal to take over as Chief of a restaurant, normal to not carry a sword everywhere you go, normal to be found every time someone went missing?), and that is of a good ending. Good job man, Takatsu Karino-sensei. I'm pleased with such an ending. Well, at least in Anime. But still. Never lacking in jokes, never lacking in story progression (well, not until this last season), and never lacking in re-playability. Yeah. This will be a good show to watch for years to come. *applauses*

This Week on Klassic Note
There really isn't much... but I'm prepared for the new year. Every year there's that period of time where I have to compile results for last year? Yeah, that was the "buffer period". And after that the floodgates are opened, and yeah I got myself to start with a couple of songs next week, hopefully. But next week I'll be spending more time to listen to live performances from Ikimonogakari, Chatmonchy and yanaginagi, so that'll take some time, and some tunes (hopefully) into this year's list.

Next week also starts the first slew of releases with Ajikan's new single (it don't sound too bad), and I think over the month I'm going to listen to a couple of albums of artists I've got to listen to last year, amongst many others are releasing them at the start of the year, which is good. Tokyo Karan Koron can sing normal songs, Scenarioart is just weird (last year's song was a compromise, I believe), KANA-BOON has no spoilers up till now (or maybe it's just me), and THE ORAL CIGARETTES are just not enough my style. Well, I'll review their releases anyway.

Also, hope you guys took a look at the results for last year. Very tough decisions every year, and I'll never be satisfied. Maybe I should find other artists...? Nah, I'm fine. I can reach 10 years in this.

This is it, then. Start of the year is always this quiet. I've gotten some progress in APoL, and I think I can get a chapter out next week (no promises, as usual). Next week is my last week on holiday (*sob*), and I'll be spending time doing up stuff and watching live performances (as I mentioned above), so hopefully that'll wrap things up. My computer is running out of space, I have no new year resolutions to give, and my life is silently in a mess. Cya guys next week.

[P.S.: Aoi-chan ends last year, and I let Ayahi-chan start this year. Great, isn't it?

Ah, what a time to be alive... And Ten-chan's photobook starts next week. Yesh.]

The Klassic Note Evaluation 2015

Well I felt that I should do this like, yesterday? But then instinct tells me I'll give a better impression if I did it today. (Or actually, I'm just lazy. So, sorry.)

Anyways, I'm going through the usual like last year - so "last year" I have to refer to that particular post from last year too - "where I talk about the performance of artists which classify to one of the following" which I'll just redefine or I'll be copying my own content:

  1. Artists which I've followed long enough to be mentioned every year so long as they release something, ie. Collection Artists (we have newcomers so this is slightly different)
  2. Names which have appeared for the past year or past few years which are active enough to be mentioned as always (this year quite a lot, so that too)
  3. Newcomers, of course. Especially for the year, who have significant contributions to the results and the list itself. Well, and those who made some one-hit wonders too.
As usual, all dates below refer to the previous year, so I'll make it easier on anyone who's reading this. Not for myself though. *sob* Let's start.

COLLECTION ARTISTS
This year is quite an inactive year for quite a number of artists in this category, good thing is I have integrated more artists into the list, which include Tsuji Shion, VELTPUNCH (finally) and Sambomaster (FINALLY), and they have been around for as early as Klassic Note has appeared. Let's talk about how all of them have done.

Aqua Timez - They came in weak, but went out strong this year. Around April they released for consecutively three months three single-track digital releases online, and of course the biggest problem is I cannot buy them if they are not in hard copy. Furthermore, all three of them did not come as impressive as I thought, so that is quite a disappointment. Their latest single also came as a quite bomb to be because when it hit as the Anime Gintama ending song I barely bothered about it.  Then came their 2nd series of BEST albums (if you recall the last time they did this was in 2011), and guess what? To spoil things, they placed all three tracks along with both tracks of their latest single in. Yeah, which pretty much wrecked the requirements for me to give them the thumbs up. Yes, both of them. Nontheless, I gave as many past year songs as I can, and ended up with a conclusion that I'll not give both of them, unlike with YUI (RIP) which I gave both which also followed around the same requirements. Disappointing, Aqua Timez, for just falling down to sales strategies, and of course, their music isn't as strong as before.

Chatmonchy - They continue to grow strong for the revival last year, and this year they released their album along with a single which I barely recall (maybe if I give 3 stars then maybe I will recall), but the album reminds me of their style of music, and that is good news. At least Chatmonchy is doing well on their side. But now that they require assistance from various groups, I can only say this will no doubt influence their style of music sooner or later. Meanwhile, I think I haven't got to watch their 10th year live which I think will be great, and really, Ecchan (the vocals) is there to make sure that this band doesn't die.

Ikimonogakari - Ah, this one. They only released two singles this year. So how? Not much, but the second one is worth a mention. Again it's a double A-side single out of respect for both composers, and I tell you, it's a good single. A good reminder that their composition style did not die off, and that it can take some awards and ranks in the Klassic Note despite little contribution this year. I expect an album next year, Ikimono; don't disappoint me.

