The Klassic Note Review – 2014.10 Issue 2

Probably the last one this month. Unless I go crazy again over upcoming singles. Means it may still be possible. FML.

Also because of a certain delay that I shall not bore you with (I think I shall anyway):

Focus here!

There writes “Will Be In Stock (On) 2nd November 2014”. Yes, that is why I shall do it now. Not next month.

And of course if you managed to read what I’ve ordered, is pretty much what I’m covering today. Three singles. Two new singles and one… I guess is a consequence of this effect. This is going to be long, so let’s get started. I want to sleep. *flips over format used for review*

音楽 The Klassic Note Review
Ikimono-gakari – Netsujou no Spectrum/Namida ga Kieru Nara [Single]
(Cover image WTF?? My mind is going crazy already…)

Origin: If you think it’s the first time I reviewed them, please (after this of course) go to the tags below and click on “Klassic Note”, and probably covers their other single from the year. Ever since that in July this year, also with this too, kick starts their activity this year. With another single and an album slated for release for the next two months till the end of the year, I couldn’t ask for more. Because I have more than enough of their wonderful songs, and if you like them, you know how great it  is to listen go the style over and over again. Also, this one came earlier in the news as the opening theme song for Anime “Natatsu no Taizai” (hey if you watched and think it’s nice, I just didn’t watch it LOL). Since they are no strangers, let’s dive in.

(1) Netsujou no Spectrum [Spectrum of Passion]
The songs in this single are primarily composed by the other guy Mizuno, rather than the hot favourite Hotaka, (you think I know who’s more popular??) this song delivers a mote wild feel and energetic mood to it, as with fitting into the Anime too, whichever one is his priority, I don’t know. What I do know is that it’s a great upbeat song, sure to keep you guys listening due to a catchy chorus. The music video features the trio “in black and white for the first time” (I didn’t say that) and I guess that’s a first. Looks cool though, I must say. Just your average Ikimono song well packaged.
Rating: 4 stars (Average)

(2) Namida ga Kieru Nara [If Tears Disappear]
The reason for (probably) the delay in the order is about this song. Taking the emotional side, and written – as mentioned – by Mizuno, the second of this double A-side takes a turn with the other two writing the lyrics together. (don’t mind the romantic insinuations here) (not like I’m doing it) Not that I’m implying anything (there I go again), but then what comes out of this song is the smoothness of Kiyoe’s voice, and with every other song you would’ve heard form them this is just perfect. Not to say about Kiyoe’s contributions in the group is increasing significantly in recent years. And as an active promoter of self-production of music, this just gets nicer. I’m not crying yet, though.
Rating: 4 stars (Average)

Conclusion: All in all a pretty single well done, whichever comes first. And if you’re a fan of Ikimono, this is just another single. If you’re not a fan of Ikimono, it’s time to give chance. They are great, they are popular (at least within Japan), they are (in style) mainstream pop, so unless you listen to stupid techno (Oops), this is worth the listen. I’m not talking about those stupid Anime fans (Oops x2) who buy the single just because it’s a featured song in the show. I won’t.

You can just treat me as being lazy and not splitting this into parts, but if I were to you can read the one above and subsequent empty spaces as separate articles, ok?

音楽 The Klassic Note Review
Taketatsu Ayana – Kajirikake no Ringo [Single]
Limited Edition Regular Edition
(Why does only the Regular Edition have the Anime cover? Which brings me back to the last paragraph before we started.)

Origin: She’s a voice actor in Japan. She’s a singer. She has photobook and image DVDs. She’s… awesome. Not that I say it, but Taketatsu Ayana (Ayachi for short) has been in the singer industry since two years ago, and sadly I cannot show you anything else besides this, where I got her first three singles.

(It’s the first row, by the way)
And since that, nothing. Not until her latest and 6th single in her career comes by. Boasting with an Anime theme song credit for the first time in her career, and with songs that resemble the good old times, how can I say no? Which brings me back to Yes if you like her, you’ll take a listen or even grab a copy of the CD. But if you don’t, there still is reason why you should “take a chance”. (Oops miwa reference)

*A good reminder: Brackets in translation square brackets mean insinuated meaning. Don’t ask me why. Part of Japanese grammar.

(1) Kajirikake no Ringo [(The) Bitten Apple]
As a first impression, this song turned out better than expected. I first started out with this:

But then after some time as I recall from the past times I enjoyed listening to her cute voice, then I noticed this is actually a good song. Even more surprising when you hear the full song. Also this is credit to an Anime “Denkigai no Honya-san” (I watch that show, you guys should know) (wow rhyming), so this is quite a good song considering that. (Don’t start me explaining this, please.) The song is pretty well done, with the same guy who composed songs from… places I don’t recall. Must be reputable people, haha. Also quite an upbeat song, it brings quite a sentimental feel while bringing the overall feel for the show, and her too. The music video… since it’s fanservice I think I shouldn’t even mention much. The scenery is great though, although you know I don’t focus on that.
Rating: 4 stars (Average)

(2) Fuai! [No Translation (and that is not the song title) (and this is not insinuated)]
Hmm… how should I describe this… It’s another lively song, but put in a different feel. You would, for first impression, notice the rather noisy (in terms of sound, not like, irritating) chorus and violin addition to a song which could do well with neither of those, but then I like Ayachi’s voice with this combination, so I decided to give it in the end. Easy chorus, well done song. Yes it may be more of love for her than for the song, but if you listen, it’s like another shout-out song with a nice twist. And I appreciate that. And this is also revealed in the tracklist of her second album.
Rating: 4 stars (Average)

Conclusion: Now you know why I am reluctant. Ended up it’s another 4-star single. And 4-star single to me is NOT ENOUGH! But it’s enough for now, especially when it’s been some time since I have given some time for Ayachi’s songs, and coincidentally (almost in a straight line) they line up and I have the mood to listen to two lively songs which made my last week. Really, Ikimono is nothing when you have idolism… Okay seriously, if you dislike her, it’s also worth a listen.

ONE MORE!
(Wow look at the time…)

音楽 The Klassic Note Review
Kon Natsumi – Niji no Kakera [Single]
(The cover? Why not refer to… seriously.)

Origin: Wow. It’s been some time. Of course this single definitely takes credit from its credited Anime “Isshuukan Friends.”, and as good as the show, Kon Natsumi is here to sing some great songs. Or well-written songs. Her voice is great too, I must say, for a… face that will lose to both girls in the previous two singles. (Oops x3) However, there is something that sounds great – maybe it’s Kawashima Ai who is backing her up – which is why I gave the thumbs up. Why the decision to get five months later? Not because of the special gifts, but you know where I’m going to refer you to if I

(1) Niji no Kakera [Fragments of (The) Rainbow] *still checking whether I reviewed this or not*
Okay, let’s talk about it. Recalling from five months ago, my first impression from the Anime isn’t bad at all. And as with all Anime I watch if I give the show probably also means I give one, if not both, opening and ending theme songs. And being the frontline, Kon Natsumi here does a great job of delivering a good song. And I like it. Not so much about the music video though; it has her footage. (Oops x4) (I’m seriously not getting bored here) (And I’m supposed to not comment too much too) All in all, something not to get bored to. Especially when you like the show. There’s a friend of mine who is not willing to read the Mange after the show ended just because there’s no music in it. See? The power of theme songs.
Rating: 4 stars (Average)

(2) Gift
Ha yes finally the whole point of this post. The spotlight, and probably why I feel so hesitant to touch her No, not that. I mean, press the button seeing it as an Anime cover. (This is the last time I’m saying it already, I swear) This
is
one
good
song.
Why? The catchy tune will be the first to grab anyone’s attention, and finishing the song the first time I totally remember the feel of satisfaction as if the song as this click with me. Nicely arranged song overall, and if you do follow my Twitter she got in the trend for like… a few months? Even the most recent one is within a month, I think. So much so it’s worth remembering. And recalling. Really. Don’t get deterred by the Anime credit. Listen to it.
Rating: 4 stars (Above Average++)

Conclusion: Overall a good single for someone I have not listened to and being an Anime theme song credit, I must say this is one good… I’m running out of words to say already. Really, if you don’t like mainstream, and if you don’t like cute voices but still can listen to females singing, this is the decision. Do it. And really sometimes, the B-sides always stand out more than the A-side, ie. Never judge a book by the cover. Or a CD cover. Or if the CD cover is replaced with Kon Natsumi’s face. Really, JFGI.