SCANDAL - This one too. Well, I mean, they have announced an album next year, so I'm in a relief already. Two singles don't make much, but aren't bad. They are easy-listening as usual, and TOMOMI's inclusion in a B-side of the second single "Sisters" somewhat turned me off (unlike last year), so that one's not on my shelf. Overall still good job, and I hope I get to hear more from them next year with their album in place.

miwa - This one, I have an opinion. She started strong this year with two singles and an album, in which even if I miss the singles I ended up giving them in the album anyway, but that is not the point. miwa, is changing. Like, not for the good. Her singing style somewhat is affecting me, and her compositions have become more... plain. I mean, she is using different music styles to cover the fact she lacks a certain composition creativity, and that gets weaker along the way. I ended up giving another song from her previous live, which was nice enough to keep me company. but the year end single was not impressive. I thought maybe it's just me, but depth is missing in her works. As with always I try to find excuses, but I hope she can come up with new, stronger songs next year. We can but hope.

SPECIAL OTHERS - This one, I have not felt that bad. But then this year, it's not strong either. Like last year, but then with the return of the usual SPECIAL OTHERS and them releasing a 10th year album is of course consoling, but then the quality of the music isn't strong. I can see elements borrowed from previous albums as assistance, and that the verses aren't that catchy like before. Nonetheless, I still think their performance this year still wins artists like miwa and Ikimonogakari, so I have no much of a complain. It's just another year for them, I guess.

Kalafina - I have a feeling, but then maybe it's just me. Kaijura Yuki-sensei has been going strong, well, at least in her field. She releases singles for the girls which are not what I prefer, but then the album this year also said otherwise. I can feel the usual music style from her, but then why did it not appear in the Anime theme song credited singles? Maybe it's just me. But then they have not been going strong, and it's likely due to production. But then it can also be me. I want the good old music they sang, but this year isn't that year.

ASIAN KUNG-FU GENERATION - A single and album won't go amiss this year, but then again the composer's style has changed strongly. Gotch, who is under heavy influence of American music styles, is changing the band style slowly but surely. The single to start the year is totally different from any single they have released, and the album is full of songs which greatly differ from previous albums. Even their topic song seems to not fit their music style so much as before. As I say, maybe it's just me, but then they have not been going strong too. But then there's a good side. I actually like those styles. Well, especially those lively tunes, they got the kick in them. So I won't complain much. Here's hoping next year there'll be NANO-MUGEN COMPILATION again. Lacking of English songs this year, seriously.

sphere and its members - Where should I start... how about that fail of a single? Well maybe not, huh. Let's start with their fan selection best album, and yes it's on my shelf. Two singles after that do show they can have nice songs, and I'm pretty impressed with their performance this year, overall at least. Not all the releases on my shelf, but whatever. It has also gone weak with solo releases, with Tomacchan pushing out another good album being the biggest performance maker this year. Mina-chan is deviating in style so much I'm getting worried for her, and Aki-chan... well I expected an album. I ended up with a single only. Oh well. Which also means next year will only get better.

ClariS - Their revival year did not go strong. Their single to start the year was not strong, and they have gone weaker with the replacement ("graduation") of Alice by Karen. Even the sales show the statistics. Anyway, that aside, at least we know their best album isn't on my shelf (what a pity, but then it's not all from the good old ClariS), and I can only recall their latest single which sounds great. Here's hoping they get more chances to prove their worth, but going from this year, I guess this may dwindle quite quickly over the next few years.

Sambomaster - They have gone strong, and on their 15th year they did not disappoint. They may come off as weak in the first listen, but then if you remember the good ol' rock & roll you'll know they are potentially awesome, just like their 15th year album, and I'm not as disappointed as I was in the beginning.

Tsuji Shion - She came in strong after years in the quiet, so that is good news. Her release of digital singles maybe a pain to me, but then her release for summer did not disappoint. I can still hear the subtle but strong music style from her and her singing, which is good news. If she wants to finally come up with another album soon, I won't be surprised. But I'll be looking forward to it.

(Really, go for a toilet break. Or you're going to regret this. This is going to get long.
You have been warned.)
NEW & UPRISING
Goose house - My mind, is in a whirl. Once I knew of them having to release two albums under two labels separate because of the big boss that is Sony Music Japan, this just shows a deterrence for me. Furthermore, their styles differ greatly in these two albums. Honestly saying, for the first time reviewing such a scale of albums, I must say I'm not too disappointed. But for goodness sake I ended up only giving a couple of songs, of which I did like some of the songs anyway. So that is good and all, and they had to release a Christmas single. You know, just to make me not feel happy about it. I apparently still cannot get into their style, which maybe a major factor to liking them in the long run. Hmm...

Yuuki Aoi - I'm not disappointed, surprisingly, when I decided to pick up her new album which she has not released one in years, and I found myself surrounded by not one, not two, but three of her songs, from like, one only from last year. Impressed I am, and now I know that at least somewhere deep down she does have production who will create the right style for her, unlike what is shown on the surface with quirky styles and melodies. I was wrong, and this year proved it.

PHONO TONES - What is not surprising is from last year, I did not bother to give their limited edition digital single, but then this year when their 3rd album came out I was impressed. Not by the usual music style which I liked, but how much I ended up immersing myself to listen during the summer period, and instead of giving the topic song I ended up giving plenty of the others. If there's someone to fight with SPECIAL OTHERS for instrumental music then this band is it.

Takagaki Ayahi - Yeah, that 2nd full album. It was memorable. I remember listening to this on the train, thinking this wasn't much compared to that song I heard of last year, but then many chances have been given to her to sing normal pop songs which I preferred, and I ended up picking a song or two from the list. Good job Ayahi-chan, but I want more. Not of the other styles, because I miss her singing normal pop songs. Really. An Anime can prove this point.

Kuso Iinkai - Well, them? They didn't disappoint. What's disappointing is no one actually appreciates them as much as I do, which is sad. Their mini-album in summer and single in winter are all fabulous releases, but I never got to listen to them, only to be able to rely on music videos for satisfying my desire for listening to more of their rock style. I could've given more, but limitations forbid me to do so. Maybe a new album next year can salvage this, yes?

cinema staff - This? I guess, like many others, I just cannot get used to their music styles. Mainly because they don't have good songs. Their album was not that fantastic, and the two EPs released close to the end of the year aren't good enough. All I can say is, they are the type I can remember, but not be impressed. cinema staff-san, you guys got a lot more to do to make me impressed, I guess.

fhana - Wow. Their album started strong, and their single topic song did not disappoint. Other than that, I tried hard to give songs from the album which did not do much, and I did not give anything else on their single as usual. I wonder when any of their releases can be on my shelf.

negoto - Been quiet this year, negoto-san, and I only took one song from their album. Their latest single in June has been neglected by me completely, and overall it has not been much for them. Well, if it's about them doing performances then I don't get to watch them, okay?

fumika - Ah, this one. Also, neglected her latest single, and only from the album I only picked a couple of songs, and it's not the latest topic song. Well, at least another of her singles which supposedly should be on my shelf last year is finally on my shelf now, so that's a good thing.

Taketatsu Ayana - Only one single isn't much to say about, but then it's her 2nd credit on Anime, and she is doing well. She is also starting strong with another Anime-credited single (which I will also watch) and it isn't disappointing. Here's hoping her next year will be more active than last year.

Hanazawa Kana - Following her success of new set of singles from last year, she ended up with a single for a movie theme song of a show she stars in which I have yet watched (don't know why *sob*) and the album which, on the same level as Aoi-chan, I am impressed. I took more songs than I expected I would, and I must say I want more. At least production did well this time to give her better and more catchy songs to sing to, which made me pleased with her performance this year.

nano.RIPE - They aren't disappointing this year, despite being at this part of the list this year. (It's not in order, anyway) Their two album release, one being the singles' best at the later part of the year, totally displays their music style which I'm starting to take a liking too, and that is good news. Kimiko is not disappointing as an uprising composer, and their songs are just nice to listen to. Here's a thumbs up to a good job for this year! Just... make it better, yes? Not much in the Klassic Note rankings, apparently, unlike last year...

NEWCOMERS
KANA-BOON - Starting with a Naruto theme song this year (*sigh*), but then their performance this year isn't disappointing. I've been encountering them and reviewing their three singles for the year, and they aren't disappointing. Many a times I was missing them just by a bit to have a couple more songs on my list, but that also shows their composition style can vary a lot, which is good news. This totally throws off my impression of the album at the start of the year which is rap-heavy. Or quick-paced, like what Aqua Timez can do better, I guess.

THE ORAL CIGARETTES - This is also another contender. A coincidence listening to their emotional topic song on a single this year definitely threw me off my impression of them, and after getting used to a couple of songs a strong yet "high" song came in to deepen my impression of them this year, especially it being an Anime theme song.

TrySail - This one too. If they released two singles on their debut year and both can be on my shelf, that's something. I guess compositions do matter, but then after that I am still impressed that Ten-chan (Amamiya Sora), Mocho (Asakura Momo) and Nan-chan (Natsukawa Shiina) can perform this well. Their next single is under way next year, and hope we get to see a new album to cement their position as yet another idol group which I will be watching closely on.

7!! (pronounced as Nanae) - This year for them it's all about ballad songs it seems, as past year songs from them do not display the slightest of such a style. But then they did a good job this year, just brushing against the entrance of my list this year, trying to impress me the second time after a successful first attempt. I was tempted, but then the second single did not stay on my shelf, unfortunately. Nonetheless, a valiant effort, and I wish I can hear more of a different style from them next year, and hope I won't be disappointed by then.

Scenarioart - This one came of as one of those alternative rock artists I don't want more of, but then a single changes my mind this year, and I view them in a different light. A female as a drummer is certainly unusual, and their music style is in one of those days I was wanting a different melody and <insert famous alternative rock artist here> came in to make my year. This is one of those times. Now I say it I want more. Actually, I expect more, and then probably I'll be impressed by them. For now, good job, and I look forward to more of them in the future.