Okay, that’s all. Short ending here. With regards to the singles arriving at my doorstep not anytime soon, I will post the reviews as long as I can grab my hands on it besides notes and textbooks preparing for my exams by then. Until next time… I’m working hard to find more songs. So I can spend my own money away and waste more time typing this. No really, it was a joy, if not for a tight mood schedule. Cya.
[P.S.: What? My mood schedule? I can tell you now: Tomorrow’s going to be bad, that is why I’m doing it today.]

The Entertainment News Week #42

Yeah I know it’s tough to talk about something like, last week when the new episode is airing a few hours from now. But then, my week ends here, and I’m a student. So too bad. Entertainment News has to be done now or else I can’t sleep early. Haha.

アニメ
ANIME
Sora no Method (last week): Yes, and it seems it’s about (from what I remember telling myself) who is in the know. In terms of that, we have Nonoka and probably Noel, along with that girl with the headphones (sry Mikakoshi cannot remember the character’s name yet) who actually know who Nonoka is from seven years ago before she left and know about the event that day. For the rest of them, they somewhat do now recognise their childhood friend here, but know a hell lot more as hints continue to drop on the event at the observatory back then. What happens next? I have no idea. Suffice it to say we may have that girl who knows most (the headphones one) to interact with Nonoka for the upcoming episode. Which I’m going to watch tonight. Yes, I know.
Denki-gai no Honya-san: Wow another episode for comprising more and more (supposedly) romantic advances between the characters, even though we know it’ll likely turn into comedy in the end. Nonetheless, Anime is a great place to create lonely people,  unlike reality where literally everyone has a friend but you do not, haha.
Shigatsu wa Kimi no Uso: Well the second episode throws out a performance, a Beethoven piece it seems, but Kaori gives the middle finger to the judges by playing the violin her way, devoid of the rules of the competition. <Attach middle finger image here> Which is good, because the main guy likes it. Haha. Nonetheless, Kaori has taken a liking to his friends, so he stands no chance.
Or does he? Come on, we’re talking about a child prodigy pianist here man.

漫画
MANGA
BLEACH: Yes, as usual someone just doesn’t want to die. If anyone can recall it’s the Sternritter “D”, for “Deathdealing”. So I guess he can’t die… yet. Well I’ll be glad if he could do us a favour my sending his leader off his journey before killing himself. Now that’s what I call “deathdealing”…
Kuroshitsuji: Came a couple of days earlier than expected. The new chapter concludes with the now not-Green-Witch-now-lost-in-childhood-deceived-by-aged-mother-later-found-descendant-of-famous-scientist poor girl having to make the ultimate decision. Either escape to the world without knowing what’s going to happen for her, or eat Ciel’s bullet.
Please don’t eat the bullet. You’re perfect competition for Elizabeth. *ROFLMFAOs* (Like, Ciel can carry her everywhere… *etc*)

This Week on Klassic Note

I know. It’s a hard decision.

Remember the decision I gave up previously? Yeah, it has finally bore fruit. It’s worth the waiting, by the way.

Now on to the real stuff this week. A couple of releases came out this week, namely 2 singles and one which should’ve appeared last week. Ikimono’s new single is the usual awesome, and I always blame it on my mood swings due to studying (I know, it’s just me), so I ended up giving the thumbs up for the single. Now is to find a partner so I don’t have to pay excessive delivery charges. Ayachi’s new single shows promise from the moment I reviewed it, and am overall very pleased. Even though she has not done well after her first album, this reminds me of the times I was liking her singles from 2012, and it was great. Good job Ayachi, and whoever’s behind it. Hope next time I can be more decisive so my special gift doesn’t fly away. It hasn’t yet, by the way. Also in the list this week is SPECIAL OTHERS ACOUSTIC debut album (yeah, like “debut”), and I gave a song or two. Not surprising though I am able to play the melody of the chorus easily, and just because I like it so much. They re just great. If you sleep listening to them… go eat sh*t. Oops.

Let’s mention some upcoming releases. For next week Satomi-chan’s new single is coming, and yeah the PV preview isn’t disappointing at all. (Already wondering if Kalafina’s doing up the backup vocals) (Oh yeah it doesn’t have to be them, huh) (I think it’s them though) (Audience: Can you just stop talking to yourself??) (Ahem) If things so well for Satomi-chan… I should’ve just waited for another week. Nah, the gift is going to fly at this rate, haha. Also (hopefully) emerging next week is yucat and her 3rd album, this time round comprising of that song I’ve heard in a live footage on YouTube and have not heard it full since it’s digital release on May this year. Well, hope someone  is kind enough to remember that she is from RYTHEM and give me chance to review it. Yes. Stretching further till the end of the year, I see plenty slated for release, like Ayachi’s 2nd album, Ikimono’s next single and album (The single song preview sounds great! Another Kiyoe production!) yanaginagi’s 2nd album, Rie fu’s album for Part 1 of her double release celebrating her 10th year, and many more. All these I’ll probably mention it here and there at “there”. There, you know, Twitter. Remember to visit for more up-to-date… updates.

ANDROID?
I’m thinking about it. Since it’s something to talk about now.

But nah. Maybe something else. Problem is this will die down some time soon.

And that’s all for this week. Cya guys next week then. I’ve not been making progress… anywhere due to the recent setbacks from quizzes. It’s not going well for me in real life. In the APoL universe, though, I’m doing quite well. Probably when Sora-chan will APoL Chapter 13 and 14 will be released will probably be the time that I commit suicide. Really. How am I going to face… the wall?
Oops, I forgot here’s a place of joy. Until next time!

[P.S.: Sickos. You scroll down this far means you are one of us. Especially when you’re reading it on the mobile site.

Mostly about Mikakoshi though. And a lot more. Hehe I like the “bed shot” of Ayachi… LOL]
[P.P.S.: Looking at these, I think I’m going to do up a “Homescreen Selection 2014” by the end of the year, hehe. Or either I get the new Android 5.0 update and reset my phone for maintenance reasons. I’ll We’ll see.]

How I wish I was Japanese. My manners will be top notch and I'll never learn those uncouth vulgarities my entire life.

FML.
If I said that out I'll be uncouth. Too bad.

We must constantly compare with each other, for competition makes the worst of us.

No, that's just me. *laughs*

Oh my mother's such a bitch. She makes things nice for me and ruins it with another thing.

That makes me a "son of a bitch".

I've always wanted to say this to myself.

[P.S.: I noticed my writing can never catch up with my imagination. So Chapter 13 of APoL is... nowhere close to finish. Sorry.]

Monday 13 October 2014

I wonder why I am worse off than everyone else yet I do not feel as bad as others when they screw up.

Either it's I don't feel anything, or I should just go die already. Reminds me of the upcoming chapter of APoL.

I think I'm ready. To flunk exams and write my story... not.

The Entertainment News Week #41

Frequently checking which week of the year is it so I don’t lose track. But that’s unlikely since I do this every week. Not like…

Maybe I should do it more frequently. Maybe not.

アニメ
ANIME
Sora no Method: Actually hours after I finished the post last week I got to watch due to its early airtime. Probably means it’ll also happen for the rest of the season, like, for tonight too, but then I’ll keep remembering the show like it was yesterday. And I’ll just update the previous episode this week. Episode 1 is supposedly my first impression of this (yet another) Anime original, and the show falls in the “well-to-do” category. It has the appropriate amount of everything; the cuteness, the past recollection, and the reasons to feel sentimental. Seeing it going onto such good footsteps, I can’t see why I won’t be watching this show. Besides, there’s Aki-chan and Mikakoshi coming my way, so why not?
Denki-gai no Honya-san: If you watch the show, I don’t need to explain to you how funny it is. But in case you don’t, the second episode is better than the first. Go watch it. All I can remember is “balls” and plenty of fan service. Not like I’m a fan of any of those, but the point that someone said “Seitokai level comedy” he definitely isn’t wrong.
Shigatsu wa Kimi no Uso: This is one show of the season apart from the many sequels that dominate the rankings currently. But then so, this show shows plenty of premise in terms of a romance comedy coupled with music. And from episode one I don’t see how bad it can get, surprisingly from a production company that is A-1 Pictures, not really known for their quality. Good thing is, the things are colourfully spiced up, and we’re off to a good start, just like Sora no Method.