Sayuri - Coming from the bushes, she came in strong this year as a debut year, singing for an Anime theme song, and impressed by her music, I think she'll do well in her next single.. which is next year. Here's hoping she doesn't disappoint, but then it's possible if she doesn't write all of her songs. Her compositions sound great though, I must admit.

I guess this is all then, my hands are tired. The rest which are not mentioned but are mentioned more than usual in the Twitter account is not my fault, but then I'm tired, and they are not worth mentioning... yet. I think it's fine, and I think I maybe critical a lot more this year compared to last year, so here's hoping I can change in the new year, yes?

[P.S.: If you want New Year Resolutions... they are not here. Nor will I be doing any. Because my mind is in a blank. That's not good. So I'll probably mention a thing or two obligatory stuff this weekend on Entertainment News, and if you don't see it there... just ignore me.]
[P.P.S.: APoL is on hiatus until I can think of a solid storyline I WILL BE IMPRESSED WITH. Cya guys soon, and happy new year.]

The Imperfections of a (Pop) Song

(Skipping to next paragraph is fully optional)
Hey everyone. As we close to the end of the year, and the time where I must make decisions to give the awards for Klassic Note, I thought it's about time to talk about... talk about why I reject songs. I know you guys don't believe this, but I reject a lot more songs than I would probably these days, and the numbers have been rising. I'll also for the first time this year, release a hidden segment I've been keeping for a long time and I think it's time to show as much as I can, which I refer to "the 2.99 stars", which emphasise on reasons why I give a near miss to many songs from every release I hear.

To determine whether I have to reject songs, I thought it'll be good to explain what I mean when I don't give a song, and I can do this by separating them into levels of rejection and reasons for doing so.

THE LEVELS
Firstly there's the first impression level. Well, quite obviously just means hearing the song for the first time. It doesn't seem much typically considering that I've already listened to thousands of Japanese songs by now, but that's not the point. For my opinion,I at least know there are some songs which I cannot give just by listening for the first 10 seconds of a song. We all have that. Whether it's music style (for me, techno and dance styles are a no-no now), vocals sounding weird (yeah overly cute and gay voices are considered as "weird") to stupid reasons like not following the mainstream (if you know LiSA, Kyary Pamyu Pamyu, Arashi and even AKB48... you are a loser to me) (sorry) and never hearing songs because they are familiar (I mean, I want new melodies...), an array of reasons can just make me click on the next button or the close button, wherever applies. Then after hearing like, 90 seconds of a song (which is the typical length of a song preview in most contexts) I then consider the fact that whether this song will sound correct or even good until the end of the song, which I also call the song completeness level. This includes all parts of a typical pop song, with a standard structure of two verses and choruses, followed by a bridge and/or instrumental, and a final chorus. The biggest problem recently after the first level is typically with the bridge part, as many would not have it well composed, or even extended to the level that it's rather unacceptable. Well, at least to my expectations. Even though, when a song reaches this stage I have less of a reason to reject it already, as factors like the music style and song structure for the rest of the song may help salvage it and make me give the song anyway. The last or actually optional level for recent years is the pre-rating level. Yeah. Like, considering for changing of star rating. As I think I mentioned this before, all songs enter the list typically with a 4 star rating (out of 5), and will be adjusted accordingly when I feel like it. Changing in star level becomes typical after the first impression instead of actually giving it during entry like in the early years of listening to songs. But still, some songs don't make the cut, and since I've enlisted it, I have no choice but to put it down. Conversely, I can also be impressed of a song in the long run and bring the rating up. All this is done before any song gets into the list, so can take from a minimum of a couple of days to a couple of weeks, according to my reviews in recent years.
A graphic of how likely I take in a song
THE REASONS
Well I know many have been mentioned above, but to be incredibly specific, I decided to show you guys the reasons I have given to give you an idea of on what stage or level do I not recognise the song and give the negative. Besides, it's through the many rejections that the songs get stronger, isn't it? (writing in context here) So here are the many reasons - as far as I can remember - which I reject a song:

First Impression Level

  • Extended introduction/instrumentals
  • Hearing weird instrumentals before first word
  • Composition trying to break out of song structure by overly adding tones and melodies
  • Extended verses and/or choruses
  • Not-so-rhythmic lyrics/vocals (less important in conventional pop now)
  • Lyrics that do not sound with the melody (even though I don't know of this foreign language)
  • Overall feel unacceptable, with respect to listening time
  • Weird or out-of-tone singing (sometimes it gets on my nerves)
  • Song melody different from expectations (especially when I have an idea of it)
Song Completeness Level
  • Extended song bridge part (like, song to solo instrumental to song before last chorus extended)
  • Songs that do not obey typical pop song structure, and are not good not following them
  • Long song lengths (typically a consequence of a long bridge)
  • Higher pitched last chorus done bad/wrong (very deterrent, but if done well can be fine)
  • Unexpected melody tune
  • Strong instrumentals but weak song melody (a good pass off for a composition)
  • Strong chorus but weak overall (happens all the time, especially Anime songs)
  • Outdated/Undesired music style/format (I'm not in the 80s)
  • Weak production of a good song melody (covers the composition well it makes it bad)
  • Song too plain (typically emotional songs with no strong chorus)
Pre-Rating Level
  • Not lasting in listening impression, typically due to weak song impression
  • Slow songs which are weak in song structure
  • (Sometimes) Songs given to complete a set (typically idol songs; I do make that mistake)
  • Songs that are given obligatory (every Anime I watch must be given a theme song)
  • Self-rejection of song over time (skipping when shuffling songs, not listening for it after review are signs of such behaviour and decision)
  • Misunderstanding the initial impression of song before adding the song into the list
  • Succumb of mainstream artists and overrating impression of song
This is pretty much it. Anything else it'll take some time for me to recall, but many of these reasons do appear in recent years and even the year I'm in now (don't know which of my year it is when you read this), and that is not a good thing. Songs are easy to reject with an increase of song database, and creativity can plateau at some point in time, but I sure hope this does not stop me from giving the songs I truly like.

[P.S.: This is it. I'm keeping this Top 20 list for 2015. I'm tired of thinking of this for the past week already. Besides, my list is NEVER REPRESENTATIVE of the list of songs I listen anyway.]

[P.P.S.: Yes, the 2.99 star list will be posted here, probably next year. Stay tuned.]

The Entertainment News 2015 Edition Week #52

Well, it's the end of the year, so it's true it's this short. Welcome to the shortest Entertainment News post of the year. Also, Merry Christmas and Happy New Year. Might as well, right?

アニメ
ANIME
You guys know what shows I'm watching next season already, right? Yeah, three of them confirmed for now. Some others may want to watch an episode, and the rest are not down my alley. And yes, they're updated on my Anime List.

You know I have an Anime List? You know, the links lying around this site?

One Week Friends: What an ending. We are really THAT CLOSE to getting a confession. Anyways, putting that obvious it-will-never-happen-anyway fact aside, it has been a journey. Good that Fujimiya-san is cleared of her past, and is able to live in an environment with friends who really care for her once again. I mean, I don't live in a world like that, yet I feel like I'm also like Kaori-chan, afraid of making friends in fear of betrayal and everything. I guess I'm also trying to repeat my "week", huh.
BLEACH: Yeah, there's still a losing side. Unfortunately, it's not the bad guy. Don't know what the reunion of the Shihouin siblings are for, but then they'll need the extra thunder power to get rid of this guy, who apparently can possibly (wow what assumptions) go to the extremes with his offence now he's beaten to a pulp.

This Week on Klassic Note
Many things are under way, from music videos to live broadcasts, there are many songs coming up for the upcoming months to kick start the new year. Especially around my birthday week; it's riddled with plenty of releases.

Upcoming live performances which celebrate the new year (which I will get to watch) will no doubt be another set of references for starting the new songs too, but then that's for next year. This year I'm still stuck on what songs to give for the Top 20. Serious. I've not gotten to a decision yet. *sigh* It's getting tougher every year... Don't worry, will release results on time. *wink*

This is it, and as I say, it's short. Finally I'm getting down to doing up APoL's next chapter (I noticed talking to myself before sleep on bed works well lol), and I noticed I lacked content even though there's storyline. Well, now that that's ironed out, here's hoping I can get something done by next year. But no promises though, I still got Klassic Note to finish first. Cya guys next week, where I'll think of a new title for this series. Or else I'll stick to this cheap naming for next year too. *laughs*

[P.S.: I can't find anything for Christmas, so Aoi-chan snuggling up for some hot drink for winter would do.

Yes? Now I want to join her. Happy Holidays! Just noticed my holidays are longer than expected! *laughs hardly*]

Wednesday 23 December 2015

You are not yours. Therefore whatever is around you is still not yours.

Just thinking. Not that our matters. Don't worry, won't affect me much for now. I mean, not until I get out into society and start getting my paycheck. *laughs*

The Entertainment News 2015 Edition Week #51

The end is near... I mean, the end of the year is near. And with that, many decisions have to be made. Well, next semester for me as a student. But then there's more, like APoL, Klassic Note... you know. MY stuff. *laughs* Let's end it on a high note, yes? Well, there's still next week anyway, but still.

ANIME
Subete ga F ni Naru: Eh... last episode, I guess? Well, of all last episodes, I consider this one decent. Anyways, we know of a conclusion of what happens to Shiki, likely to be caught (according to Nishinosono) by the police instead of Saikawa-sensei's bodyguards. We also know about many things in life that aren't certain, that are to be sought upon, and aren't meant to be perfect. Well, very much aligned with my ideals, so this is a good show in my opinion lol. Anyways, this can only end this way anyway, for a genius and a prodigy also has many questions to ask for, just mostly about life and their own existence, I guess. I mean, from many shows it has been like that, yes? Nice show, and definitely worth a watch. Especially if it ever becomes a movie. Because that'll be awesome. This kind of show better off done as a movie man, TV Anime does it not much justice...