漫画
MANGA
BLEACH: Eh… looks like the Zero Division is ready, but not totally ready, I guess. Where’s the leader again? But for now, we should be in time for a good show now that the “curtains” have been drawn up, haha.

This Week on Klassic Note
Let’s talk about this week. Even though it’s a week of nothing, ie. new reviews, like SPEAICL OTHERS ACOUSTIC debut album is nowhere to be seen, but I’ve been searching. First, about giving chance to Ayahime, ie Takagaki Ayahi, the last one in sphere I didn’t give a listen to. Finally after much consideration I decided to give her latest single a try, and managed to give her a song. B-side, unfortunately, but this isn’t my first time doing so anyway. Good thing is, I liked the song, and surprisingly lyrics have written a couple of songs for Mina-chan’s 2nd album too. (That’s how they get rookies into the industry *wink*) It’s called “3 leaf clover”, probably means my luck will not change even if I hear this song, haha. The other in the list is from YouTube, which I mentioned last week, from Kuso Iinkai. Yeah, their first major single is out, if you get what I mean. Song-wise… I may just give a song or two (latter unlikely), but I’ll see. Glad I’m actually liking their style though; Good Morning America, on the other hand, is not doing well in the impression department…

Let’s also talk about the theme songs for this season’s Anime. fhana is probably the other reason I mentioned weeks ago why I wanted to watch Sora no Method, and till the preview it has not been disappointing. Not until they released the full song. Six minutes long. What to do? On the other hand, Larval Stage Planning is going well for the opening theme song with “Stargazer”, which if I don’t like fhana would end up listening to this instead. I seriously don’t want to give fhana a 3-star rating by the end of the year. They’ve been doing so well…

Also in KimiUso (that’s how they call it online) is Goose house, who did a wonderful song for the opening. Honestly saying they’ve been getting better ever since their leader’s departure from the group (Oops) early this year. Hopefully the full song will turn out well. Ending song we have wacci, a rock band which… doesn’t sound bad at “first hear”. You know, like “first sight”. Seeing how smoothly this goes, I may have a load of new songs coming my way. And that is good news. Now to wait for Ayachi’s new single next week which will probably kick start everything.

I think that is all I have to say. This weekend been trying to forget I have a couple of quizzes and presentations to start preparing for, so let me enjoy it while I can. I have considered doing reviews on the go with watching Anime on Twitter, but I think I will spoil my own experience by doing so so I guess not. Besides, I’ll remember the shows somehow, especially when it gets interesting. Cya guys then, until next time… hope you’re not as stressed out or relaxes as me. Whichever you may not be.

[P.S.: If you’re here for Mikakoshi’s new artist images for her new single… you seriously should go find out what is Twitter.

New songs, new songs, new photos…? Maybe I’m just not happy enough to change frequently. I swear that there have been many updates online…]

Talk with action is cheap. Talk without action is even cheaper.

Kind of what happens when one starts to appreciate people who just take action without talking. An action speaks a thousand words, as they say.

Sometimes finding the right person to answer the question may be tougher than answering the question.

Just wondering why my shoe laces get untangled without reason. And finding the right person to answer this could be a challenge...

Isn't it?

I noticed something (again!): I'm actually the hidden perfectionist. I hate everything, including everything about myself.

Well I'm just saying. It's obviously not so since I'm writing my own story down... somewhere. Haha.

Somehow playing an active role in public is better than playing the passive role.

Some !@#$%&* pushed me when there clearly is a way around. Hope I didn't get robbed.

*checks belongings*

I guess not, hehe.

[P.S.: Also this reminds me about GTA, like when someone hits the player or vice versa the player returns a reply to the AI, even if it's not his fault. Funny I point it out here.]

I guess that's one way of passing the time. Not forgetting previously Ayachi's tweets where she tells us how much the impact of a nearby earthquake is to her chest... (I did not report on that, but it's all over Japan though)

[P.S.: Hopefully no one kills me. And no one go edit that Seitokai Yakuindomo picture above, okay??]

The Entertainment News Week #40

Hey! Because somewhere in this world tomorrow is a holiday, I’ve been busy doing stuff up so I don’t need to do it tomorrow. Apparently, it’s not going well. Oh well, this is more important. Hehe.

アニメ
ANIME
Denki-gai no Honya-san: Yes it’s on with the new season of Anime. Since I really took the comedy in interest (along with Ayachi’s song), I decided to give it a watch. And for first episode it’s pretty good, with a mix of comedy and some fanservice from time to time. Sadly because of characters like Sensei, manga like Tonari no Kashiwagi-san may probably not get an Anime adaptation anytime soon. Haha, just joking. Anyways, I did not take the review from Random Curiosity for granted, but seeing the next episode preview I’m starting to believe that it’s going to reach “Seitokai level” sick jokes very soon. Ending song sounds great with the manga author’s lyrics in it…
Ushinawareta Mirai wo Motomete: Gave this show a chance for some reason (because someone’s doing the opening song), but then decided to NOT watch even if I cleared the first episode. The characters and voices remind me of the hentai Anime I watched before (Oops), and yesh there is potential for eechi scenes or even straight on hentai, which… I prefer to not watch just to avoid the genre. Or else I won’t be able to talk about it here already.
Tomorrow will probably be giving Sora no Method a chance too. Since it’s middle-school girls and it’s “like Natsuiro Kiseki” (RC), I guess I can give chance. After that next week I’ll be able to review the first episode of Shigatsu wa Kimi no Uso, the other Anime I’m intending to watch this season, hopefully along with my sister. Hmm, it’s been some time. When’s the last time we decided to watch a show, I wonder?

漫画
MANGA
BLEACH: Some sweet action over there, though I hope that the poor Zero Division doesn’t get wiped out just yet. According to Kubo, Ichigo’s not here yet. Haha.
A Channel: It’s been some time, and it looks like it’s a story amongst the grown-ups this time. Kamate-sensei (I just remembered her name) that happy-go-lucky teacher beside… (oops now I forgot the other one) Kitou-sensei (Phew…), and Satou-sensei jumped in with her to help with the… “clearing” of the refrigerator and mainly moving her stuff to her new house. Plenty of jokes there, but too small I cannot remember. Still very funny though; I just hope it’s for another season of Anime…

音楽
This Week on Klassic Note
Well there’s no new songs this week. Firstly, I’ve been reviewing Mina-chan’s 2nd album again, and have decided… NOT to make the order. (Sorry, Mina-chan.) Also with my desperation of finding songs, I gave Kana-chan’s new single a chance. Yes, the genre I’ll think twice to listen to again. Well, apparently I heard it twice, and I cannot not see the PV purely because I’m not blind, so… yeah. Besides, it’s not too bad, especially if you heard the three-minute preview.

Also, been searching for updates for some new mainstream artists I’ve been seeing over these few years just briefly and got a shock. Kuuso Iinkai, who just released their major first album (note the word “major” for major label, in this case King Records) in June, is coming up with their second major single. Already? And there’s a PV for it on YouTube. Not the usual stuff I love to dig in, but I’ll probably give chance so long as I can get hold of the sources. Also on YouTube is Good Morning America with their new album, already their second under major label, and that is like a year’s difference from the previous album. Sounds great, not impactful, but the PV is nothing but bloody murder scenes. Well done video, song-wise… I’ll wait till the album is up. Both mentioned are releasing this month.