One Week Friends: I'm touched. Maccha-sensei, good job.
The truth finally is out. As they confront each other and pick up the pieces together, fundamentally it's still due to Kaori-chan not being able to accept the fact of her understanding of friends, as evil plots and jealousy get in the way of that formal definition that we all understand. Perhaps friends are just a tool, something not possible to be intimate about, something that can be easily destroyed by one rumour. If friends were like that in the past, no wonder Kaori-chan has a trauma. The whole story also links up in time to show the sequence of events happening within the week, and her wanting to not remember the week is also the reason of her one-week memory. Man, when's the last time I'm impressed by an end story like that? Great ending, and really I'll buy the manga (if it ever appears in English) to support this genius of a storyteller. I mean, I'm not even praising already. Over here it's respect already. Nice job, sensei!
BLEACH: Okay which half I should ignore first?
First half talks about rumours of the bestowing of powers, with three Sternritters being assigned to one part of the Soul King's powers. So apparently Byakuya and Renji are going to have a tough fight. Rumours are typically true in the world of BLEACH, so we don't have to take these with a grain of salt lol. The other half tells us that the Sternritter "D" isn't talking to himself but to Ichigo who is currently stuck to the ground, now along with Chad and Orihime. Yoruichi steps in (not like, the area which is "poisonous") to fight, and we know this one will be a long fight. Many terms I don't understand, and I'll never understand how Yoruichi will lose this one. Or win. Whatever. It's BLEACH, anyway.
Kuroshitsuji: Well that was quite little for development for this latest chapter. For this one, they just kicked out Sebastian and showed us some weird ceremony? As usual weird things are going on, but I think like many other arcs this one can be explained by science too. Black hole was defined in the chapter (well, like 100 years ago in context; it's a theory back then), the fortune teller is obviously suspicious, and is handing out accessories which somehow tailor to "what star they are protected under". Very suspicious, but then I know this can be resolved by science. Suffice it to say things might be controlled easily with an identification on their wrists or just that it directly controls the victim(s), which may not be good news. Well, we're in hell of a cult for sure, but what it does or if it ever has a connection with Undertaker again, we'll only know when someone dies, for sure. Meanwhile, Sebastian is enjoying the cat's company. Hope Ciel hasn't forgotten what he's in the hall for. You know, past memories, darkness envelopment, those things.

This Week on Klassic Note
This probably marks the last week of reviews I'll take for the year, for I'll start evaluations and final results (Top 20, to say the least) from the following Wednesday after this, two days before Christmas. And then it'll go for two weeks where on the new year I start finding new old songs to listen to to start the year... You know. usual stuff.

I'm just giving two more songs to round up the numbers (if you have been following on the Hall of Fame document I disclosed months ago), and there are another form Saitou Johnny's latest album (apparently he has a couple more before) and also Kuso Iinkai's new double A-side single this season (winter, literally), and just like the album on July, I may have to end up using extract of the music video to make do until I get an official review. I mean, that's what happens if you want to take things for free: nothing gets assured when you wait for free stuff. *ahem* Anyways (haha), this is all for the year, SID's new single shall be considered next year following live performances I intend to watch over the new year, and apparently I want to give Shinozaki Ai's debut album a chance. You know. Other than her gravure. (Oops)

This is all, I guess. I'm still thinking how to do up APoL I think (apparently I'm not in the mood for that for now, don't know why), and with Klassic Note this year coming to an end I'll have to finish that first. Damn this year's Top 20 is a real headache, especially when you give almost all of them 4 stars only... Argh...

[P.S.: Continuing Yuuki Aoi-chan (close-up) December, we got another on the screen.

Hell yeah, and why didn't I placed this on my phone the first time I saw it? Hmm...]

The Entertainment News 2015 Edition Week #50

Another week, another week of progress. Well, my next semester is starting to ring in the background, so I'm worried. Maybe after that, after that... I'll do something important. *laughs*

ANIME
Subete ga F ni Naru: You know how much I wanted to watch this episode, right?
(The following content below contains spoilers that ARE CORRECT. Read it only after you watched.)
Well, the truth is out, and with two more episodes to go, I really wonder what'll happen next. (And those lucky bastards in Japan get to watch it in cinemas first this weekend goddammit) And as I thought, it was Shiki herself who was the killer. Failing to plan her own murder years after having her daughter (so the spoiler I read was correct up to here) kill her at her 15th year (and that staying 14 forever is possible lol), she resorted to kill her own daughter as to pose her own death and escape. And yeah, it was an escape. She was disguised amongst as as one of the characters in the lab (well computers are stupid they take any visuals as recognition even if they are fake), and managed to leave the place, and of course being the master programmer of the lab, is accessing it from another location which will probably take the police the rest of her life to find her. Anyways, Saikawa-sensei wins this round (sorry Moe-chan), and Shiki definitely didn't get what she planned. What a waste. It'll be better if the daughter was alive instead. Funny thing is that she was posed as her mother from the beginning, and that threw me off more than the truth. Well, lets say kids are dumb without a reality check, and I'm glad I didn't have an unknown dad and a murderer as my mom. Glad the mystery is solved, it explained well (kind of pissed off my Nishinosono-san's part of the illusion), and I'm never regretting watching this show. Although I think I would be better off guessing without the spoiler which mentioned about hexadecimals and her kid. Seriously. This one was too good a spoiler. And I'm glad I'm correct too. Well, as correct as I can be with spoilers anyway.