In other new releases, Aki-chan’s single in November is called “Portrait” (I only hope for it to be an emotional or moody song because I’m totally ready for it), and Tomacchan’s new single is coming in December. As a theme song for Sword Art Online II Anime. As the opening theme song. Yeah. Means this is either going to blow my mind or blow my head against the wall. Hopefully it’ll not be disappointing. Come on, they made LiSA do the ending song goddammit… (not like I’m a fan of her LOL)

I guess that’s all this week. More to come next week, that’s for sure. And more to come next week for my school life, so… FML. But then life has to go on, or not Entertainment will not be as entertaining as it is, isn’t it?

Somehow thinking of throwing ALL the news I know and have been posting over the social media platforms here. ALL HERE. Yeah. We’ll see. Or I’ll see. Cya guys then.

[P.S.: (I guess not) Everyone’s favourite segment!

Ayachi’s photobook is awesome. Or maybe because she has been showing more of her… cleavage? Maybe it’s just me with the X-ray vision… xD]

[P.P.S.: I recommend all celebrities to join any social media and post regular selfies of themselves with minimum dimensions according to Mikakoshi’s Twitter. Then I will have more images for future pages of Entertainment News. Haha.]

The Klassic Note Review – 2014.10 Issue 1

If my calculations aren’t wrong *looking at Mina-chan’s 2nd album*, this will be the only issue. The numbering is just in case.

***SPECIAL ISSUE! A SHORT CASE STUDY ON NANO.RIPE!! MORE BELOW!***
Let’s start, shall we?

音楽 The Klassic Note Review
negoto – Ammonite!/Tasogare no Rhapsody [Single]
Limited Edition Regular Edition
[Yes, if you have noticed, it’s a double A-side single. Without any credits. And I’m glad I (as usual) took the Regular Edition.]

Origin:
I’m not unfamiliar with negoto, the non-mainstream girls’ rock band which is slowly gaining fame in recent years after they celebrated their 5th year of formation last year on their second album. I’ve followed them for years since 2011 when I heard them in the NANO-MUGEN COMPILATION of the same year. Ever since, the years in progress have not been disappointing. I’ve came close to getting their single when they released their previous double A-side single “Lightdentity/Re:myend!”, which unfortunately did not meet the strict requirements that is Klassic Note. Fortunately, after this year and their mini-album I’m so hyped up after listening to the two new songs I’m so ready to give the thumbs up! Their eccentric style with a vocal-keyboardist will leave you interested!

(1) Ammonite!
This was first heard from one of the live performances on video months ago before this was released, and I’m not absolutely impressed, like with most of the songs I hear from them. But then there’s this special style of rock they possess along with the small portion of electronic music making this song sound outstanding not long after. And not to forget the lyrics represent a love song, which also explains the use of the song title, if you get what I mean.
The music video also represents a different way of expression of the song, along with the many music videos I’ve seen from back then in 2012. And surprisingly I actually believe that most of the locking and popping actions are done by the members themselves, which is rather impressive in my opinion. Covering themselves from shame, this should be one of those bold videos I’ve seen them in. Overall, it may not be an impressionable song, but it’ll leave you humming its tune soon enough. At least, for me.
Rating: 4 stars (More Than Average)

(2) Tasogare no Rhapsody [Rhapsody of Twilight]
It all started with the music video. Much like the previous song, but this time the impressions of the song strengthened even before I finished listening to the song the first time it appeared in the music video. The melodic is solid, and the lyrics are scenic. What more do I need to say to make you just to listen at least once, just in case you end up listening to it more? I can say little about this song, but if that’s the case means it’s great.
Rating: 4 stars (Above Average)

Conclusion:
If negoto has a competition amongst themselves, this single release takes it all. Other than that, I cannot expect to give you the best of J-Rock, but I can make  you expect the best of negoto, if you haven’t got impressed by them yet. Go take a listen somewhere, would you? (Because due to copyright reasons I can never show you the PVs)

THE PACKAGE
I took it via pre-order, so getting it a week later would be good enough. And I made a fuss of NOT wanting the special gift due to the fact I do not see eye to eye to some of the member’s faces, but that was okay because I literally waited for it to expire.

Moreover, a sudden surprise got me when I opened the booklet:
The gift is the best of the best, the cream of the crop, it’s Sachiko, the vocalist! Awesome… I’m pleased.

DO A REVIEW ONE MORE TIME!

音楽 The Klassic Note Review
nano.RIPE – Toumei na Sekai [Single]
Limited Edition Regular Edition
[Personally also I’m glad I have (as usual) the Regular Edition. Really, not because of the skirt. It’s the art. Really.]

Origin:
This is why I need to do up a long history to thank them later.

THE ORIGIN
It all started with a new Anime which is less interesting than the theme songs themselves, “Glasslip”. Ignoring the storyline (which, if you followed the Entertainment News, would know my impressions of the show), the theme songs are nothing but impressive, especially when I got an audio preview of the topic song. Since then I’ve embarked a journey to find more of this rock that I feel great about, reaching as far as their first album for other songs. Now, I formally support them and thank them for their contribution to Klassic Note by accepting the last song (which I will state later) and giving them the credit. Congrats, nano.RIPE! You’ve made your presence( known. Now I may have to give 5 stars for one of the songs already…

(1) Toumei na Sekai [Transparent World]
If they did for the Anime, they also did a lot for themselves. The song may have a longer origin to since when I heard it, but this song stirs more than emotion in me. Back than (two months ago) when this was the only song I was listening to, I can almost feel the emotion in the song. You may be deterred by the high pitch cute-sounding vocals that is Kimiko, but if you get through – probably the hardest part – of the song, you’ll know that the substance within is more to be felt. And I felt it, all the way.
The music video is also a depiction of the mood of the song, where there’s this crazy girl trashing stuff in a room (reminds me of Yocchan last year when she literally “ripped” the toy bear), all but one, before stopping. It’s that something that is treasured that is the essence of this song, despite the “transparency” that is within this song. See through this song, and you’ll probably love it.
Rating: 4 stars (5-stars Pending)

(2) Zettaichi [Absolute Value]
The other song that I decided to listen to that rocked my world for almost a month. As always I fancy an awesome instrument melody, and this song did the best of that requirement. Despite the song itself being less than spectacular, overall it was an impressive four minutes that will leave you remembering the song again and again. If there’s a B-side song that needs an award, this tops that chart.
Rating: 4 stars (5-stars Pending; fighting with (1) for it)

(3) Fault Finder
Why this the last one? Well besides it being the third and last track of the list, you know I normally will just give it a miss, but not anymore. Back then (two months ago) when I said to myself “take this or (2), the guitarist or the vocalist”, I think I regretted my decision. Another period of moodiness brings me back to them and this song, written by the vocalist herself. Though simple and short, this song has it’s own attitude. Being critical, there’s something in the lyrics that saw something that what we may not see, and this in itself (if you understand) is admirable. And aspiring composers who write songs once in a while should be commended, right?
Rating: 4 stars (Average)
Conclusion:

THE PROCEEDINGS
After this single, I ventured out to find more of their songs, most notably in the live video footage I managed to watch out of the Limited Edition (though I do not possess it) version of the single, involving their third album live performance. It was great. Just like any other rock band, theirs was awesome. Many songs strike me as familiar melodies, but some are outstanding, mostly from their latest 3rd album which was released back at the start of the year. I gave a song or two, and felt that wasn’t enough.

THE RESOLVE to THE REVIEW (THE PACKAGE)
And then I said to myself “I must give nano.RIPE and their latest single another chance”, and I took a short journey back, aligned with a low moment of my school days, and yeah, I finally felt it. It’s so… indescribable, this feeling of listening to the high-pitch voice over a series of common, mainstream rock melodies. It’s just so great. The melodies are so intuitive, the lyrics are so meaningful… I suddenly felt more than what my initial impression of them was, from as little as nothing. And thus, the single arrived, and I must thanks again, nano.RIPE, for your efforts to J-Rock, and more importantly, to Klassic Note.

I tell you, last month was as emotional as it was exciting. With these two singles, I happily end the month, hopefully seeing more this month. But unfortunately, it has not been impressive, yet. But never mind, this kind of boom doesn’t happen every time. But when it comes, I become so enthusiastic that I must share my experience time after time with you guys. Hoped you guys have noticed a thing or two to go search it out yourself, and you may just like either or even both of those rock styles. See you next issue, whenever it’ll be.
[P.S.: APoL will be officially delayed until… I have no mood to write it. You get it? The next chapter needs a particularly low mood to write it…]

Tuesday 30 September 2014

I'm just hypothetically stating facts. That does not mean I've gone through them.

Most of the time I say this (or "hypothetically saying") to console myself over personal opinion. Really, it's good for my mental health, at least.

The Dream Record #5

Sorry for the delays from this morning, this is supposed to be

WHY I CANNOT HAVE DREAMS DURING GODDAMN AFTERNOON NAPS?? Geez...

THE ABDUCTION
Okay, I was chasing someone (supposedly a friend) down a flight of stairs, having some horseplay perhaps. When I see him got out of an open door in one of the lower floors, we both took out gun and start to shoot each other. I used my pistol and got into cover, keeping my paintball gun away. [1] I then noticed he's nowhere to be seen in the rather dim alleyway, and also see him hidden in an alley a few feet away taking cover. I then took aim with the pistol and a bullet flew through and
THE REDO #1
(Yeah these things happen in dreams. Suck it up.)
I then took aim with the paintball gun and managed to strike a few hits on him. Then suddenly my buddy started giving discrete actions by pointing behind me down the alleyway. Before I could even turn back and leave for the stairs I was immediately caught by one of the aggressors, whoever they are. They then dragged me along with a few other people (I don't see my buddy here though) down the alley...

THE HAPPENINGS

When I woke up (supposedly I was knocked out), I was still being dragged down the alleyway, suddenly into a stop. We were facing a big white metal door. In front of me was a strong muscular man dragging a blonde female (yes westerners appear in my dreams, can?), in which the guy who is dragging me says:
"She can skip this. I'll let this guy do it."
"OMG do what?" was going through my mind and the door opens and I see a whole pile of poison-labelled chemicals with a potent aura
THE REDO #2
(Yeah these things happen TWICE in dreams, can?)
The door opens and I see a small storeroom filled with lots of documents, mostly empty paper filled in messy stacks. I stare back behind me.
"Hey, go write down in a few sentences what you have been doing."
I then see the tall guy who dragged me talk to the blonde female. She is apparently accompanied by a couple of weak guys in black suits seemingly in a team with her (I know my imagination is terrible), and they seem to be forced to write down what they have been doing, even if it's not some national secret. [2]
"Hey, you too. Follow them."
What? What am I supposed to write? I was just having a shooutout some horseplay with a buddy, that's all. (Oops) Oh, I know. Maybe he just wants something out of us, like ideas or something. But then that is not all. While I was frantically taking paper (which is all over the shelf, yes) and a pen which there is only one black pen on the top shelf, I rummaged through, in the top compartment, a small stack of my private stuff (yes you won't get to know what it is; it's just real private) and... a copy of my recent project report. [3] Summarise this?
"Hey! Hurry up and do it!"
I used a stack of blue foolscap paper I grabbed off the shelf [4], took a kneeling position on the ground, and started writing: (yeah fancy me remembering this)
THE REPORT IS ABOUT
Sh*t about what? I was too confused to think of anything at that point (yeah even my dream recalling is bad too), and then my dad came by. (no really, my dad)
"Hurry up and write it! Anything will do!"
"Hey! Have you finished writing??"
The tall guy was sitting on a bed, reading through pieces of paper and smoking a close-to-dead cigarette. Okay, never mind. I'll just write it. (case sensitive for me to finish this module, okay?)
THIS REPORT IS ABOUT A TECHNICAL REPORT TO SOLVE REAL WORLD PROBLEMS USING THE IDEAS OF CURRENT TECHNOLOGIES FOR <SUBJECT CODE> <SUBJECT NAME> (I can only tell you it's a communication module).
"Hey! Why are you still writing? You don't know what is a summary? You write more and I'll-" [5]
He raises his fist and I immediately stopped my pen and placed it down. He brought down his hand too, and tore the paper in a rugged manner, managing to steal most of the paper onto his hands.
"Can we go now?"
My dad was pleading for our 'release'. He looked at our pitiful faces.
"Yeah, you can do."
"What about him?"
My dad was pleading for me too, specifically.
"Yeah, yeah.. Go off now."

THE REVENGE?
We quickly scrambled out of the room frantically, putting down the short door curtain behind us. [6] As we took a step out of the room, my dad started saying:
"You know how bad they treated me? They forced me to teach people, you know!"
I can even see the redness in his eyes along with his lethargic expression.
"You want to ask whether we can *******?" (Yep I forgot, damn. Well it's not important anyway)
"Huh, really?"
"If we don't ask we'll be even a more dangerous position."
We both hesitated for a moment.
"If none of us want to us, then we better scram."
My dad took courage and went into the room with the bad guy, closing the wooden door behind him. And suddenly I hear a lot of noises and stuff being thrown around and when I opened the door I saw...!

Haha end of dream. (Audience: What?) Yeah, because I cannot imagine it anymore, and I woke up. (Audience looking displeased) Come on, I edited my dream twice in order not to make this too bloody, okay?

There are obvious references to this dream which I did not do any reference in the dream because... it was such a cliffhanger. These include:

  1. The changing of weapons was more specific, like, GTA V style, while cycling through a range of pistols and, yeah, paintball pistol. Don't ask me if water pistol is in there or not. I don't think so though.
  2. This feels like some movie I've NOT seen before, like those action scenes where some blonde is forced to reveal national secrets? I don't know.
  3. Rummaging my own stuff, and a copy of my recent project. Cannot tell much on this, but seriously, maybe it's because I am still reluctant to finish the last draft because of this week's half-semester term break? I think it's a rude awakening already, huh...
  4. Yes, blue foolscap paper. So specific it looks like the stack of foolscap papers I had at home. It's... just... not blue...
  5. Apparently he mentioned about some 50 words limit like he was an idiot. But then I was about to write more too, so... glad he stopped me? I don't want to turn this into comedy, you see.
  6. It was not until the end when my dad (yes it's really him) and I left the room then I noticed... it's my sis' room. Really. Door curtains, the bed... OMG
Okay, that's all. After such a rude awakening, I think I have to start work already. Cya guys later, where I promise I'll do up the Klasic Note Reviews. I see the order coming soon. We'll wait until I get my hands on the CDs, okay? Meanwhile...

We'll start from 'that', yes? The assignment report can wait...

The Dream Fragment #2

I was in bed with a girl. And she allowed me to touch her. And it LOOKS LIKE a Taiwanese celebrity I know.

I said "looks like" already, okay? You idiots better not go spread it or this shall be the last fragment from me.

Somehow it was an experience so great (and probably so rated) I forgot most of it. No, no nudity, as far I as I could recall. (Audience: Aw...) What?

[P.S.: Just trying to prove again that I'm trying NOT to recall my dreams, seeing how matured they've become recently...]

The Entertainment News Week #39

Hi everyone, and if anyone is back, welcome back. Let’s get started.