With respect to next season Anime, I know what I'll be watching already. I'll definitely be watching the sequel to Assassination Classroom, Boku Dake ga Inai Machi is noitamina slot's next show about some mystery of the past, and Dagashi Kashi is a show in surprise. So you'll know I'll at least watch three. After that... I don't know. I guess three is enough already.

漫画
MANGA
Amari Mawari: (Because I read it after the post from last week, and thinking that putting it here would be better for content) Starts off well. Amari-chan is a strong female. Haru on the other hand is a confused boy. I mean, he can just say he likes her back as a brother-sister relationship (no incest of course), and it'll be over. Of course, there's the "everyone else besides that someone" situation (Kyouko is missing BTW) so things get funnier. Nozo seems to know of a confession, Ushimaru doesn't give a damn, and everyone else is pressuring Haru to give an answer. Really. The moment he gives a reply we get an Anime or a conclusion to this Manga already lol.
Dagashi Kashi: Thanks to Ayachi and a preview video of the Anime, I decided to read the Manga. And man was I impressed. Short, direct humour, topic of sweets to keep you hooked, and service from time to time, enough to make me watch without me having to do it without the presence of family members. Anyways, I'm definitely going to watch the show coming next season, and will not spoil myself so I'll only read the manga beyond the first volume after I watch the show. Reading the first volume thus far... I think it's creating an impression. I like. *giggles like a perv*
BLEACH: Well, there probably will be a miracle, bro. It's BLEACH anyway lol
Anyways, we now know of the Sternritter "M" power, which literally means a magnitude manifestation of power according to own damage infliction. And yeah, being dumb means killing the guy with as much damage as you can, of course, without letting the guy die. So yeah, we meet with a large being, but then I think it's possible to create a miracle out of this. We have Byakuya, Shinji, and Renji. They all (probably, for Shinji) have Bankai of scale, and this might be a nice show to watch. Hinamori-chan, stand aside. We need a few chapters of kick-ass now. *laughs, slowly stops* Well. Maybe not.

This Week on Klassic Note
I only give a couple of songs this week, so let's talk about them first. Saitou Johnny's frist album sounded much better than Goose house itself (says a lot about the others lol), and I decided to give a song from SunSet Swish's revival single. Yeah. SunSet Swish. You guys even remember them? They like, disbanded 5 years ago and... I don't know now. They aren't as good as I know, and they still aren't much today. Anyways, gave them a song in hopes that they'll get their pace going. I don't mind the return; I have had many good songs from them in the past.

Fortunately (or not), they aren't going to be the last songs in the list. I may review SID's latest single next week, I'll still give chance for miwa's latest single and Kawada Mami's latest album to take in one song from each side, and I have reminiscence over Goose house's new song. Dammit, the time to make a decision. Honestly saying? I'm in less of a mood to decide now, now that things are coming to a close in another two weeks.

Talking about next season Anime, theme songs are surprisingly good. Ayachi is going Dagashi Kashi's ending so you know I have to take one of the two theme songs. Ajikan and Sayuri (recall her from Ranpo Kitan) are taking on Boku Dake ga Inai Machi, so that's just going to make this show even better, and I'm praying hard for an ending for Assassination Classroom that I can digest. How about moumoon again? Well from the looks of it... the style might change. And I don't think that's good. Maybe someone else, I guess?

That's it, I guess. I think I almost used the same sentence to start the ending paragraph, huh. Anyways, I'm thinking more of uni stuff than Klassic Note than APoL first, so... you know. The latter(s) will have to wait. For now, I better get tomorrow morning's competition done with, then maybe we'll see if I can get a chapter out of it or not. No, not my life. I mean the story I want to write about my idea of life. Hmm...

[P.S.: Continuing Yuuki Aoi (chests) December, here's another to... try to look at? I mean, she's unlike Ayachi you know. Cute and... voluptuous. But still, this girl.

Anyways, more of her next week, and it makes me wonder if I should just shelf Ten-chan's photobook until I get Aoi-chan's many years of images done with. *laughs*]

Saturday 12 December 2015

I'd rather be a worker of the past than be a slave of today. And I'm not talking about communism.