アニメ
ANIME
Glasslip: Eh… after much understanding of the show… I still do not know much. Okay. Let’s just say the production is aiming for an artistic view of a slice of life show. And to me, I believe Kakeru is alive and has been alive. For the memories in the summer holidays? Well, at least everyone else besides Touko got it well…
Next season Anime? I have to mention that again? Guess not. Besides, Denkigai no Honya-san will start next week, and Shigatsu wa Kimi no Uso is the week after next. Apparently they’ve shown an ending trailer for the latter show and it looks awesome. Let’s hope Aniplex don’t destroy this wonderful romance show…

漫画
MANGA
BLEACH: Badass. At least one of them is in the ball, killing a Sternritter without much effort. Let’s hope it’s a kill, Kubo loves to do a troll every time. After that? Let’s hope Ichigo’s team (including Ganju for some reason) gets there quick. But I am still thinking about the alternate world that everyone may have been living in, and that the Soul King is, in fact, the spiritual leader of the Quincy instead. I don’t know; things to happen in the last minute after all…

音楽
This Week on Klassic Note
Well this week’s mostly on Mina-chan’s album, where I… try to give her album chance, but then not all is possible due to the nature of the style of the dance songs, but I tried my best. Now at three songs out of the seven songs, still not enough for a purchase though. On the other hand, negoto’s new single is hauling ass. Haha American vocabulary. Well anyways, besides the weird iteration of a weird song I gave two years ago, everything else is awesome. I then noticed “Ammonite!” is actually closer to a love song. Hmm…

Next week is a buffer for me, and the week after next is SPECIAL OTHERS. The great event of the year is coming. And if VELTPUNCH comes by too it’ll be awesome.
Also, seeing the artist list for this year’s Anime Festival Asia, looks like yanaginagi and Hocchan are attending the on in Singapore. (Not that I’m going there) It’ll take more than them for me to buy any tickets. And we should be expecting Satomi-chan or even Mikakoshi in like… 2016? Haha…

That’s all. Quite a short week, if you ask me. It’ll get longer as long as I continue watching Anime, I guess. Cya next week, and until then… I’m working on APoL. And the Klassic Note Reviews. And my order is running delays. Damn. So much to do, so little time…

[P.S.: Pretty much…

Yeah, that’s all. Because of my reluctance to change the images. No, really not because I’m lazy, no…]

The Dream Record #4

As promised, if I remember anything I'll post it here. This time... I made myself blush too.

THE ROUNDUP
I'm in a class again (I know), this time participating in some group activity, and according to someone we have to "break up the pairs and be in groups of four". And then, a group of organisers (more like facilitators) walked in and started grouping people up. Sitting rows in front of me are a couple of girls, one of them called to the front group and then came a query from the activity leader (let's call him that) who said:
"Is there anyone else without a group yet?"
There were two guys in my group currently, including me. Another girl came in due to arrangement, but we're still one member short. Suddenly (or actually, obviously) the girl in front got called from behind my group to join this group. And (here's the interesting part) it turns out to be (Amamiya Sora) Ten-chan! (Fancy her being in my dream!) Actually it looks a lot like her, but I guess it's not her... or is she?
Then, not long after, the game commences. According to instruction, (I forgot how it sounds like, so I'll do a sunmary according to the activities done later on) we're supposed to hit a target which looks like it's in an arcade machine to evaluate us on something. Oh well, since we don't know much and it's an evaluation, let's just start. So, one from each group is to go first. First to go is the other guy in our group. Silence ensues as one of the girls (not Ten-chan of course) also approach that machine. Then it was... since no order was decided between the two of us, in came a shout:
"The faster we finish this, the earlier it can end! Come on, step up!" (Mostly fabricated, originally accurate is the 'fast' part)
The girl looked at me and I kindly volunteered to go first instead. She gave me a faint smile in reply. I went up to the machines and halfway through like, treading through a large storage-room sized compound, one of the facilitators said that we can also call the last member of our groups in too. Just as I was intending to go call that girl, I noticed she was standing nearby, spectating.
"Hey, Ten-chan! Why did you come here! Hey, they said we can go together! Come!" (Which is why I deduced that she was Ten-chan)

THE GAME CONFESSION
(Ok this is the weird part. Remember the evaluation?)
Then in came Ten-chan and I and a few other people to the machine. It resembles more like a photo booth than something to play on. In front of us is a white circle equal in size to a gun that hangs by the side. The objective is to aim the gun at the white circle and hit three times. As we thought this was easy, I hit it three times and my scores are: (yes I remember numbers) 12 17 6. Ten-chan was beside me, taking a sigh after how bad she performed. A couple of girls standing behind were discussing about Ten-chan too, specifically on one song. (We'll talk about this later) I also commented on it to console Ten-chan:
"No, Ten-chan is great. I liked your songs. Especially 'Yumesora'; it's like 悲しいの曲ですけど, (the girls are giggling at the back) it totally brings out the beauty in you. I feel so grateful after listening to it." (Something like that, and I even spoke some Japanese to relate to her?)
Ten-chan turns into a blush, and says a slight 'Thank You' (don't ask me what language) in reply, making me blush too, seeing her embarrassed.
THE EVALUATION
After one finishes the game, not much was mentioned how to go about understanding the results. So I just stood there to wait for instructions. All I do know and did was tally up the results. What I then found out as one of the facilitators passed by is to take the numbers to type a corresponding code down using the keyboard below me on the machine for them to take tabs on. Well obviously I didn't, and the buffer time for doing it on the machine is up too. When I see the guy to my left finishing the typing of his code (looks offensive and weird so probably won't mention it here) and showed the results, I panicked. Seeing that I did not do anything besides knowing the numbers, the facilitator told me they will send me the results after going back to read the details recorded inside the machine. I thank them for the help.

Result? My scent was used around the 1800s (or 17th century) as a scent remover. OMG.

That's all, folks. Hope I can remember more details the next time round. Regurgitating my long dreams out sure is quite a chore...

[P.S.: Thanks Ten-chan for your debut single. Hope you'll continue to do well. Or if the music company keeps giving you good songs to sing, too.]

[P.P.S.: Oh if you need references, at least you know Ten-chan's song needs no introduction. Others include watching a dart game on YouTube (it's a long way to link to here) and watching a video footage of Ten-chan in action. Yeah, NOW you know why.]

Thursday 25 September 2014

Why do I feel so irritated when I know that you are irritated?

Oh, I know why. It's because of your "accent".

(That of course can be substituted with "looks", "race", "religion" etc., but I won't get into that.)

[P.S.: I seriously need to play some GTA soon. No, not until tomorrow's quiz...]

I seriously need to play GTA now. There's so many people on my list I hate and yet cannot kill.

Well, there's one behind me not showing noise consideration on the bus, if you get what I mean.

[P.S.: The weekend will likely be the reviews of the singles I... receive a mail just yesterday about delay, and hopefully some other stuff, if I can remember.]

Tuesday 23 September 2014

Sadly for me, I'm never (and can never be) proud of any projects that I have no interest in. Hopefully I'm not the only one who thinks like that.

[P.S.: Things that I'm  proud of? The only ones you know are APoL and Klassic Note. The others stretch as far as when I was a kid.

Ok, not that far. I mean, I'm not that old yet.]

The Entertainment News Week #38

Ok, let’s make this quick.

Sorry. Every time I say this I feel that I’m not responsible for myself. Perhaps I never did anyway. Projects I do for myself have more value compared to doing it for anything else. Don’t understand? It’s okay. I probably don’t want to understand it anyway.

アニメ
ANIME
Glasslip: Well… it’s confusing. I hope anyone who understands the show currently to be enlightening me with the… level of thinking this show is heading to. All I can understand from it (as from Random Curiosity too) is that is what Touko perceives she is in with the group (as if she wasn’t in it) and how she is as a person herself. This maybe an illusion, this maybe a mirage or even worse just her hallucinations, but she definitely saw something. So let’s hope next week ends well, yes? With some form of proper explanation. I’m not expecting much already. I just wish for it to end. No, really, not that much. At least everyone else is doing well besides Touko herself…
For next season Anime… I currently am going to watch two, and another two will be on hold, mostly dependent on the first episode or my impression of the people behind it, mainly the cast. Let’s talk about it briefly

ANIME FOR FALL 2014 (and a one-liner!)
Denkigai no Honya-san: This one… apparently is of value to watch. As from Random Curiosity (not that I have to quote them, but it’s for your reference. And I’m abbreviating the name from here) if you’re a fan of “WORKING!!” with some “Seitokai Yakuindomo standard” of jokes (it’s a bookstore in Japan anyway), then this show will be great, especially for me, so I will just watch it.
Theme songs I have mentioned just one, which is Ayachi who (is also in the cast) is doing the opening (if you need to really listen the preview’s online), and the Anime cast doing the ending, all the females apparently. Not concerned of the theme songs this time round; I’m going for storyline, and a lot of comedy.
Shigatsu wa Kimi no Uso: Well this is another one that I would definitely watch, even for its first episode. Adapting from an award-winning manga, this is a love story about a 14-year-old male (yeah he’s high school already I guess) who apparently cannot feel music until he met this girl. Sounds like a premise for good songs and romance all over the place, so I’m not giving this a miss.
Theme songs wise… Goose house (you guys may have heard of them; I talked about them and their previous song was for Anime “Gin no Saji”) is doing up the opening song along with, I heard, a cover compilation with the show itself, so this is already opening up the possibilities we get form the acoustic pop group. I do not know who is doing the ending song, but I’m interested to give chance. The last time I did I digged up their latest album and already pressed the button for the single released. (more to come later). This is more than storyline, people. It’s for the impression of romance. And I bet it’s going to be a potentially good one. Even people at RC says it has chance for top show this season. Well, excluding the sequels, of course.
Ushinawareta Mirai wo Motomete: The reason? Well for first it’s the theme song; Satomi-chan’s second single is here. And from the PV it seems it’s going to be rather different in style. The show? I’ll see about it. It looks like some harem, but on the other hand the storyline portrays doing the last school festival in old school grounds, so I suppose I can try to close one eye on the phyical interactions (if potentially any) in this show. I’ll just have to see. Yes, I’m just hanging around here because of the theme song; Everything else will have to see.Sora no Method: Apparently all the shows I choose to watch from since I don’t know when (Titans, maybe?) till now have not been in any action genre. That doesn’t matter, I just like to see weird shows like this that modern-day drama cannot provide. This talks about a childhood wish made by a bunch of girls, and apparenly came true in the form of a disc in the sky? Yeah I know it’s weird, and it’s an Anime original, but I’ve seen Glasslip, so what harm would it do if I watch this? I will take extreme caution in accepting this show though; I only came here because of the cast (Aki-chan, Mikakoshi) and I heard the ending song is done by fhana. Yeah, pretty much it. Nevertheless I still have high hopes, especially if I do intend to watch it. Always when on the surface it’s awesome means to cover something in the inside. Watch Glasslip for details, haha.
(Audience: Wow so much for ‘briefly’, huh…) Haha I guess. It’s starting next week anyway, isn’t it? (Audience whispers) No?

漫画
MANGA
BLEACH: Wow. I didn’t know the Quincy leader is this powerful, like even the Zero Squad cannot even lift a finger against him. So what does this show about him? We know the leader has all 26 powers of Sternritters, and obviously their death brings more power to him. However no one is doing intel for this, and Ichigo is nowhere close to him to deal with the situation. So how? Are we going to see something happen to the Soul King? Well if so I’m like, SOOOOO prepared for it already. *wink*

SHOWS
Maybe I should talk about what I watch on YouTube…? I’ll think about it. I have a different opinion to many who bitch on the Internet, haha.

音楽
This Week on Klassic Note
Well not much this week, as disappointment falls upon me not seeing Mina-chan’s album anywhere online. So… I guess it’ll have to wait, but then there’s less than two weeks left before the new month, so it better be quick. On the other hand, I went to listen for more nano.RIPE and… yesh the single is on. Which explains the front part when I was still talking about Anime. Also negoto’s new PVs appear, and yes I thought Ammonite! was the easy one to digest, but apparently it’s the harder one to digest. Which also means pre-order is on along with nano.RIPE’s single, which I waited a day or two for the special gift to go away before I place the order. No, really; I was being patient.

Next week’s negoto’s single, so that’s not going to be much to talk about. Too bad. Oh and I forgot about ALTERNATIVE MEDICINE (also known as ‘altmed’) and their split single (JFGI to know the definition) with… with… (Googles it) THE MOMS, an American band. The PV’s up, so I will give it no matter what happens. I’m also currently flipping back to songs I missed the chance to give (also called “2.99 star songs”) to see if I could indeed give them another chance. Till now? It’s only nano.RIPE.

I guess that’s all. (deja vu?) Cya guys next time then. My life is getting bad with just one word. And that word of the season is “Project”. Even if it’s only one. I know. It sucks. Even APoL and Klassic Note are much better than this. Next time I better be in the mood to talk about Glasslip’s last episode, or probably due to me not being able to finish the assignment. FML, people. Until next time… I missed those times when I was free.

Was I?

[P.S.: I said it’s Mina-chan week, but besides images on my homescreen there’s pretty much nothing left for the week.

Happy Birthday again, Mina-chan. And LX also, of course. (Audience: Who is-) Sshh.]

The Anniversary

Ok. Let's make this short.
Every time of this year, particularly on this day, I present birthday wishes to a very special someone. Unlike other acquaintances who also have birthdays today, I religiously and happily send her birthday messages to her every year without fail. (Even if I did I don't recall)
She made me recall the pain, and joy and the times we were together. It's this time of the year that recalling those days back then brings a lump to my throat, on this day.
So I shall say it once again: Happy Birthday, LX. It has been a pleasure knowing you.

Signed
Kaineng, 20th September 2014
[P.S.: Number one: she's not dead yet. Secondly, she's not my ex. No, I wished I had been, but no.]
[P.P.S.: For those interested who she is, may I interest you to read back on my blog archives. Or else, don't ask. And too bad no screenshots to prove this occasion. Really, no.]
Next day edit: Every year her day needs a song. So here it is, after having a good night sleep NOT dreaming about her.

Three Idiots in a Lift

Well, it's not actually three idiots only, but let's say it's "three sets of idiots" instead.

As I reached home taking the lift (you can assume I'm living in a public apartment), my entry was followed by a couple wheeling a pram and a girl who is not a moment eyes off her phone. (iPhone for those who need statistics without feedback) As we enter, I hit X (a number between the other two I will be mentioning later) and the girl hit 12. The first obvious problem one can observe right now is someone did not hit a button. Well I assumed someone lives in the same floor as one of us, but as we passed the 7th floor, about 9th, and suddenly:

"Seven, please."

Haha, right. It's over already, idiot. And he's hitting that button that did not respond.

The lift then quickly reached the floor of my destination and I left the lift, in front of me the girl still staring at her phone. Clearly she did not even stare at the floor she was in as I reached for my home door. Wow, another idiot. I laughed dryly to myself as I reached for my set of keys and... they're not there. After entering the house did I notice that my set of keys are hanging on the key rack next to the door.

I then noticed that, coincidentally, there are three (sets of) idiots in the lift, and I'm the third one. All of this in under a minute.

[P.S.: Haha I guess I'll leave you guys to internalise that. I have a pair work project to prepare for tomorrow. Cya guys on Sunday.]

The Dream Fragment #1

I forgot about my dream again. All I could remember is me rushing to the bus interchange to tale a bus.

Well, maybe next time. When everything is clear in my mind...

[P.S.: Just posting something in this segment, just in case you thought I forgot anything. Yeah, I forgot all my dreams when I wake up. Provided I had them. I knew I did though. Memory's failing me recently...]

Wednesday 17 September 2014

When people say that they "want to be at the top of the world", this means that they desire to be alone.

Not in my case. In my case I can't even reach the top. *silence* I'll be frozen to death. (Audience: LOL)

"Argh!"

No, I shouldn't be angry. I promised Mina-chan to be happy on her birthday today.

Idolism, you know. *laughs* Happy birthday, Mina-chan.

[P.S.: I'll do the same thing on Saturday for LX. You caj bet on it.]

Monday 15 September 2014

I love to compliment people.

"You are so much better than you think you are."

I love to hate myself.

"I'm a piece of sh*t."

Haha, reality check.

I miss the days when everything is lesser: Lesser people, lesser work, lesser stress, lesser pay, lesser rewards, lesser gratification... (?)

Really, I still miss those days.

The Entertainment News Week #37

Why do I only do full reports on the stuff I enjoy? Because on the stuff I don’t is reality, and I probably won’t (and couldn’t put myself to) post it here. Well, at least you’ve got the Everyday Life segments to look forward to. Provided I have the mood to do it. Recent near miss for submission is something about friends. Not having them.

Well let’s get to it.