Well, suddenly thought of this seeing articles of... well let's say "cyber mutiny of occult citizens", shall we? I don't even know how to name such people's IQ already, let alone name them. How about " extremists"? *laughs*

The Entertainment News 2015 Edition Week #49

Man, I want to go impulse shopping. Too bad I'm lazy to go shopping outside, and I don't dare to press those order buttons online because... the money isn't mine. Well, for most of them. But then again I did once last week already, so... yeah. *laughs loudly* Welcome to my weekly entertainment report, where I talk about such stuff which is pretty much not the content below. Let's get started.

アニメ
ANIME
Subete ga F ni Naru: YES! The reveal next week! Man I'm excited.

Okay, leading up to the solving of the mystery (finally), we finally know of many other details we should've known like... at episode 2 or something. The couple (Nishinosomo and Saikawa) both agree that there was a second person who entered the room with Shiki the first time she went into the room, and it was a kid. A daughter, apparently. But then again it could've been her (okay it's just me, but still). The hypothesis (or spoiler if you may) I saw a few weeks back when I complained about it also mentioned this as the conclusion, and that it makes total sense for a kid born 15 years to kill her mother because she behaves the same way she does too. Furthermore, we now know that the escape and planning of the murder (at least for the Director) is foretold, as the system was intentionally updated to have a time lag system clock (sry for those who don't know anything about programming) and has been embedded in the previous version of the operation system, which was mentioned that only Shiki retains the latest version of the system. With what we know how, it's evident that Shiki (or her daughter, whatever) killed the uncle (yeah weird girl, this one) to plan for an escape, and expected someone else to resolve it before she leaves. Yeah, probably the killer is still around, and I can tell you first hand, as I've mentioned from the first time I made a hypothesis: It was all her. She wanted to escape. Even a kid does not know of escape if you lock it up forever. Reason? Well, there are many reasons why people want to escape, so... I'll leave to Saikawa-sensei to explain things out.

よろしくおねがいします!

漫画
MANGA
Kuroshitsuji: Looks like Lizzy's missing (yeah, you know, Elizabeth) has got to do with the Queen's orders to what Ciel has to investigate, and I see we're in another incident on positivity yet again. I've seen such stories before with other Anime as like in a form of a cult, and this one seems surprisingly similar too. Problem now is about that fortune teller. What does he know? Is he just a sick guy controlled by Yana-chan to tell sick jokes? (lol) Or does he know about what is outside of the real world, ie. Shinigami and demons and stuff? We shall see then, but from the things of it, someone's got to spill some blood, and I can say, it's going to be more than a drop. *evil laugh* (lol)
BLEACH: Wait is that the "Overkill" guy? *checks online* Okay, it's not, haha. Anyways, that "god of a messenger" apparently lost his godly powers, which means he can effectively be defeated by any good guy, so Kira steps forward. After like, losing a hole on one side of his chest, he can still fight, I guess? Good for him, because if he's going to show any more (new) powers it'll be now lol. The scene then shifts to Renji fighting another Sternritter "M", for it stands for "Miracle", and sounds as absurd in power as many other opponents thus far. Let's see how this goes; That Sternritter "V" I reread recently is not helping me understand this guy now.

This Week on Klassic Note
As I mentioned last week, after last weekend I got a couple more songs after listening to a live TV program extract (damn I shouldn't say that) and didn't skip anything for like 15 minutes. THE ORAL CIGARETTES latest single is also anime theme song for "Noragami", and is surprisingly catchy. Also, the lyrics mean nothing much but the beats are probably the reason why I'll give it. Also too I didn't take any B-sides, unlike their previous single. Bentham's debut mini-album isn't impressive, but then I was there for that one song, so I'll take that instead. Good Morning America's debut mini-album is out of the major label, but then it sounds so indie I must give another song from the release, and man if they stayed this way they will be on my list every year by now.

We're towards the end of the year, and surprisingly it's going to end on a low note. I have nothing much to listen and I think I'll have to compensate that by listening to artists I know of recent in release, including yanaginagi which is coming in next week, and probably some other artists if I want to get more songs. For now, I should concentrate on the yearly question of "Which are the Top 20?" because... it's getting tougher every year. Seriously.

Meanwhile, here's what I listened that can be shared to you guys for the year!

That's pretty much it, guys. I'll probably do up that post I should have done about explaining song format and stuff for Klassic Note, and I'll get it out by the time this year ends. Also, APoL is progressing, although it's slow and I'm just lazy lol. Anyways, cya guys next week again, and please, please don't start the year-end shopping spree. Don't. If you had... I hope you enjoyed your Christmas presents. *laughs sarcastically slowly*

[P.S.: I've decided it's (Yuuki) Aoi December this month, even though I've seen Ten-chan's photobook appear already. Oh well. I have an excuse to wait till next year for this anyway.

Yeah, even Aoi-chan I also want to stare at her chest. My animal instinct is revealing. xD]

Saturday 5 December 2015

I rather choose to have the fear of something that may happen than it happening even if it has close to zero chance of occurrence.

Really, call me timid or whatever. Conscription is bullsh*t. I'd rather stay at home. Trust me.