アニメ
ANIME
Glasslip: Finally after ten episodes I have a grasp of something. Probably because it’s full of joy, and all the relationships have somehow cleared up. Everyone, besides Touko and David, which I guess are seeking parental approval and searching for the best place to have their wedding. Haha, just joking, but dealing with Kakeru-kun supposedly is not very easy. Well we shall see how it ends, but seeing how it goes it has a good chance not to end… badly. Let’s just say that, yes?
Kuroshitsuji: https://randomc.net/2014/09/12/kuroshitsuji-book-circus/
Here’s to the the Book of Murder OVA (I know but I cannot watch in theatres) and many future seasons of this epic mystery show. If Detective Konan’s the mystery Anime for last decade, this is for the current one.

漫画
MANGA
BLEACH: Well… it seems like Mayuri is fully prepared this time around, and made zombies out of the people around him. Good thing is he got rid of some Sternritters in the process off their powers. Bad thing is there is still one left. “The Glutton”, if the Bleach Wiki isn’t wrong.
One Week Friends: Now we know of Hajime-kun’s relationship with Fujimiya-san. Not much, apparently. But let’s just say Hase-kun’s a better friend than him? Haha yeah. Probably if I’m in this show I’ll be Hajime too. Haha LOL

This Week on Klassic Note
Well besides me ranting about listening to Japanese covers of some Korean songs off Younha’s new mini-album in four years, I’ve been also waiting for Ore Ska Band’s new release, but apparently is not going to appear anytime soon. Are they really so underappreciated? My sis (and me too) like them, man…

As you guys would know, next week’s all on Mina-chan’s 2nd album, and I can say I’m ready. For some songs I’m not so impressed, but by hearing all the song previews on her just updated official website, I think I can say I have confidence. In getting the photo? We shall see. I have absolute control this time around, unlike for Aki-chan’s album where I’m in a foreign land without ANY GODDAMN INTERNET!! (Audience: Hey calm down.) I am very calm man, especially why I can see how Army screws people up.

Haiz. Never mind, Mina-chan. I will not hesitate once I confirm. That, you have my word for it. For next week, either you’ll see me ranting about not having enough songs for her album to be eligible or just over Twitter I’ll possibly have pressed the button. Haha.

That’s all, I guess. I’ve been feeling a short weekend due to some test that can only be arranged on a GODDAMN SATURDAY!! (Audience: Seriously?) Haha tension’s getting up my blood veins. Yeah, so in view (and hope) of a shorter next week… Cya guys. Until next time… remember to tune in to the best part of my life, all consolidated into this small post of a few kilobytes. Well, ‘a few kilobytes’ it’s not small if you study programming… (Audience: You do?) HELL YEAH…

[P.S.: Yes I know. And for next week it’s Mina-chan week, so I’ve lined up a whole set of images to celebrate her birthday and album.

I know, sphere’s new photobook is too much 5th anniversary and too few images.]

[P.P.S.: For those poor things who could not get the images down Mina-chan’s official website, or if you know how potentially big the image is yet is unable to extract it out? XnConvert is such a great friend.

And this is only one. More to come on my phone homescreen next week. Stay tuned.
Edit: Oops. Looks like there’s a size limit to upload. In order not to shock you, the width (height) of this image is 2016. I’m not joking.]

Saturday 13 September 2014

What is "education without exams"? It's called "learning".

I wish I could just learn forever, even though I am up till now.

Thursday 11 September 2014

Somehow I'm better off when I know lesser people in this world.

Just don't question me on this; believe what I say is potentially true.

Wednesday 10 September 2014

"Hey the tunnel lights are on!

...

The tunnel lights are on...

...

Hey!"

I can see that he is... "enthusiastic"?

[P.S.: No choice. Collecting inspiration for future APoL chapters. This is just field study.]

Sometimes, I notice I'm that close to a climax in my life.

No, not the rated stuff. I'm talking about having new friends. I guess it's because of my own character that it'll not happen to me anytime soon, huh...

Tuesday 9 September 2014

つかれた~あきちゃんといっしょにねむりたい。

[P.S.: I'm not going to translate this. Aki-chan cannot know that I desire to sleep with her.

Oops.]

[P.P.S.: Yes and I cannot post this on Facebook (social media) because I know at least one person who knows Japanese...]

Somehow when things get bad, it is always possible to think of something worse, even if hypothetically.

And of course, when you cannot probably means your life experience will be headlines worthy already.

[P.S.: Really, I have been trying it out. Always without fail I can think of an outcome a level lower than thr current one. You can try it too.]

The Entertainment News Week #36

Hi guys, welcome back. What I’ve been doing this week? Studying, and playing of course. Since Sims 4 is a disappointment (not that I’ve played yet), I am enjoying myself thoroughly in transport game Train Fever. After that, don’t ask about my weekend, okay?

アニメ
ANIME
For those who did not get to watch their weekly dosage of Anime until Friday, it’s not my fault. Those who do not pay to watch would know. Otherwise, it has not affected me, for I watch Anime on Friday. Haha.
Glasslip: Eh… I don’t feel like explaining much. Even if you liked the show initially, by now looking at what I wrote you should've changed my mind, huh. Well, at least now we know that everyone else is together again, and Kakeru really has some psychological problems with himself, so we are definitely not far from an ending. A good one I cannot assure though.
Kuroshitsuji: Well off to a good ending, at least this arc ended well. All I wish for this story is that the production will continue to do up later arcs for the manga, where I have a better impression of. For now, all’s well ends well (not great, but well), and next week concludes the Circus Arc. Those who have been waiting to watch the whole thing at once can probably do it next week.

漫画
MANGA
Well there isn’t much updates on manga, so let’s just talk about the weekly story, yes?
BLEACH: Love again? Doesn’t it remind you of Zommari, that arrancar who fought Byakuya before being embraced by his bankai from all angles? Somehow Kubo is a desperate loner and wants some company. Besides that, we see more possessed officers of Gotei 13. Seriously, is this even going to end on a good note?

This Week on Klassic Note
Well since I forgot last week, then I shall mention it this week. Besides it’s the week where I review Hikasa Youko’s first album since her debut last year. Yocchan, as I (or many) would call her, did pretty well for this one. Though not perfect, and plenty of songs that are more lively than her and actually testing her high pitch singing, I see only a few chances for her in my list. Nevertheless I took down three songs (including the topic song) to support her, though definitely not enough for me to get a copy of her album. Too bad. Next time, yes? On the other hand, I’m still waiting for other releases like Oreskaband’s new mini-album “Carry On” for next week.
On new song updates, Ayachi’s new single has a song preview. Also her first single with an Anime tie-up (Denkigai no Honya-san, I mentioned this before weeks ago), she seems to be doing well, with her cute voice supposedly suitable for the show. Wondering what kind of show I’m expecting over here. Also, SPECIAL OTHERS ACOUSTIC new slbum has got a new PV preview online, and it makes me excited. Really looking forward to the album next month already.

That’s all I guess. I want to go back to playing in the last few hours of the week available to me before going back to my main job. Cya guys then, until next time… Mikakoshi’s selfie is going to stay on my phone wallpaper. Really, it’s been half a week already…
[P.S.: I shall say nothing.

Yes, mainly because it’s explained in the previous paragraph. >_<]

Wednesday 3 September 2014

Loving someone means even if you do nothing for him/her, he/she will understand not because there is no choice, but because she knows your character well.

I know. It's going to be hard to find me a love partner.

Tuesday 2 September 2014

Intentions are always hidden. Until they are discovered, of course.

Well, I'm on a brain rush because (1) I'm pissed at something and (2) it's planning for Chapter 13. If you don't know what it is, read Chapter 12.

Monday 1 September 2014

Unsurprisingly, effort has a price. More unsurprisingly, the price tag is so much lesser than the effort made.

Just thinking of whether creating my own stuff is even worth it when I can pay someone to do it.

You may not have remembered how you were born, but you definitely will not remember how you are going to die.

(Sorry, blood rush, you see. Happens whenever my life screws me up.)

As they say: Failure is always an option.

But when failure is NOT an option, please ask for help. Seriously.

[P.S.: On a serious note, I screwed up my first experiment in four years. Well, it's four years already, huh. Just one mislook and it's over, man...]

Remember what is inside, not what is truly inside.

Concealment can be very deceiving, isn't it?

Backstage

(Audience: You pervert.)
Come on, ratings are off me like for half a year already, okay...
